By far the biggest rip off and worst car wash I have ever seen.The windshield was still dirty on the outside as were all of the other windows. There was dirt spots on the vehicle and bugs on the front.We selected the $40 wash because it was supposed to be Full Service. It was not. We had to drive the vehicle through the wash. We did not want to do that because one occupant gets extremely claustrophobic. Then we discovered that the wash bay if you will is extremely short.The length of the actual wash is the reason that vehicles come out of there still dirty. We also paid for that wash because their website says Extreme clean inside and out. Nothing about this was was clean, whether it is the inside or the outside. The truck is a bit cleaner than it was, but for $40, the dang thing ought to look way better and it doesnt.There is still dirt in a slot near the transmission selector, obvious dirty spots inside the truck and the outside is absolutely filthy still. Every window they touched has bad streak marks.I did not expect any car wash to completely remove all of the bugs on the front. This is different though. It does not look like their wash removed even 1/5th of what was on the front.We paid $40 for a wash/interior cleaning that looks like it was done by a 3 year old. Major rip off.I will not be returning as I have no confidence that a 2nd round through or another interior clean would result in much difference.Do yourself a favor. Look through my pics, then read all of the other 1 and 2 star reviews. My mistake was not reading the reviews prior to going. We really only selected this particular place because it is close to where we are staying while here for a few weeks.When you read the 1 and 2 star reviews. you will see substantive comments that are all saying the same thing. Then take your money elsewhere.

I love the team here... they take care of everything I need down to minor details. Their manager Jimmy is awesome and he makes myself and my family feel confident and comfortable about their work! Thanks guys I will never go anywhere else

Usually go here daily almost I have 3 vehicles all with monthly service! Thought it be a good idea to get my mini van detailed I was wrong literally my van was there 5 and half hours! Way to damn long! Then they are explaining why some parts couldnt be cleaned properly definitely not acceptable for the price paid! Get home and see they didnt clean the cup holders in the front as well as my shifter handle things that obviously need to cleaned !!!!!will never get my cars detailed here ever again not worth my money or my time! I am very disappointed with the outcome!

75th Ave Lower Buckeye is the best car wash around, with the friendliest staff. Came in today for a regular car wash and find out they are running a special! Dont we all love specials. All the mangers, staff were very friendly, explained the difference in the options, and the best option for my two vehicles. I ended up buying two monthly passes!

Nice friendly staff but for $30 they havent cleaned the car right. Put armor all on one side of the car and not the other side. Didnt clean the chairs,dash and windows completely. After that was done I just went to the salf vacuums and took care of some spots.

7-4-2020I took my work truck to have it detailed $127. Note I did not have them wash it, only detail the inside. It wasn’t the cleanest to begin with but, They had the truck for almost 3 1/2hr!! And this is what was givin back. They didn’t even call to let’s me know my truck was ready. When I showed up to ask what’s taking so long. The guy says it’s ready to go. I wasn’t even going to waste my breathe. Do not go here. It’s cheaper to do it your self, then to come here. Friendly staff though.

Good luck trying to cancel a membership with this scam of a company. You can only cancel on the phone now and wait time is over an hour any day of the week and when they do answer their connection is so bad you can only understand every 5th word said. Had to ban this probly illegal practice through my credit card company. Buyer beware

My car was completely filthy with splattered bugs and the inside had a bunch of sand after a cross country trip. They really did an amazing job at making it look like new. This will be my new go-to place.

Outstanding service from Rob and Jimmy, very satisfied, they make sure everything is clean and detailed.

This place is a hit or miss, some days they do a great job and others they miss. Took my vehicle there for a wash and I was told that the only option is hand wash for My Jeep (Pumba) I paid $50 to have it done, but at the end they left it not washed properly, I was later told that their pressure washer had broken down and offered to have it rewashed at another time. Will see how they clean it the next time... To be continued....

I have been a customer for 2 years at the Lower Buckeye location and they are fantastic. Two employees are worth a special shout out, Jessinia and Jesus are amazing, always with a smile, under a mask, remember your name and do a great job. It makes my day when I see Jessinia is the one working on my truck, I know it will be spotless and well taken care of.

