Terrible company. Charged me for over a year WITHOUT PERMISSION. Called over 10 times trying to cancel account. I finally managed to have them stop charging me every month by contacting the BBB and having to completely cancel my BANK ACCOUNT. Absolutely freaking ridiculous. Ofc never got my money back after dealing with this situation for nearly a year.

Package went from ca-tx back to ca-nv in 1 week. Financially I don’t know how they stay in business. Business wise I don’t know why usps doesn’t drop the contract. Office boys eating to many crayons. Truck driver must be on a steady diet of diesel exhaust!

This is a partner company used by a retailer I purchase from regularly. Every single order has taken a MINIMUM of 2 weeks to arrive. My most recent order was shipped from Indiana to LA, which took 6 days, after it say for 4 days at the facility in Indiana. So were up to 10 days. According to the tracking info its going to take 7 days to get from LA to Phoenix. Really? 17 days to ship something? I got a package that was shipped from India in less time. This is not on USPS, this is solely on Pitney Bowes

Package went from la to tx skipping az which is where I live. Honestly it’s probably a new guy in the office eating the keyboard keys messing everything upUpdate: it went from tx back to ca and has been sitting for 2 days doing nothing. Please tell the new guy the keyboards are for typing not eating or give him some crayons!

Stay away as far as you can!!! I think their people deliver packages on skateboards or they walk across the country! My package was sent from Las Vegas on February 1st, where spent 6 days, than was transferred to LA where spent another 6 days. On February 12 left California and God only knows where is it! 15 days isnt enough for this company to deliver package from Las Vegas to Phoenix!!! Its a joke! Can you imagine if youre waiting for something really important? Pure joke!!!

If there was negative stars I would give them 10! I have been a customer for almost 10 years. When we had to move and work from home due to C19 they switched us to their newest machine... not by our request. Undenounced to us that apparently came with a new 5 year lease. Not the end of the world, however my husband and business partner has just been diagnosed with an uncurbable lung disease. We will be relocating and placed on the transplant list. What does this have to do with a postage machine you ask? I called to cancel service and have them pick up the machine; they have given me the run around, they have hung up on me more than once and just recently sent me a settlement for breaking the lease. Just shy of $3900. This works out to be about $10 less than per month that what we pay to lease the new machine we didnt ask for. I know this is a contract, but really there is no consideration for our extenuating circumstances. Where has compassion and understanding gone in todays society- are we really that greedy.

So so slow took then 2 weeks to go from California to Az !!! Took 2 days to drive 13 mins from commerces ca to Bloomington ridiculous really wish I didn’t have to deal with them.

Don’t work here! They don’t care what efforts you put in nor do they care about your well being or if you want to grow. If you want a career this is not the place. If you need a job to get you by maybe but be prepared to be taken advantage of.

Let me start off to say this place is horrible its not a great company to work at all the mangers and upper office people have been working with each other for a long time so its either do what they say or they will all be against you theres no room to grow because the upper management gives it to his or hers longest working friend!! also the tech department is the worst out of all!! Tim the tech boss is not a good manager at all they are a real close net team so its hard for new younger tech to join the team because Tim and the older tech would fire anyone they dont like even if the tech is a good worker! and HR lets it all happen its not a fAIR COMANY!! its to much politics

This company does a terrible job with handling shipment! The fact the USPS partnered with them to help with over flow of packages. I work for a company who has delt with so many lost packages. Ive even watched packages bounce between the same city, back and forth, for days before its finally delivered.....seriously not a good company to assist with shipment overflow.

