I had torn a tire from a collision and they were able to fix it. It took awhile to get to site, but that was because they were securing a tire that would work better for my car and its better off for it.

I’m highly impressed. I’m a truck driver and spent a lot of time in shops with the equipment I work with. Extremely friendly and fast service. I highly recommend this shop to anyone. Ask for Nick next time you need any kind of repair done.

I hope the owner Oscar happens to read this reason for the review is ive never used this company before but on December 8th 2020 my mother who is 80 yrs old had a flat on the side of the I10 freewayand instead of calling for help she decided she would change it herself after what she said seemed like forever a white pickup truck with the business name Road Service pulled up behind her and kindly asked if he could give her a hand of course my mother tried to say no but the young man by the name of Randy said it was no big deal he was off work for the day so he changed the tire out for her then refused the 50$ tip he was offered saying only merry christmas and happy new year you dont find people that will stop and help anyone anymore expecially people just getting off work themselves so id like to thank both the owner Oscar and his employee Randy for taking the time to help those in need i will be using your companyany in the feature and will also refer all friends and family to your business thank you all again and happy new year

Stopped in to ask about getting a flat repaired on our truck around the corner. We were told they’d give us a call in 2 hours, no one called. . . BUT, we walked back over because I knew they’d be closed soon and, I think it was the owner, bent over backwards to get our tire fixed. He was so nice and so were the two guys that helped us. We’ll for sure be coming back here if our truck needs service!

Full service shop that wont rip you off. Awesome staff. Suggest making appointment, earlier the better, they open @ 7am. Also sells new tires, flat repairs & alignments.

The one major problem I had was that the office staff had no idea where my car was in their multiple square mile tow yard. One of the tow truck drivers helped me locate my car... miles from their entrance and behind 3 other cars...other than that, having my car towed unexpectedly was a pleasant experience. Lol

Great customer service!!! They explain everything to you in a way you will understand, especially if you are like me. I know nothing about cars but they were very honest, understanding, thoughtful, & friendly. Another amazing trait amongst many is that their prices are amazing for those shopping around. They will not take advantage of you & will help you understand what should be fixed immediately and what can wait. They are here to help YOU, not make a buck. I ran over something in the road and it caused a flat tire. I came off freeway and Road Service was right there. They quickly repaired my tire, friendly people as I was lost too. Extremely helpful.

Stopped to get my tires checked and a gentleman approached me he was very attentive and helpful he checked my tires he noticed that they were very worn out he order me a set, he was on top of it right off the back not realizing that he was the owner great attitude and customer service

Avoid this place at all cost please horrible service and didn’t even fix my car but sure charged me for an oil change

Way to pricy and rude better off finding someone on offer up. Basically $100 just to put in a call not including labor or anything. 1 used tire and installation, they wanted ~$200.Save your money

Called and requested service. They were able to help me over the phone figure out problem with the RV brakes. Very professional and will use the in the future.

This company is a joke. Family member brought their car in and it came back with dents and scratches. The car still leaks. Charged for parts they never put on and when asked why the old part is still on there they say oh its in the back! (New parts).Why charge for something and not install it into the vehicle? Tried to ask to speak to the owner and the manager gave the run around. This company and its staff are a poor excuse of an auto mechanic shop. Please check the parts in your vehicle and make sure they put the new parts on that they charge you for.

I wouldnt let these clowns work on my lawn mower let alone let them work on my tractor trailer tires. Too many no shows and attitude.
