I didnt have to wait long but I did spend more money then I expected. First of all I was told that my car needs to have full synthetic oil not blended and then it needed engine oil filter replaced. I thought the oil filter was the same I was told no but I needed to get it changed which they did. Clean professional place tho.

The reviews on Google were already phenomenal, which is why I took my vehicle here. They were extremely professional and welcoming from the beginning. They listened to me over explain what the issue was with utmost patience. I delivered my vehicle on Friday, due to current workload they gave me a projection for Monday. They were able to take care of it that same day. Unfortunately i couldnt follow through past diagnosis, but i have no doubt in my my mind that these guys are honest mechanics and deliver top quality work! 5 stars all the way.

They were perfect. I came in the helped bring in my tire... I did not have to carry it. They let me know when it was fixed and when I came to pick it up they said they would put it on the car. They are friendly and caring. This is our new home for our car needs.

I have found my new mechanic! I brought my car in due to leaking oil. Found out Pep Boys on 35th and Cactus, who did my oil change, had NOT put the oil plug/screw back in correctly. Wilhelm Automotive fixed the issue, topped of my oil, AND washed my car...AT NO CHARGE!!! These guys have earned my business. I will also be referring my friends and family to this shop.

I am puzzled why the technician changed all my settings in my vehicle to drive around the building? My seat I understand, but mirrors and steering wheel. The A/C was blasting and the settings were changed!Other than that the staff at the desk were very nice!

Great staff, was able to get me in at my scheduled time without issue. Recommended future repairs but did not push for them to get done like other repair shops do. I had my car in recently and the same issue came up a few weeks after being repaired. They looked at my car the same day that I brought it in, and fixed it under their parts and labor warranty. I was grateful that they were able to look at it so quickly and fixed it. Very professional group.

I love this place, not just for their friendly customer service, but because they are honest. 2 years ago, brake masters did my front brakes and told me my rear breaks had about 6 to 8 months left on them. 2 years after that I took my car to Wilhelm to have the brakes done for no reason other than brake masters saying they would need it. Wilhelm inspected them and told me they were fine. They could have charged me 3 to 5 hundred. In June I dropped my car off to have the AC services and pre authorized 300 dollars, because that was the average cost of air conditioning service. When I picked my car up, Wilhelm only charged me $209. Today i went in because i had gone to discount tire to add air to my tires including my spare. Discount wouldnt air up my spare because it was too low. I dropped it off at Wilhelm because I live right around the corner from them. They found a small leak and fixed it for free. When was the last time any auto repair place fixed anything for you for free. Or didnt charge you a higher cost that you had pre authorize? I cant speak for any Wilhelm other than the one at 35th Ave and Greenway, and I have nothing but great things to say about them. I recommend them to all my family and friends, especially women, because they have never tried to take advantage. I wont take my car anywhere else!

The facility us very clean and welcoming; and the team and management are very courteous and professional. They definitely went above and beyond by staying after hours to ensure I was well taken care of. After leaving work and discovering my vehicle had a flat and being turned away from two other shops prior to this due to the late time of day, I stopped in and was immeduately welcomed before getting out if my vehicle. With less than an hour until closing, the team mounted, balanced and aligned a new set of tires on my vehicle. Not once did I get the sense of disappointment, frustration or anomosity as with the other places. I highly recommend this shop for its overall professionalism and willlingness to go the extra mile.

These guys are awesome. Always so kind and accommodating. I trust them fully with both of my cars. I know I wont ever be ripped off or mislead in any way; which is really the most important thing! Prices are fair and return customers get really good coupons too. They have a rewards program and a referral program. All around a great shop with great techs and awesome management!

I typically dont write reviews, but I was compelled to because the employees at this Wilhelm not only installed a new battery (& previously changed the oil in my car) but they made me believe that people are good & selfless again. The day before I went in to get my battery changed, someone painted an ugly racial slur across the hood of my car, it covered more than half of it. I was mortified that anyone would have to see it, but I had to disclose when I arrived because they were obviously going to see it. My plan was to drop off my car that morning to change the battery, go to work, pick up the car after work & spend the evening trying to remove it. Long story short, Michael, Brandon & Todd, not only changed out my battery, they also put their time & effort into removing the hateful word off of my car, just because they didnt want me to have to drive around with that. I can not put into words how much that meant to me. All I can say is THANK YOU. I will continue to take my car to Wilhelm not only because they really do quality work for great value, but because they hire kind people.

Great service. Awesome waiting area and restroom. The oil change was about $13 more than I typically pay and all was safe with the mask policy until the car tech pulled my vehicle up wearing no mask. I had peace of my mind up until that. I would suggest continuity throughout enforcing the policy especially in customers cars. Over all a pleasant experience.

My first time there to check out coupon I had received in the mail. Greeted by the owner ( I believe) and was very courteous and professional to my needs. Brought back my car for a 1 oclock appointment. Got there a few minutes early they promptly took my car at 1. Got an oil change and tire rotation for under thirty bucks. In and out in an hour. I drop my car off for an oil leak repair but after 2650dollars later my car still has oil leak. When I question this they produce a document where t g ey photocopied my signature and stamped it all over the estimate!!!! Dont trust this shop!! I WILL BE REPORTING THIS TO BBB.
