William did such an amazing job bringing my idea to life. Super attentive to detail and patient. The lady that did my pedi was amazing at getting rid of all the build up and even an ingrown i didn’t know was there she took her time and made sure the job was well done. I wish I could’ve gotten her name but she has pretty, short red/burgundy hair, can’t miss her. First time at Panda Nails and cannot wait to go back!!

I did not prefer this salon until I met the nail tech who sits on the right behind the counter. I believe her name was kimmy? Ive gone to her twice now and she is so consistent. My shape was perfect each time! And she gave me the perfect length. Loved her!

Ive been married 30 years. But obviously the person doing my nails hasnt been doing nails for very long. You could tell by the pictures that the 3-0 is completely crooked. What a waste of time and money I will never go back. This is nowhere near the nail art I was expecting. I will go to another company and have them remove it and just paint the whole fingernail gold.

Nails were pretty but completely uneven. One broke the first day. Very unsatisfactory. If im paying $80 every 2 weeks. They should be pristine 👎🏻

I got my nails done here the gentlemen heard me say owe several times and continued prying off my nails the same way. After that he proceeded to cut me while filling and when I asked for nails on the shorter side I felt as though I was pressured in getting them longer. He then did not listen to the colores i wanted and then I had to settle for something I did not like and gel top coat made my nail and skin stuck together.. I paid 80$ for acrylic nails and a gel polish when I go every 2 weeks to get my nails done and it costs me between 40-65$ no gems nothing plain square geled acrylics I will never be coming back 🙃. P.s I cut them bi**ches off when I got home and will be getting them done properly elsewhere.

DONT COME HERE WORST SERVICE EVER; He was taking dead skin off (the person doing my pedicure)proceeded to cut my toe I pulled it back and told him it hurt he didn’t understand my English very well he got scared and moved on to the next foot he keeps picking at my cut on my toe tells me sorry I couldn’t deal with the pain so I got up ready to speak to a manager I’m up in the front and just puts a calculator of the total cost in my face. I’m not paying for a terrible service especially in that format I understand maybe paying half but not full only reason I didn’t walk out was because I wanted to speak to a manager. I don’t recommend I’m never coming here again . He continued to put this green liquid and white powder on my toe I was being respectful and trying my best to not cause a scene although I should have WORST SERVICE EVER

I loved it there they were so nice clean and very comfortable with everything and my experience was great so relaxing great work and did exactly what I wanted 😊 I will go back again.

I love this place! The interior feels very open, clean and posh. I never have an issue asking for my favorite nail artist as they are very accommodating. I would recommend going during the weekday as they can get you in and out.

Went there for then first time. I booked with Grace online. The atmosphere was welcoming and I was acknowledged right away. Grace did an amazing job on my nails. They look better than I imagined. Will be back for sure

Horrible... Im posting a picture of what I wanted and what I got and what I eventually settled for....long story short they wouldnt give me back the $ for the design i paid for but didnt get...they charged me $50 for this FILL...which is normally $28...i simply wanted the $ back for the design i didnt get...this escalated from speaking over the phone with the manager who told me he didnt care about bad business and he WOULD NOT give me my $ back....i had to call the cops for a $22 refund...smh bad customer service and horrible wait times with mediocre work...never again

I would have gave them a 5 but the girl wasnt really trying Im a bigger women she just kept getting frustrated with me but overall her work was good but Im unsure if I would go back

Favorite place for pedis, acrylic nails.. kinda always packed but they try to get you in as soon as possible.

The nail salon it self is pretty and fancy looking but the ladies that work there are extremely rude! The prices are very high and the workers are all over the place, it felt like a negative environment. I was so unsatisfied with the work and service I received.

Ying really knows how to prevent much ticklage from happening..That is tickling of the bottom of the feet.Since I dont do this but once a year, Im not used to it.So I have to praise Ying at Panda for being super gentle & super careful with my feet.Ill ask for her if I get another pedicure..I dont trust anyone else.Thank you, Panda Nails Spa, for being so good to me.

