We have never needed a courier service before, but when the COVID-19 quarantine kept our team working from home, we needed someone to pick up and deliver computer equipment. We found Alex with Reliable Couriers and Im so glad we did! We ended up needing a very expensive laptop picked up immediately and Alex was able to get the job done within 30 minutes of my call. It turned out to be a tricky pickup since the home location was gated and the driver couldnt access the front door. Alex kept in close communication with me, and the driver patiently waited while we contacted our employee to arrange access. The pickup and delivery were professional and efficient. I placed an order with them to deliver a package from Phoenix to Tucson and they were at my door within 30 minutes and delivered it within a few hours. This is the only delivery service in Phoenix that was open early on the weekends. I needed something delivered from Scottsdale to Surprise and then to Avondale and Reliable Couriers really came through for me. The driver Scott was friendly and helpful and helped me by taking the heavy package downstairs and into his car. 5 stars for sure.

AMAZING SERVICE! I am in Washington DC and needed an urgent package delivered to our senior partner at their hotel. I was able to keep in constant contact with Reliable Couriers thought the day to update them on when the package would be ready. Needless to say, the package was not ready until after hours, yet Reliable had it picked up and delivered 53 min after the go ahead was given! Unbelievable. Simply superb!

Called them at 8pm on a Tuesday and they seemed to be the only courier service open that I could find in Phoenix. They picked up something in Tempe for me and then delivered it to a hotel in North Scottsdale and did it an hour after I called. Great courier service will use again.

The best delivery sevice in Phoenix. I needed something delivered from Phoenix out to Sun City so I called a bunch of courier services on Saturday but none of them were open aside from Reliable Couriers. The guy on the phone gave me a price for my delivery (which was reasonable) and then the delivery driver (Scott was his name) showed up at my door within 20 minutes of placing the order. My package was delivered and they gsve me the persons name who signed for it and a receipt by emailing me. Honestly if I was looking for a delivery service thats effecient and can deliver my package in a hurry I would look no further than these guys.

Fast, professional, and very friendly. I left my ID in Vegas go figure. These guys went up go it from Cesars where I stayed for the weekend and brought it down to my place of work in Phoenix same day. Price actually wasnt to bad either.
