Out of any nail salon I’ve visited, I’ve always had a good experience, and loved the look of my nails leaving this salon. I’m a returning customer, I usually do my appointments towards their close, but I always call in advance. It’s always amazing work, they’re quick, and do great, I never have any complaints.I made an appointment today, early in the day, so I could ensure I’d be in and out by 6:45pm. I watched two people walking in, and get helped right away without appointments, and all I was doing was a simple manicure. I had been there since 5:55, right before my appointment. It was just a slap in the face, especially considering how many times I’ve been there and have never had this issue before. My nail tech I usually go with, her name is Julie, and she is brilliant and amazing! I love her and her work; I just wish the time management today was better with the reception. I understand they get backed up with clients who come in, but as a regular, seeing two people come in right in front of me and get serviced without appointments, left a bad taste in my mouth.

Me and my friend came here to get our nails done and when we started my friend was saying that she wanted them a normal length and the technician was saying that would be extra 10$. and then she was saying that she would get them short and still said that would be an extra 45$. Which we didn’t understand why it would be 10 extra dollars to get them short or normal. i decided to not get my nails done there and my friend finished what she was getting. it’s only been 2 days and majority of her nails have been BROKEN OFF. wouldn’t recommended this place because of the quality and the technicians trying to rip you off. but inside was very nice and professional which was i had high hopes.

First time coming here for a full set acrylic with Emmy(not sure if I spelled her name right) but she was absolutely amazing, Im one for attention to detail, shape, thickness, and clean work, and she did everything perfectly, thank you!

Place is very clean. When you make an appointment you don’t have to wait even if you arrived early. I got a gel manicure and regular pedicure and they both were done excellent. The staff is so nice. ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 stars from me.

Wife went here to spoil herself and said she loved the fact its family owned, and they really show they love what they do. They take their time and make conversation with the customer.

I had two appointments with Hannah today (for my niece and I). Hannah was not there and no one even called me to let me know that Hannah was not going to be there, so I had to trust another person to do my nails. It was going to be the first time that my niece was going to get her nails done and it was the worst experience ever. I was very angry about the poor quality of work, but I didn’t want to argue with a pregnant woman that did my nails. No one will tell me what happened to Hannah or when she is coming back, but I will not return until Hannah returns.

The tech’s did a great job but the environment was gross. I have not been to this location in a long time and it looks like they have not cleaned in forever. The chairs were sticky and dirty, the techs carts were dusty, the floors were filthy. They were not busy at all when I arrived and the amount of filth was certainly not from one day. I also felt that the quality of the lotions and masks was different. I was disappointed because it used to be a great spot that I would recommend to people. My nails look great but I need a shower after being there!

Wow! 5/5 for sure! I went in today as a walk in without an appointment and received the best gel manicure I have had in years! I am traveling from Florida but if I wasn’t I would go back here in a second! They got me in quickly and shaped my nails almost perfectly. The girl ( I forgot her name) who did my nails did a phenomenal job. I recommend going 100%

I came in with a fresh SNS I’ve gotten done from another salon but was not satisfied with how it turned out. Julie took me in last minute and did such an amazing job!! The French ombré turned out perfect! I’m still obsessing

Enjoyed the experience!! The most positive experience from a nail salon ever! Called to fit 3 people in for a mani pedi, having lunch nearby. The availability was a 2 hr wait, longer than we could plan for. Called other salons to inquire availability and received a call back from Herbal Nails asking if 1 hour wait would work. First time for that and excellent customer accommodation! We hadnt been to a salon since COVID 19 hit the state and this was a great welcome back. We were able to be pampered, experience a great service, and felt relaxed when we left!!

I tried this shop earlier today and got my work done by Finona, work done was very poorly. She cut my nails without asking making them to short, after I told her I didnt want them cut I asked them to be filed. Although she did file them she filed completely sideways thats how my nails grew in. Not owning up to her mistake they brought in another technician to fix her screw up. After fixing my now short unwanted nails, they added the cherry on top to offer me a $1 discount 😐. The place was overpriced and frankly just a bad organization, I paid as fast as I could and left... im never coming back.

