I got stuck with this delivery courier thanks to Ikea. To be honest the type of service we have received had created a negative view towards Ikea. We have confirmed numerous times with Ikea that they delivered our kitchen cabinet on 07/04. However, we have not received anything yet. They keep rescheduling our delivery date without contacting us…the day of the delivery scheduled day. We have wasted days waiting from 9am-9pm. They were initially stating that the item was not delivered. Now, they state Ikea has not scheduled a delivery date when on Ikea’s side show a date scheduled. It’s been so frustrating. So much time wasted going back and forth, on hold on the phone. We have been willing to drive to their location to pick it up ourselves but nothing has been resolved. They have just been avoiding us and keep giving us the runaround. Sad that Ikea does business with them.

Package never delivered. Ended up having to cancel order and reorder for shipment to a physical local store for pickup (Office Depot). Inexcusable for a courier service.
