Jeff and his company went above and beyond.I had a very specific need for him to book an appointment on my behalf where I was not able to be in person at the consulate office in Phoenix Arizona. Not a normal request for a courier. Not only did he complete the appointment but when they told him they were unable to accommodate him he went back for a second try without charging me and got the job done and I got my appointment that I needed. I recommend Jeff highly.

Jeff and the staff are AMAZING!! We had a self caused hiccup on the pick up for Moms IPad and they took care of it! With us in Atlanta and Mom in Mesa it is tough getting things done for her, in the future we know that we can count on our valuable possessions being taken care of with their services.

I dont think I could have had a better experience than what I had with Dressler Courier. I was a little apprehensive about using a courier service because I have never used one before, but Jeff at Dressler walked me though all the the entire process and kept in contact with me until it was shipped and I had a tracking number. I felt safe and that my package (which he picked up and mailed for me) was going to be delivered without issue. I live in PA,USA and the place where the package was getting picked up (in Phoenix,AZ) would not accept anybodys card over the phone, but Dressler allowed me to prepay them for the price of the package so they could purchase it for me. I rate Jeffs communication as spectacular and the overall experience as one where I would be happy to use them again.I should also note that I called two other couriers in Phoenix and one would not take the prepayment and the other was going to charge more than Dressler Courier.