I didn’t have an appointment but didn’t have to wait. I was lucky enough to get a manicurist that I really liked and did a thorough and great job, thanks! I will see you next time.

A bit pricey, cost more to get a fill than a full set at $60 for dip, give you a week to come back if needed but I havent actually been back to see if Im accepted or not... Liked my nails 2 of 3 times I visited. Last visit was solely due to lack of time to wait for other options.

Yesterday was my first time in a nail salon in 6 years. I got a full set of acrylic tips with the DC (or CD?) 18 colored nail powder for $45. Linda, my manicurist, was gentle when using the electric nail file to prep my nails and asked if I was comfortable. I am very picky about my nails, and cant stand if my nails look like they have large globs of gel on them. And dont know her name, but the receptionist was very attentive and friendly.

This used to be the only place I would go to but the last couple months it has gone downhill. Not sure if they are just understaffed or something else. I had an appointment scheduled and the lady I was booked with ended up being triple booked. While she was finishing up they put the foil with acetone on my nails (I had the SNS and extensions). Which was no problem at all. It had been on for about 20 minutes and my hands felt like they were on fire. I said something and was told to wait and it was fine. After about 30 minutes the nail tech was ready for me. When she took off the foil my extensions literally melted off. I get extensions and SNS all the time and that his literally never happened before. I’m getting my nails done and 2 more ladies came in who had appointments scheduled at the same time with the same lady I was seeing. She told them they would have to decide who goes first and who wants to wait but either way they were both going to have to wait. Both of them said they had scheduled times so they didn’t understand. Both of them got pretty upset and one walked out. The lady sitting next to me getting her nails done told me she was going to get a pedicure that was scheduled for 2 hours ago and they just told her they were ready now. She ended up paying for her nails and walking out too. The lady was doing my cuticles and cut me twice on separate fingers. She then finds a piece of skin, nail, I’m not sure what it was and tried to use nail glue to glue it on top of where she cut me! I said something and she said “it’s ok we do this all the time”. I told her stop and said I was ready to leave now. The one cut was so bad when I got home I went thru 3 bandaids in one hour. Needless to say, I’m very disappointed as I used to love this place which is why I gave it 3 stars instead of 1.

1st time here and was happy with the results. The staff speaks English clearly and very professional. Like the complimentary wine. Excellent place for a manicure and for relaxing with a drink!

I rarely ever get pedicures unless there is a special occasion, and I just recently received a scholarship for grad school from the Air Force so in honor of this, I wanted a blue/silver pedicure. The design is so cute, it makes me happy looking at it. I also got my eyebrows waxed and they did a great job.

They were short staff and attempted to do their best. I dont believe I will return.

With COVID-19, you can tell they’re taking great care in keeping their staff and you safe while providing services. Be prepared to wear your mask the duration of your service and wash your hands upon entering - if you can handle that - you’ll love it here! I’ve visited other Herbal Nails locations across the valley over the years but this is my current and most frequented location. They are so clean, spacious and the salon itself is so pretty! The customer service is professional and friendly. Theresa at the front desk, is always accommodating and helpful. I see Kim for gel/no-chip pedicures and she does a great job. She’s patient and always helps me decide on the right look!

Thursday March 7th 2019 was my first visit to Herbal Nails & Spa at Happy Valley and it definitely will not be my last. This salon is very clean & professional from the moment you walk into the door and greeted by Theresa the receptionist, she has a great personality and friendly to everyone I noticed walked in. Hannah was my nail tech and she does FABULOUS work, she is a professional, she loves what she does and her work definitely shows it. I came all the way from Scottsdale because I heard good things about happy valleys location, but never again. My nails came out looking way too big for my fingers, I made sure to communicate with Both the techs that did my nails since they did switch me, and When I would say something the tech seemed bothered so I felt like i couldn’t say anything.

Saw a girl with beautiful nails and she referred me to this nail shop. I walked in and was greeted by a receptionist named Samantha, i was lucky to be able to get taken back right away for a full set. The shop is very clean ehich is the first thing i look for in a nail shop. The staff were all friendly. Christina did my nails and was very friendly and professional. I loved my nails and have gotten several compliments on them already. I came back today and got a gel pedicure! I would definitely recommend Herbal Nails Happy Valley. I would recommend making an appointment if possible since it seems like they get busy!