They NEED to work on customer service!! I paid $156 for a full set and pedicure that i was very unhappy with. I asked for a full set on my toes and the lady had such an attitude and was looking at me like a was bothering her to do her job and my nails also came out horrible! & I was very unsatisfied with the whole thing!!

I had a pedicure done . Everything was clean, and sanitized. Gentleman took his time . Didn’t rush at all.

Came here yesterday, they were busy but I didn’t mind the wait. Christy the nail tech was nice and professional. The only problem I had was they charged me $96 for a FILL-IN manicure. THIS WAS NOT A NEW SET!!! My nails are one color and one simple design on ring finger. I just feel like she overcharged me on purpose. I will not be returning.

Went in for a full set and pedicure. I picked a very simple design not complicated at all. The man couldnt do it after 4 attempts and at one point even had to remove one of the nails and start over because he wasnt paying attention and put dark maroon powder instead of nude and then tried to cover the mistake with white nail polish before i stopped him and asked him to fix it, the nails were thick uneven and with no shape, the design i had to settle for looked awful and tacky, not even close to what i wanted. I was so unhappy that even after being charged $87 i drove to another nail salon inmediately after and paid $30 so they could try to fix it! Even the pedicure looked uneven she didnt even cut the nails, just used a file. Would not recommend. Overpriced and bad service.

Been here a few times for my pedis and my favorite is Van! He didn’t rush through the pedi and also I’m very picky with the filing and he took his time with it. He was just attentive overall.

The nail set was pretty well done but the lady that did my pedicure was so ruff and she was not skilled doing the job, even tho I kept telling her it hurt. The color was done so horribly and unprofessional, never going back again. They charged me $108 dlrs, not worth it.

Angela was great doing my nails today! I showed her a picture and she did a replica of them. Got my toes done too, everything was great.

I went to get a pedicure I paid about $50 and the next day my toe was infected and it’s swollen and hurts!!! Do not recommend I went and asked for a refund and I was told they don’t do refunds and when I asked to see their license they refused to show their license.

I got my nails done a week ago and one of my nails already fell off & about 6 of them are already lifting.. I paid $120 for my nails!! Last time I went I paid $45 for my nails and they lasted longer with no problems! I definitely wouldnt recommend!

Paid over 50 dollars and they refused to fix or refund any of the money paid. I was told they would do a free new set after the covid closures. I contacted them for this and I was told I took too long and they were unwilling to refund me anythingOnly 19/50 people gave good ratings. Thats less than half. Clearly NOT the best place to goLook at all the pics and vids!

Me and my mom came here to get our nails done. My mom sat down with the guy who was going to do her nails and looked trough photos of diffrent nail designs. The man pointed out one he said he could do and they agreed on that. It was a simple ombre design and not that hard compared to the pictures they have on their website. The man didnt do her nails well all. It wasnt anything close to ombre. We called them and went back in to get them redone and she agreed to do a simple solid color. She couldnt even get the color she wanted because they didnt want to have to start all over. She had to get a dark color and the guy just painted over them and you could still see the original color on the sides of her nails.

Perfect Peter did a great job fixing my polih, Im very happy now! They are now Perfect!

Highly recommend Panda Nails & Spa. I use to switch Nail Salons each time I went to get my nails done. But now that I found Steven, he’s the only one I go to. At Panda Nails they make sure you are happy before you leave. Steven always makes sure my nails are perfect and shaped right and I’m happy with the colors. I always get my mani, pedi and full set here . Wouldn’t go anywhere else !

I was cut with a new file, burned by the drill, cats eye didnt work but she didnt charge me for it I think. I think she was less experienced but I dont know if I will go back, but I really like Peter so who knows.

The nail tech that did my nails made them look blotchy. She didnt file down my nails. She charged me $50 to fill, paint and bedazzle my nails. Which I wouldnt normally have an issue with, but she did a horrible job. On top of all of that, she charge herself a $16 tip to my credit card without my consent.

Once I got there the lady was like kinda complaining with his boss when he told her that she was going to do my nails. She started doing my nails.. and she never said a word. She will just point at me what to do. Should would also just yank my hand and wasn’t gentle at all.

Words cant describe my nails. So. I will just say, go experience the Awesome service!
