Ordered a delivery of some furniture through hotshot and I’m glad I did. They delivered it quicker than other places would and it came right on time without any hiccups. Gave me a call with a time window and even accommodated to my schedule when I couldn’t make the original time. And they took great care of the furniture when delivering. Absolutely will have hotshot deliver to me again.

Hot Shot Delivery was very prompt and profession in delivery of my items. They called me and set up a 4 hour time frame that worked for me to receive the item and had it ready to deliver at the promised time. This made it very convenient for me so that I wasnt stuck waiting for an item. Very reliable!

We use HotShot Delivery for every shipment that we have coming in overseas for our business. They offer extremely reasonable prices for delivery and care deeply that the product gets to us safely. It is comforting knowing that they have extra space available if we need them to store packages until I am ready for delivery without having to pay an arm and a leg for that convenience. I would recommend HotShot to any business that needs delivery in the state of Arizona, and especially in the Phoenix-Metro area.

Very dependable! Ive used Hot Shot Delivery several times over the years for everything and especially last minute pick-ups. They are always friendly on the phone and the drivers are always courteous and presentable. I seem to get my deliveries faster than I expect. They have been a life saver more than once for me at work!

My delivery was scheduled between 9a-12p. I should have received a call the night before with a delivery window of 30 minutes. No call. Day of delivery I get a call at 7:00am telling me they will be there in 30 minutes. Im annoyed that it is not within scheduled time, but I accept. I even called them back to let them know I might be 5 minutes late because I need to take my kids to school. They say no problem they are still 10 minutes away. Over an hour later thet finally arrive. How is this convenient at all? Extremely disappointed, and Ill be notifying the supplier company that their delivery partner is outsourcing to a secondary delivery company that cant seem to maintain any sense of schedule or common courtesy.

Generally I never waste time writing negative reviews about anything. However, with these steely-eyed missile men Ill graciously make an exception. I received an email stating that my package was to be delivered today during a four hour window the same day. I called Hot Shot up at 5:00 AM and left a message on their answering service with my order number and name to specifically asked for them to NOT deliver the packages because I would not be home to accept them. I placed a request to schedule a delivery time so I could take time off of work to be there in person. Not only did this company not call me back, they called me only when they were dropping off the over-sized packages off with no one home. The furniture was left outside, facing the street, and leaning against my plants and front door. When I called the delivery company about this, I was transferred to a rude office manager that refused to do anything about. He refused to acknowledge that I left a message directing the packages not be delivered and the fact the packages could be stolen or damaged. During the day while they were leaning against my front door, one of them fell over and blocked the drive aisle.This company deserves negative stars, but Google does not supply that option (yet). Wayfair... please find a professional delivery partner. My neighbors two year old can coordinate delivery better than this!

I am not happy with the delivery driver or his speed coming down the street, as well as the way in which he handled my bathtub. The neighbors came out and said that he almost hit them while he was speeding down the street and around the corner, the tub was seen rocking back and forth in the trailer. When he pulled up to my house the tub was actually only sitting on one corner of the box, tipped at an angle inside the trailer. He was in a rush and was extremely pushy about me signing for the tub. I said I wanted to inspect it because of the way I saw it sitting and how fast he had been driving. He proceeded to get mad and threw his hands up and started walking out with the paperwork. I said stop, I need your name and I want the paperwork, and then I proceeded to take pics of his license as he was being uncooperative, and at this point he would not give us the paperwork. My wife got it from him so we could see his info to report him. He started yelling obscenities and proceeded to insult my wife, saying, “oh that’s your wife? I feel real sorry for you. I told him to get off my property and I was calling the cops and was going to report him to his company. I then got a call from his manager after he left, who started to apologize, but was more or less sticking up for his behavior. Very unprofessional. I would not recommend this company to ANYONE! This is ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE behavior and has left a bad taste in my mouth.