My friend and I got great time at this salon, staffs are amazing friendly andmy nail tech was so funny, made us laughing so much, but on top of that she did an excellent jobs on my nails and feet with an amazing feet massage, heaven!!! I was able to walk right in and get seated for a pedicure right away. Everyone was very nice and they weren’t pushy or trying trying to up sell me other services. It smells nice and doesn’t have the chemical smell other salons have. I was able to understand all the employees which was very comforting. I would definitely recommend this place.

Got my brows done here and they were fabulous and even accommodating to my service dog 🐕‍🦺. My doggy 🐕 wasnt ousted and was made to feel like she was one of the family.

Honestly a bit disappointed. I had high hopes based on all of the good reviews, but my acrylic was super thick at the tips and the guy who did my nails kept filing downward towards the front of my nails which made my “square” a u shape with the points high on the ends and dipping in the middle.Saving grace of this visit was the the salon is very clean and everyone was friendly. I’d probably go back, but not to the same guy.

I have been coming to Herbal Nails at Happy Valley for almost three years. I have never had a bad experience. The staff provides great customer service, the spa is always clean, new tools are used with each customer and the space is relaxing. Hannah and Julie make a wonderful team! Hands down the best nail place in the north valley.

I absolutely love coming to Herbal Nails at HappyValley. Their customer service is exceptional! I love that they can always get me in when I need it. Everyone there is so friendly! They do such an awesome job on my pedicure! I love how they are able to shape my toenails and make sure they are nice and clean! I highly recommend coming to herbal nails!!

Went to get a full set as i mentioned on the phone, i walk in they look at me and say “did you just call” i said yes as I’m getting ready to sign in they say go wash your hands with an attitude as if I’m in trouble. So i get to my chair of who’s doing my nails he asked what i had on i said dip with tip i want to remove and get a new set, he then proceeded to talk me out of a new set and say he could do a full with a different color. I said no I’ve had 3 fills just want a new set. So he starts to cut my nails and he cuts my pinky so short without paying attention and cuts me and i start to bleed doesn’t try to offer a napkin or bandaid just continues and then asks my name. The worst service I’ve received by far getting my nails done. Do not recommend this salon at least not if you want a good experience.

This salon is spacious and Nice inside! The staff are amazing and excellent customer service. There are so many choices of shellac, and regular Polish to choose from. I decided to go with the French shellac and I loved the outcome! I loved everything and will becoming where again.

My niece and I visited last weekend for a girls day out, and we really liked this place. We were greeted with smile and both our techs were great. The only reason I didnt give it 5 stars is because I still think it is very rude that they speak another language to each other so they can talk about you. Unfortunately, its like that in almost all the nail salons now.

They did a great job on my nails! I absolutely love my nails and I understand the extra $5 charge because of the hard times but if your gonna charge me $70 instead of $55 for sns at least give me a heads up so I don’t find out after my nails are done and waiting to check out. That’s just really alarming

I went there today on a whim...and was glad I did. They did a great job and the result was exactly what I wanted. No issues with shape or quality. Going with just a simple short set with gel worked well for me!💚💚💚

I love, love, love getting the SNS done at this location. They are super nice and customer service friendly. The nail technician Hannah is the absolute best. She is second to none. Shes welcoming and friendly, I feel more like shes a friend. My nails always look awesome and unique with her designs. When I go in and cant decide on a color she always selects the best colors and designs for me. Ive also gotten pedicures here as well. Same great service. I love my nails. If you are looking for a nail shop this is the place to go. Highly recommended.

This is our first time at Herbal Nails and Spa. We were immediately greeted upon walking in. We didnt have an appointment but they were able to do 2 pedicures, a manicure and full set of dip gel. Im super excited about the dip gel! I love it. Not sure why Ive been leery to get it. Its so awesome! Ali and I both had very professional nail techs. The full size water bottle they give is a treat. I went to this place for pedicure. After few days when I took it out my nail polish I saw small white dots. It was looking wearied. After one month it was heeting big. I went to my doctor and ask she said I have fungus infection. Right now my entire toe nail has fungus I’m taking med for that. I know it’s going to be worst. So as per my thought this place is not clean at all. May the polish they used on me has used on some one else who has fungus.Will not go again.......

