Love it Bonnie is a Beast with the 💅 game!!!

Ive been going to this place for almost a year and I keep telling myself that its going to get better but the service isnt great. The only reason I come is because the prices WERE reasonable. They were 20$ for a full acrylic set, 35$ for gel and 15$ for a fill but now its 25$ for full, 40$ for gel and 20$ for fill. The other reason is because the nails last pretty long (3 weeks being the longest). Theres only one nail tech here and she rushes through all of her customers. She occasionally does 2 to 3 different sets at a time so theres really no attention and care put into each individual session. I notice she always seems so overwhelmed and stressed, so shes sometimes offputting. I tried to stay loyal to this salon but just yesterday I went in for a fill and got a change of shape from coffin to almond and they look like something I would do if I tried to do my own acrylic nails. The shape is uneven and poorly done. It honestly hurts to say this but I will not be spending another $ here.

There was only one worker and there was a girl getting a full set. The worker was only focused on the one girl she was doing nails to, meanwhile another lady and me were waiting for our set. It was way too much of a wait, first I had to wait for the girl who just started getting her set, then the lady in front of me (another full set) with only 1 worker, so I left. I had to come to this nail salon because my usual place was closed. I dont recommend if you want to wait very long.

Lady doing my pedicure was rude.

The Specialist was very sweet and very patient and she does an excellent job doing nails

I work during the week so i come in on saturdays. Which is a busy day... and they only ever have 1 tech.. I’m here now and there’s 2 people in process and 2 people ahead of me. All for 1 tech.

Got a gel pedicure as well as painted fingernails for $80. They lasted a really long time which is the only plus, but the experience and the cost makes me not want to go back. Theyre very rushy. I think a big part of the pedicure is to let your feet soak for a few minutes so the skin can soften, but theyll want to get to it right away. Whoever did my pedicure was not slow or careful at all. They filed my toenails right on the skin which made the skin break open and bleed. Want a french just on one nail? Thatll be full price. Of course, depending on who is taking care of you, your experience may be completely different.

Amie does good nails but sometimes she skips steps. Sides sometimes are not filed down right. I have to file them at home. Lately she has been charging me different prices for my fills, dollar more each time I go. Her nails do stay on though. Fills were $15 but went up to $19. This is basic fill with regular nail polish. I still go to her though her nails are not perfect but are ok.

Really but service ...I told can you please do my pedicure good I was here 2 weeks ago and I told her that my pedicure was not done good as it used to be she was mad pulling my feet, plus with the big attitude she said I was done she really she did it for 15 minutes only ..she said I was done she collect my payment .. I was there for about 15 minutes waiting oh here to come and put my sandalias .. but she never did I went and sit at the lobby I show my nail polishes was peeling.. I go back and I told her I put my sandals because u said I was done ✅.. She was screaming like a crazy psycho lady I told her are you OK and she said seat down and shut up I said what she said you don’t like it you get out of here I paid money to get my nails done not to be treated like that I asked her are you the owner she said yes I am the owner and never come back I am a Christian girl...!!!I told Her treat me with respect cause I’m treating you the respect!!! 2 lady’s were there and the lady the owner was really crazy I was about to call the police ..cuz this is a really but service... never going back to this crazy lady I was looking for some cámara but she don’t have nothing ...This is too much ..

WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD in a nail salon. Terrible service and terrible attitude. I will never be back.

I walked in sign my name and time the lady looked at me and ask who wanted done I told her a full set she was working on a customer at the time but she asked me to come back a six it was 445 another lady walked in signed he name and sat down so I went out sid and waited to see if the other lady came out hmmm she didnt wth.

I like getting my nails done here... pricing is reasonable and my nails always last... 💅💅💅

They r the best and reasonable prices as well.