Very professional and caring. They came to set up the furniture and when they opened up the box they realized the product was damaged and walked me through the steps on how to deal with the issue before they left. Will use them again when I order a new product.

It is a shame people are so ready to give a company 1 star without even trying to resolve issues first. This company is awesome and extremely organized. My packages always arrive within the given time frame with zero issues so far.

We have been using Hot Shots for approx 7 years and overall they have been great! Like any company that employees humans, there is an occasional glitch, but our point of contact, Gerald, is Johnny on the Spot!Highly recommend.

Great customer service, SUPER FAST and never lets me down!

Hot Shot has had my parcel for well over a month. There were two separate delivery times they scheduled and no one showed up. I was told the first time that the delivery guy was too old and too grumpy to make the delivery. I have called repeatedly and have received no communication from any management nor anyone who can seem to make this right. We are at the point now of theft as they refuse to make any attempt at resolution. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!

If you want a package delivered when it is convenient for Hot Shot use them. This is the most inflexible delivery company I have ever dealt with. They only deliver during business hours, no Saturday delivery so if you work and are having a package delivered to your home DONT use them. They could care less about your preferences for delivery. For some unknown reason Wayfair uses them and for that reason alone I wouldnt buy from Wayfair again.

If this is the same people that contract with way fair they need to get their act together and have people that are capable to run a business because the people i have dealt with seem to be working on a 3rd grade level

I ordered an item through wayfair and they are using this company to ship my items. Per the info through wayfair they had the item since the 9th. They said they tried making contact when they got it. And this was never done. Then I called many times with 3 days and 3 voices mailes to them. The company wayfair e mailed them. Was told the person she emailed from the company voice mail is not working to e mail someone else. I nevery got a call back from them. And my sons b day is this Friday with no info when Im getting the items for him b day party out doors. Im very upset with this company and will be telling wayfair not to ship my items in the future with this company.

They were suppose to call me and verify/schedule a delivery from Wayfair. I never received a call until they left a message on my answering machine saying they would be at my house in 20 minutes, this was at 2:12 p.m. Since I never even knew they were scheduled to make the delivery I was at work and did not return home until 11:30 p.m. What I found was my item (10 x 6 shed) laying in my RV driveway which is out in full open view of anyone driving down the street & only 3 ft from the sidewalk. The package weighing over 125lbs was just sitting out in the open for anyone to take. They basically did a drop & run delivery. I had to wait until morning due to the darkness I order to open the box and move the individual panels into my front yard where this was suppose to be delivered per Wayfair delivery policy. I called the company and left a message but they havent even called me back to apologize. To make matters worse since this was dropped in my RV driveway, I could not park my vehicle in a secure area for the night since I use it for parking.

Awful, awful service. This company has no idea what customer service is. If they cannot treat their customers with any respect and dignity, imagine what theyre doing to your packages!

Hot shot logistics is a hot freekin mess. Their delivery driver Carlos is a complete jerk and didnt secure any of our 12 packages which contained a set of bunk beds. Boxes arrived damaged, stepped on and in disarray. Save yourself aggregation and never do business with these clowns. Brian and Gerald are managers/partners of this company and have no respect for you or your packages. Verry sad...

Brian just spoke to me on the phone and was very unprofessional and because our delivery involved stairs decided he didnt want to make the delivery and refused to give us a hard time for delivery. These guys lack customer service, managment has no leadership and those who are in managment have no basic understanding of strategic planning, cross functional managment, or operations knowledge.stay away, only reason we are dealing with this horrible company is because home depot chose them.

Came in as a walk in, thought my order was Ready to go, there was some misscommunication between them and another company but we figured it all outs. Speedy service, I felt like I was taken care of.

Ordered some furniture and unfortunately the company used these guys as there deliver. They have my items but refuse to send them out until they get more items to go to my area so an order that was supposed to be here tomorrow wont get sent out for a least 1 more week if not longer. I was told I would have my items within 2 weeks and now its pushing 4 weeks. So so beyond irritated.
