Im a car guy, and do lots of my our work. However, I gave the guys at C&R Tire on Tatum and Bell a shot changing the oil on my RAM pickup. I came away very impressed with the work they did, specifically the care that was taken handling my truck, the thorough job done, and the after-the-work communication and follow-up assuring my satisfaction (thank you Adrian Estopeyan). Theyve since done a wheel alignment on the truck and are currently collecting the necessary parts to do a performance suspension upgrade on my Magnum RT. I can highly recommend these guys for competitive, top-notch automotive work!

C&R Tire went above and beyond to get our Expedition fixed. If they couldnt do it, they looked around at other C&R Tires to get down to business and the job done. Kyle and Adrian are an A+; in communicating and getting the job done. The most important part is integrity in my book, and they have it.

I have been going to C & R Tires since I moved to Arizona at the beginning of 2020 and I have to say they are the best shop around. They are incredibly honest and will help you in any way possible. They go out of their way to provide the best customer service available and always try to save you money any way they can. They have worked on my 2013 Ford Explorer and 2020 Ford Raptor. The reason I am writing this review, apart from the extensive mechanical work they had to do on my Ford Explorer due to normal wear and tear, which came out amazing, is due to their honesty and integrity.I had a tire repair I needed to be done and I mistakenly went to Big O Tires on Thunderbird and they told me that my tire was not repairable at all and needed a new tire. Therefore, I would need to buy at least two tires or all four for the Ford Raptor. That was about 750 for two tires and about 1500 for all four. So, my first mistake was not taking it to my normal spot C & R Tire to take a look at it and went with Big O Tires who didnt care about the customer at all. I spoke with Adrian who is the Manager, who has always taken care of me and told me that he would take a look at it and try and see if they can repair it. Come to find out the repair was simple and doable.C& R Tires saved me from spending 750-1500 dollars on new tires and were able to repair the tire that Big O Tires determined unrepairable. If you need good honest mechanics dont hesitate to call C & R Tire on Tatum. They will do their very best to help you out and provide the best customer service out there. If anyone is interested, they had to replace, struts, control arms, muffler, and motor mounts on my 2013 Ford Explorer.Thanks,BillyJoel

Everyone at C&R is amazing. Their customer service is off the charts. They always provide a clear understanding of any issues and ask for your opinions/preferences when assisting you in making your decisions on all service options. Their prices are always very fair and they even check in with you a day or two after your service to make sure you have everything you need and your car is still running smoothly. Best in town. Let me start by sharing that I live 1.5 hours from this shop, and will continue to make the drive for their service. The previous owners of our vehicle used C&R for previous repairs and we decided to continue service here. Our 2006 Corvette had overheated and was losing coolant, we had it towed to the shop late afternoon one day and it was ready to go at 2pm the next day. Adrian and Nick provided first class customer service. They kept me informed every step of the way and answered all of my questions. If you want top of the line service and people who actually care about you and your vehicle then look no further. Thank you guys, you really made a great impression on us!

The staff here has always been very friendly. There seems to be a higher than expected turnaround rate with the employees here - but dont let that dissuade you from coming to this place because all of the staff Ive ever encountered at this location have been examples of kindness and professionalism. I really have nothing negative to say about this place. Its comforting to know that there are smaller places out there like C&R Tire (compared to big name places like Big-O or Discount Tire) that arent shady and actually do outstanding work. Id be very surprised if someone ever wrote a 1-star review for this place.

I’ve used C & R for the last 5 years to handle my auto repairs. Their communication is great and always provide friendly and efficient customer service. I recently had a difficult electrical problem that they could not solve and suggested that the dealer would be a better option for the repair. I received a full refund from them and appreciate their honesty. I’ll be back for my regular maintenance, oil changes, tires and battery needs.

THEY CARE ABOUT YOU!!! I was just up the street at Tatum and Union Hills Pep Boys Shop. There was a complete disturbing situation where they didnt put my tires back on my truck safely. I stopped at the Orileys Next to C and R and i got a quote for the cost of breaks and rotors. I was referred to this car shop next door. I called and they had me come to make sure the tires were at least bolted correctly. The Front manager took a look and we parked the truck to set a time to get The front Axel done breaks and rotors. I was looking at my finances and was able to get approved for an amount to get everything done. Due that they were booked out until mid monday, it was a saturday. They made it happen, and balanced with out cost! Not to mention they paid for an uber to and from the shop so i could wait in the comfort of my home ! When it was all said and done my truck felt a million times better i felt safe and they gave my son a hot wheel. Growing up with a dad as a mechanic i was blow away by the care and consideration. I will ALWAYS go back ... it feels so good to have a trustworthy car shop in such a Large CITY! its like being at home. Thank you thank you thank you!!

