Last Friday 8/13/2021 I came to get a new car first Brett was nice and helpful but then they tried to up the price without telling me, they then harassed me Wednesday 8/18/2021 saying I needed to come in and finish signing papers when I knew I already signed everything and sent my mom to finish signing them since she is my co signer fast forward to today 8/23/2021 they harassed me again calling me 10 plus times and texting me saying they would have the car repo and I needed to be back in 24 hours so I did and now I am trying to get my old car back but they can’t find my license plate and Brett claims to have given it to us but he never did. THIS IS A SHADY PLACE DO NOT COME HERE SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME.
Thanks to the glowing recommendation from Christina Sanchez to go see Brett Tschannen, my husband and I were able to walk off the lot with the exact car we wanted. Brett was patient with us, answered all of our questions, and is very easy to talk to; great sense of humor and super respectful. The finance manager, Monique Rodriquez was amazing! She explained everything so well and put our minds at ease. Would definitely come back here to buy from ABC Nissan again!

Came in today to have our 2018 Nissan Rogue serviced which we had purchased at Freeway Chevrolet not more than two and a half weeks ago. Freeway Chevrolet was not the best experience as I thought it would be.. Ben Marquez at ABC Nissan was very polite, cordial and prompt upon pour arrival to assist us since we had to bring it to this dealership to have it serviced.
Do not take your Nissan here for service. They didn’t or couldn’t diagnose what was wrong with my vehicle. I had a feeling what was wrong but they said everything is normal. I took it to Midway Nissan and the diagnosed the problem within 5 mins.
ABC Nissan never fails to disappoint and get my car out fast. I’ve been coming here since I got my 2019 Nissan. Eddie is the best service advisor and great guy overall. There’s a reason he’s number one! Definitely recommend him! 10/10 best advisor.

They let me drive a car for over a week and they made me come it to do more paperwork and ended up taking my car and unloading everything and waiting in the heat for a ride. They didnt care I ahd a 6 month o I had many belongings that I had toonly thing they di was get me a lyft home.. they will not have my business in the fuyre!!I

My experience with Nissan Service has always surpassed my expectations! If you need a good Advisor Edgardo Valdez Eddie is the guy to go to. He has been my advisor since 2015 when I bought my first car with Nissan and now with my 2019 he is taking good care of it. He always listens to my concerns and gives me the best advice, he has never given me any services that are unnecessarily to my car. I trust him with my car and hope management acknowledges his very good ethic. By the way he is THE Top Service Advisor in the company and there is no reason why to question that. Eddie my car loves you, but seriously HE IS THE BEST!!!
Drove down there to have had the car we had been talking with them all week having been sold last night. Of course that wasnt mentioned in the message from last night. Dont know if that was just bad luck or if they just want to get you in the door.. The fact that it wasnt mentioned in the message the prior night bothers me though so I have to go with my gut..Save yourself some time and drive up to bell and go to Midway Nissan. I have never enjoyed spending a small fortune. Even beside the above mentioned problem.. The guys there just came off more genuine.
This place is the worst of the worst! The pressure they put on you to purchase it overwhelming! They lure you in with one price online but when you get there it isnt anywhere near that price. I ended up purchasing my vehicle from a far more professional dealership. Avoid this place at all costs. The cliché about used car salesmen was talking about this dealership and their employees. Best decision you can make is to drive right past this place and never go in!

If I could give give less than one star I would. This places uses bait cars to get you in. The General Manager and Joseph are arrogant and overall (insert not a nice word). If you are looking for a great dealership head to Midway Nissan .
Definitely had a positive experience. A little bummed I didnt walk out of there with the car I wanted but it just wasnt in my price range and the leasing option is just not an option for me. Wish they had more options as far as used vehicles. If youre looking to spend minimum $9,000 they might have one or two cars for you to check out. Anything lower try yr smaller car dealerships or buy from a person who has listed on offerup or letgo, of course be careful of scams and lemons there. Just a tip, truecar.com has helped me so much when trying to compare prices and see whats out there they have listings from all over the valley and its easy to narrow down yr search using filters. As for this place, professional people everywhere I looked. Genuine and the guy that helped me kept it simple, concise, presented me with my options and was not pushy which I appreciated! Thanks for your help today Joel Ortiz you did a great job presenting and kept it professional and real! Id recommend for those looking for a decent ride w a decent company.
Dropped off my car because it was mid afternoon and I figured they would be busy. Oil change went well, also looked at my brakes. 👍👍

