I own a 50 year old furniture manufacturing business in Phoenix and we ship all over the country. It is high end furniture and can sometimes get damaged in transit. Every freight company we deal with has a policy of issuing credit when they damage the product in transit. If you are doing anything that is the least bit fragile in nature, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. If they damage it, you are out of luck.