Nick at C&R tire off of Tatum. Is the best. C&R employees at this location do their best to assist and get everything covered. This is my first visit but, I will definitely be returning. I have been a customer since 1998. I have had several cars throughout the years and have been happy with the service I have had on my cars and the customer service from the staff. I started with Ralph and Chris and from there, every service writer, manager, assistant manager treated me with kindness, respect, and explained what needed to be done and how they were going to do it. Yes..most auto shops do the same BUT, I trust THEM. You never know what shops do to your car when you leave it with them. They could tell you that you need this and that and not being a mechanic, you just say OK and hope you are not being ripped off. I do not feel that way with the Tatum C&R store. At this moment, Adrian, David and Nick are the contacts there. I have to say, I have never been treated better and I have worked with several great guys and gals throughout the years. I stopped going to the dealership for service; I felt like just another number in the waiting line, and oftentimes it would take excessively long for a simple oil change. C&R Tire gives customers a small-town feeling kind of service. They are very friendly, personable, and treat the customer as though they are important and listened to. We had a wonderful experience here. We had an intense smell of gasoline in the car and didnt know what the problem was. We left the car, and they managed to squeeze us in later in the day. David called, identified the fuel pump problem and said one needed part was on the east coast. He was able to get it sent ASAP -- this was Thurs late PM and he hoped it would arrive Sat, but it came in Friday, and we were able to get the car back midday! We never thought to ask about discounts, but HE asked US if we were AAA members, and when we said yes, he automatically gave us the discount. It was a complete pleasure working with this company, and we will definitely use them again.

James at the front desk was excellent. I had a flat on the 101 and Tatum. I called C & R and James ordered my tires and the crew was ready to help me as soon as the tow truck brought me in. I was impressed that they worked so fast, got me on the road quickly, and 30 minutes prior to the quoted time. I was so impressed with my experience that I will be back to service my other vehicles at this location. I cant speak highly enough about my care today. It was a Saturday, I needed 2 new tires that I couldnt find anywhere... I called C & R tire (very friendly and helpful) and they said my tires were discontinued but, they had some in their warehouse. Since I went in early they said to leave my truck & they would try and get them from the warehouse the same day and install and do my oil change.They succeeded and have gained another happy customer!

This was my first experience with C & R tire. I got an oil change and bought new tires. I felt very at ease throughout the entire process. Adrian helped me went over all of my repairs thoroughly, gave me options, as well as his personal opinion to get me the best option and price. Bought tires a few years back, great service and had no issues. I’ve been taking my Honda to Jaime and the whole C&R Tire crew for years! They are extremely professional and I never feel pressured with an up sell. I trust them to be truthful and fix/replace just about anything in my car. They always keep me posted on status of the work being done and follow-up with via phone to make sure i was satisfied with the service. They also provide transportation to and from if I need a ride (I assume only within a certain radius of the shop.) Highly recommend this place!

Ive been coming here for close to a year now. Whenever I get work done I always wait for my car so I sit in the lobby. I have found this shop to be honest and very knowledgeable. Kaylee and Nick know their customers personally. They make sure to communicate the progress of the job being done. Everyone in this shop is friendly. And they work very quickly so I dont spend all day here. It is their little touches, like notes from the mechanic and follow up texts from the owner, that keep me coming back. And they are AAA supported. They keep my car running great.

I needed a tire (brought in) for mount/balance/new valve stem service for a truck. Though swamped with work, they treated my task like a prioity and were quick and polite about it.

I am very happy with the experience that I got from them. Had my power steering lines replaced and car is running amazing now.I had also shown up early before they opened so I went to get breakfast. They noticed my car and called me to check to see if I was there and ready to get help. I was amazed at how organized they are and the online service they offer made it quick since I had put in my request the day before. I was able to get my started on right away and they helped with a ride to work for me as well.I will definitely be thinking of them for future work on my cars. Thank you

Kyle helped me initially, and was extremely friendly. I called beforehand and the woman who answered the phone was friendly, helpful, and honest. The wait time ended up being exactly what she had predicted... which was under a half hour! James went over my receipt with me, showed me things that the car would need in the future and at what point in the miles, and was professional and personable. This was my first time at C&R Tire and I will never go anywhere else - I will highly recommend them to family and friends!

Ralph and his crew are the best!! I have been taking my car to C&R since the day I bought it. I put a lot of miles on my car, so Ralph keeps an eye on everything for me! He lets me know when something will need to be repaired in the future so that I can save up, and know what to expect when its time. They are also great about loaning me a car so that I can work, or do what I need to do while my car is being serviced. C & R Tire was the first repair shop I went to when I moved to the Valley and Ive been blown away by their service. Their rates are reasonable and Nick, Kyle, Adrian, and the whole team take the time to explain the issues they have found with my car, tell me what they think should be fixed now, and what can wait. They have never pressured me into getting anything and always leave what gets fixed and what doesnt up to me. Nick even kept the shop open past closing one night just so I could come and see the car up on the lift and see and feel exactly what was wrong with my drivetrain. Multiple times C & R employees have taken the time to explain how a certain system in a car works to me so I understand exactly what they are fixing and why. The lifetime warranty on parts and labor is amazing. I cant say enough good things about C & R!

Honest, friendly staff with knowledgeable mechanics. They started on my car shortly after I arrived which is not the case at every service shop. I also noticed the mechanic covering the seat and mat before he got in my car which again is not usually done anymore. I am busy and I keep a clean car so I appreciate these things. While my alignment was being done, I asked about another issue I was having and they addressed it and gave me honest options instead of just doing it and taking my money. They get my vote.

I get free oil changes for my vehicles from the dealership - but I MUCH prefer to use C&R. Their service is prompt, honest, reliable and efficient. Their prices are excellent - though I dont care what their prices are because their service is so good.I came in the first time on my way to Disneyland with my family in my SUV.....we picked up a screw in my tire. They fixed it immediately though they were busy - and would not accept payment! That is such a nice and rare thing these days. I wont go anywhere else for my oil, tires and maintenance needs.