I’m upset because I pay them to have insurance on my tires, I get a nail in my tire I bring in my car and they tell me I have to drive on a spare for a whole week before I could get a new tire, I keep trying to talk to a representative to take the insurance off my monthly bill(CANT GET IN CONTACT W ANYBODY) because I called a discount tire and they have my tire available I could get it done within two hours and this dealership that sells my car !!! doesn’t have any tires for me. Don’t offer the insurance if you guys are not going to be convenient. A whole day at work wasted all for my car to be put on the spare tire. I posted a picture so you guys can see how they let you leave the dealership 😂 How Embarrassing.
Took my car in for its first maintenance. Tech didnt reset my system so it kept going off, but I wasnt too worried because I needed an update to get Android Auto working right. When I plug my phone in, sound is constantly skipping. Super annoying and Android Auto, a huge reason I got the car in the first place has been a useless feature.When I took the car in I told that the Service Rep that my Android Auto wasnt working but he didnt fully comprehend the issue and didnt ask any clarifying questions. Seeing it was a common issue online, I thought he understood. He did not. He had the tech troubleshoot bluetooth. Then they told me it would be 30-45 minutes to update my car. Okay, I can wait outside. Except 30 minutes later they tell me their system needs to update first before they can update my car, and that will take 4 hours.
I have a 2017 Nissan Titan. This is my 7th Titan I’ve owned. So you could imagine I’ve had my fair share of services done. I’ve gone to many different Nissan dealerships around the valley but abc Nissan is the only one that I’ve never had a problem with. Nick Wade is my service advisor and he has done an amazing job making sure I’m always taken care of. Whenever I have an issue with my truck he makes sure it’s fixed and fixed right. I would highly recommend this location.

Regrettably reminds me of all the mechanics Ive ever met in my life they didnt do any Diagnostics on it just received the code from the check engine light they looked at only that you can tell from the sound of it that the car has got some issues but they didnt do a diagnostic so their opinion was well when it breaks down we can fix it Id rather fix it before it breaks down customer service is really lacking

I took my car for an oil change, when my service provider insisted that it was time for my car to get my transmission fluid changed and that it had to be done. He made it seem urgent as if my car would not continue to work properly and it had to be done. Once I got my car back the acceleration was lagging and not working properly. I brought my car back to get it checked out since i had just had things done to the transmission. They now said that it was my tail light causing this when before getting my transmission fuel changed it was fine, but even then my service provider Ben Marquez was rude when I kindly asked for an explanation as to why it hadnt happened before. He made a point to point out you requested this service when in fact if we were speaking of technicalities Ben was the one who insisted I NEEDED this service. I would not recommend Ben Marquez at all. I have come to Nissan before, but he was not helpful in trying to help me understand the issue and did not have to try and alleviate blame from himself so rudely when all i wanted was to understand what was happening with my car. My transmission is also still under warranty and the fluid change was not covered.

Terrible customer service the few times I have been in. They constantly try and upsell for additional products and services(which is expected) but they get rude when you dont want to pay $100 for a cabin airfilter ($9 at Autozone and 5 minutes of unskilled manual labor) or have them flush and replace all your fluids for $1200(not sure that my 2010 altima is even worth that much!). My big issue is that a one-hour oil change takes a lot longer when you decline their additional services because they seem to get mad that you are only paying for a basic oil change and withhold your vehicle. I have waited 2 hours, 3 hours, and this last time I waited for more than 4 hours on my car.----Long story follows---On July 3rd, I took a day off from work and thought I would get an oil change done quickly in the morning. Apparently I forgot about my previous experiences here. I came in for a scheduled oil change at 7AM expecting to be out around 8AM and able to start my day off. The service guy called me at 730AM and told me the computer needs an update so it would be ready between 9AM and 10AM(Oh well...but I guess thats fine). At 930AM they called and said I need a new battery (which is less than 4 months old). I declined and then he said the car is ready. Then a few seconds later he said, actually, the notes say it is in the wash and will be ready in 15 minutes. Ok, so I didnt believe his notes comment but at least my car will be ready at 945AM. I showed back up at 10AM to make sure I didnt have to wait.....silly, gullible me!I came back to the center at 10AM and they said that it would be 15 more minutes because the computer is still updating(I thought it was just washed). I then waited another hour before being told that it is almost ready and needs to get washed! (again?). 4 hours and 15 minutes later I was out the door. Half a day for an oil change is ridiculous. Ive had relationships that didnt last 4 hours and 15 minutes!Advice: Never pay for their upsells! If you continue to go here, do the research and go somewhere else for their upsell recommendations. Air filters can be changed in minutes for a total cost of $10 or less. Batteries with long warranties can be done at Autozone for a fraction of the price,etc...PS, some dealerships are actually awesome. This one is not. Nissan of Portland is my favorite service place of all time, so I dont just hate dealerships.
Oh my goodness...... Totally hit and miss ...talking on the phone to be served.. Blah!..... Not a fan..... I dread every time I need service and I have top of the line warranty and a newer vehicle....... And still, wow 😳😱😯come on ABC you have been around along time...... We have bought 3 vehicles from them..... A little kindness goes a long way ❤🙏🏽the 3 stars are for some employees, some and few are kind 😇. Nick in the service center was wonderful and very accommodating. I came to get a recall repair and the shop fixed multiple recalls in just a few hours. They also offered me a lift home and back before they closed. The customer service was excellent. I would recommend the service center to anyone.

Small incident with vandals takimg nos 2 stems from all the tirees the sensor caps and then losing air to tje vehixles tires so i went to the dealership to hav r them inspect my new car customer service team took excellent care of me and In the afternoon car is great again first class service would recommend to all ti invest in nissan.