This shipped from California to Phoenix 2 Day oh so easy right? Why did it go Springfield Mass? Its been 4 days and no package and no update on this slow website. On Tuesday, December 15, 2015, my husband chose not to participate in the Pitney Bowes “holiday” pot luck.Instead of letting it go at that, my husband was asked repeatedly …and declined repeatedly.Instead of letting it go at that, supervisor ‘Jacob’ chose to press my husband for a reason. Finally, my husband relented & said it was because we don’t celebrate Christmas – mainly because he was so disgusted with how the Phoenix VA has treated my concerns, care, & administration …and we don’t ‘feel’ the holiday spirit. (In fact however, neither my husband nor I participate in pot lucks because we had contracted food poisoning from a pot luck. Not wanting to insult the Pitney Bowes employees by insinuating they could give him food poisoning, he said the one thing that upsets him greatly …and the horror stories you hear about the Phoenix VA are resoundingly true.)Instead of letting it go at that, the following morning my husband was unceremoniously terminated from Pitney Bowes-Phoenix employment.Instead of letting it go at that, Jacob escalated what my husband said to him & chose to become my husband’s judge, jury & executioner, by contacting the Phoenix police & telling them my husband was a threat to the Phoenix VA !!Really Jacob?????!!!! Your true colors came shining through. Shame to you!!(And a very Merry Christmas message to us!)Let me be clear …My husband doesn’t ‘need’ to work – he wanted to – and gave his all to Pitney Bowes.My husband was one of the very BEST employees Pitney Bowes had …and was told so by Pitney Bowes - repeatedly.My husband is the kindest, gentlest man I’ve ever known & wouldn’t hurt anyone.The fact that my husband trusted Jacob enough to ‘vent’ to him proved to be an ill-placed trust.Just as my husband was wrong about trusting Jacob, Jacob was insidiously wrong about the judgment he delivered upon my husband.We feel sorry for Jacob & forgive him …and thank him for the Christmas ‘vacation’, BUT -Let me be clear …Karma gives back what you give …if you don’t treat people right – it will come back to you. And Karma will visit Jacob someday - just as fairly, summarily & unceremoniously as Jacob treated my husband. We won’t be there. We don’t have to be, because Karma is like a rubberband …you can only stretch it so far before it smacks you back in the face.(Matthew 7:1 “Do not judge or you too will be judged.”)

Urgh!! I will tell you phoenix post office does not have it together. Since moving out of state my mom tried keeping in touch via mail and small packages. It has been a year and 80% of our mail was either: destroyed, lost or delayed. All with no explanations and no way to get in touch with somebody to get answers. I advise if its important or sentimental or you care about the package at all, go to UPS or FedEx.

Reading other reviews, I see that Pitney Bowes employees are not treated very well. Their methods of trying to sell products are extremely pushy. They want to upsell you as much as they can. But its like, calm down, I will use as much postage as I need and no more than that. Their people arent bad, but their customer service policies are the worst and I dread getting calls from them.

The USPS is a JOKE.. The only way they stay in business is because small businesses like me give them hundreds of dollars a month for sub-par service. I have lost 5 or 6 outgoing packages in this facility here since February.

USPS take my package, I get a tracking number, package goes missing after leaving a Tucson PO on its way to Phx sorting facility. USPS cannot find the package and then asks me to start calling the PO that took the package. Whats the point of having a tracking number if you cannot track items every step of the way. USPS system doesnt even flag items if they dont step through the system as expected, its basically up to you to keep an eye on things and to figure things out. USPS services are really crappy these days and are in need of a serious overhaul. No wonder is on edge of bankruptcy. I guess USPS can only handle flat envelopes, but if you have a package of any kind you are better off using FedEx, UPS, or DHL. And oh, almost forgot, I had another package (same size) stuck in a CA sorting facility for about 1wk before it was moved over to the local PO about 12 miles away!

The last paclage I ordered that went through this facility was delayed a week. I had to call and file a complaint to find out where my package was. I ordered another item and it has to go through this same facility... Hopefully its not the same result as last time. Maybe I should file a claim now so my package isnt held up again..

My package arrived late March 12th and still has not shown as departed from this facility nor has it arrived at my local office and it is now 4 business days later. (Today is March 16th) I am currently on the phone with USPS filing a complaint.
