Amazing Place They Definitely Get 5 Stars 🤩

Driver got out of his car and walked to my car window threatening me so to (avoid confrontation) i went around his car and accidently scraped the side of my car on his car. Now hes claiming workmans comp for an injury and he wasnt even in the vehicle when i hit it. Also police report says i was going 5 mph. After pulling over he continued to try and fight me. After reading all the reviews makes total sense. Company is full of bad drivers. I had a perfect driving record before this road rage lunatic pulled this scam on his work.

One of these drivers almost hit us twice while driving down Bell rd at 6:43 on Wednesday the 14 of April. The guy drives a orange yellow prius, he also changes 2 lanes without using blinkers, just shot across traffic

I have worked for Quick silver Express for almost 7 years. I will tell anybody it is one of the best places to ever work for. Management and the employees are the best.

Always honest and on time!!

This place is either hours late or no-show 90% of the time. I work somewhere that uses them for picking up time sensitive documents and I dont know how many hours I spend every week staying late at work, because they didnt show up anywhere close to when they were supposed to. Sometimes they show up so late the place I need them to deliver to is closed and I have to do it all over again the next day. Having to deal with Quicksilver is literally the worst part of my job. I wish the owners here would find a different courier. Also, I know for a fact that several of the 5 star reviews were written by their own employees, I know one of the drivers there and one of the reviews is his. Fake reviews, awful service.

Went there for a job interview and they couldnt give me exact numbers, but it sure sounded like Id be losing money working for them. I cant change them entirely, its the industry as a whole. You have to pull a rabbit out of a hat to make a real profit as a courier.

This morning (11/04/2019) on my way to take my daughter to school, one of their drivers ran a red light exiting I-10 and making a left onto Ina. When they ran the red light they almost crashed into my car (my daughter was also in the car). I blared my horn and had to swerve into the turning lane lext to me, almost hitting another vehicle. Let me make this clear. My light was fully green. Their light was completely red, not yellow, red! This did not matter to the driver and he ran the red light putting mine and my daughters lives at risk. This company needs to hire more competent and safe drivers. Their trucks are not small and would have caused severe damage to my daughter and I (if not kill us) and my vehicle. We were able to take pictures of their license plate and truck number. I really hope one of their supervisors sees this and holds this extremely unsafe driver accountable.

My company has been using the services of Quicksilver for years. Always prompt and courteous. Recently, I had the opportunity to request courier service and I had the pleasure of asking Stacy Swank for assistance with my request. By far, to this date, that was the most efficient and quick request Ive done while working here. In my line of work efficiency, speed, and accuracy are demanded so calling in a request to get the squared away service of Stacy Swank was an absolute joy. I work in a hospital and sometimes I dont have time to waste, so quick input and knowledge of the system is much appreciated. Thank you and she should be the example.

Had a delivery done by Steve. He was very professional and really nice! Out of all drivers we’ve had deliver I will say he has been the best! Quicksilver needs more drivers like Steve!

We use Quicksilver daily to send our orders to our customers in the Metro Phoenix area. Customers ask us for same-day delivery and Quicksilver allows us to keep them satisfied! Our rep over there is April, shes super resourceful and reliable!

Had one of their drivers aggressively tailgating so close he almost hit me this morning. Even when traffic stopped he was inches behind me. Maybe you should get better more courteous drivers I would never use your services after this encounter.

I was in Phoenix (from Washington state) and forgot to bring my spare medical pump. Called Accredo Specialty Pharmacy and they called QuickSilver and in a very short time they delivered! I wish I could give them no stars. We order our meds to be delivered by Phoenix Childrens Hospital Pharmacy and they use your services. This is the SECOND time that my sons medications were suppose to be delivered and they were not. It has been months since weve opted to use a delivery service unfortunately due to the excessive heat weve had no choice. The delivery company said they were left outside, which they were not and someone was home the whole day. My son has a heart transplant and is currently waiting at home for another these medications are his lifeline. I will NEVER use your delivery services again.

I was at Granite Reef and Indian School. The guy started honking at me to turn right onto Indian School, but there we still cars coming. He drove past me after I turned knocking his head with his finger to signal that I was not thinking. I honked my horn and he wound up flipping me off. What a professional driver.

THere drivers are scary and very aggressive, I had one road rage me yesterday. I would steer clear of them.