After 2.5 hrs to get SNS full set, they came out horrible. You would think after that amount of time my nails would be perfection. They are all different lengths and shape. Even after sharing my disappointment they still couldn’t fix the mess. They charge FIFTEEN extra dollars for an extra color, not a design just to have an accent nail-insane!! I will NEVER return. Everyone who has seen my nails, laughs! They can’t even believe I had to pay for the horrible job they did.No wait, which makes it even worse. Better off going to Polish room with a bit of wait but much better quality and they are much quicker

There was no wait time, the place is extremely clean, everyone is so friendly, and the work is top notch quality! I’ve gone to the same nail place for almost 6 years, but I needed a change and so happy I tried this place! They are a little pricey, but it’s definitely worth it! I shared their ad on FB and received $26 off my $50 gel pedicure. It was a great experience, as they set a timer for you leg and foot message as well. I highly recommend... Thanks guys!❤️

Absolutely awesome this is the only place Ill go to get my nails done. the reason I found this place is because I went into many nail salons only to turn around and walk out because of the acrylic odor. I get severe headaches from it so I continued my search and finally came across this one. Everyone is kind, their prices are wonderful the service is great and theres no acrylic odor. The acrylics are done in a separate closed-off area so you get your feet and fingers done and you dont have to worry about anything. The very best part is while youre getting your feet done you sit in the massage chair and it is so nice!

I came with a friend and her daughter, they were packed but they kindly squeezed us in for pedicures. The chairs were comfortable, the salon had a nice modern feel to it. They did a great job for us. They were kid friendly which I appreciate.

My nail tech was able to move swiftly and efficiently when I told her I had another appointment had to go to. She was also great with conversation too. Very much appreciate her work. Sadly was forgot to catch her name.

I really love this nail salon because they are personal and treat you like a person not a number. They take their time on my nails, they don’t rush the massage, and even lotioned my arms after the SNS nails were done. Most other places leave you high and dry, so to speak. They’re incredibly friendly and thoughtful in each of their steps. I come here regularly with good reason. I highly recommend them!

I went 3 weeks ago today for a SNS dip manicure and my nails still look like day 1! No lifting, cracking, or breakage! This shop is a little more expensive than others, but I honestly I think I could go another week before getting my nails done, so its worth it! Beautiful shop, pedicure chairs look nice and comfortable. The only reason I went here to begin was the fact theyre open till 6 on Sundays and everyone else closes at 5. Ill be back!

They were able to get two of us in for manis and pedis on short notice. Staff was friendly. Have a guarantee with the gels and dips so if you get a chip within a few days they will fix it for you which is nice if you are going to be spending the extra money on those options.

The women that work here do an amazing job... every time I came in and had a girl do my nails they came out fabulous. The only reason i give this place 3 stars is because every time i had a guy work on my manicure it looks like I did them myself at home. Dont go in an hour before closing time because you will be disappointed.

First off I want to say I really liked my nails when they were first done. However by day 4, three of my nails cracked. I have had SNS for the past 8 months and have cracked maybe two of my nails in that time. I don’t treat my nails roughly. On day 7, I had five cracked nails. I made an appointment on day 7, only to sit in a chair for 40 minutes because they didn’t write down the right appointment time when I called the day before. Mind you, for 40 minutes the receptionist failed to tell me my appointment time had been messed up. After these are fixed I’m never coming back here again.

Best SNS nails ever! Phoebe gives the greatest pedicures and Annie is so patient. Highly recommend.

I am new to AZ and have been struggling to find a good nail place being I am EXTREMELY picky with my nails. I HIGHLY recommend coming here if you are the same way! They are all friendly, and very good at explaining their natural herbal powder they use instead of acrylic and I was blown away! There is not one little thing wrong with my nails. The length, color and shape is beautiful and all the same on each nail! Please check this place out it will be worth it! And worth every penny!