They were great when they first opened up, but now I go there and it takes about 30 minutes to get a car wash mega service. Windows and doors/floor edges dont get done well. Close to my house but will have to drive to get a better quality car wash. Hopefully they improve, want to believe in supporting neighborhood business.

I typically get my car washed here and get good service. Two days ago I spilled gas in my car and Jimmy went out of his way to help me. Although he couldn’t service the fill car immediately, he scrubbed the spot where it fell in the back, and made my appointment for Saturday!

Usually get my car washed there once a week and get the Superstar. For the past 2 months noticed that they have not performed as well as they have in the past. Mainly if you have real nice wheels and rims they dont get in and clean them very good unless you pointed out to them. I usually tip very well but going forward I may have to cut back a little bit.

DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE!!! This happened on the 11/21/2020 Management made the wrong assumption! I was waiting for my friend to go thru the wash. And this manager came waking up to me and my friend(he was in a bike) that if I didnt leave they are going to call police! I looked at him and excuse me Im waiting for my friend to get out of the car wash! And right as soon as he harassed us, my friend came out of the car wash. What a rude comment to make to customers! That was just the tip of the ice burg. I later on came back to wash my moms truck and the manager was right by my truck while I was vacuuming. I said to him Did you call the cops? I was concerned about if he got his wish. Because I am a paying customer and I didnt feel like he needed to call the police. He got mad and said for me to leave the property. all because I asked him did you call the cops? Another customer hear our conversation and threatened to beat me up and the manager stood there and allowed the customer to harass me! This is no BS it really happened this way. I finished vacuuming my moms truck but felt not at ease. Super Star is employing bullys to manage there stores! What a shame Super Bullys is there new name! DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE!!! Consider yourself warned!

The location does have different entry lanes for Express and Full Service. The difference is Express you will need to dry your vehicle and vacuum it yourself. While Full Service the employees will do it for you and you can just wait on them. In my visit I took the Full Service. All vehicles are machine wash. The location does have a nice indoor waiting room with items to purchase. They also have multiple computers with games to allow the kids to be entertained as you wait. Furthermore you can sit in one of the multiple couches with televisions (T.V.s) or enjoy viewing the really nice fish tank. You can also see your vechile go thru the machine wash process. Coffee is free to help make your wait time more enjoyable. You can also wait outside in one of the multiple benches as seen your Vehicle becomes hand dry and vacuum by the employees. My Vehicle was well wash, dry and vacuum and even added a car smell of my choice (New Car). I highly recommend this place! 👍After washing your vechile you can visit the local restaurants, stores, library, parks or donut/beverage shops.

Ive lived and driven all over the US from CA to DC, Washington to Florida, been to many Full Service Car Washes in-between been to the Super Star at 7830 W Lower Buckeye Rd several times in the last couple months with both my vehicles. Jason (mgr) and his team always do an exultant job of cleaning & detailing the car & SUV. Prices cant be beat for the Service they provide & the monthly deals are great!

I like coming to this car wash. They have a $3 lite wash that I frequently use. The main reason I like this car wash is because its always clean and their vacuums always work 100% of the time! In and out car wash is what I like.

Came in for a basic wash and Jesus convinced me to get a wax. I was sceptical but pleasantly surprised with the service . My car looked better than when i bought it . Before i left i was taking pictures and the manager Jimmy came and asked how everything came out and if i needed anything else . They are super friendly and the customer service is second to none !!!

Very good place to wash my SUV, I love that with the unlimited membership I can attend as many times as necessary, that the towels are always ready to be used, and now even sanitized. And they always give me my windshield towel with air freshener so that my truck always smells really good.

I got those $7 car wash blues. I’ve been told to just get the $3 because they are all the same and I’m starting to believe it. My car is two months old, it shouldn’t be too much of a task to clean it well.

Not sure whats going on but they have like 2 employees cleaning vehicles in 4 bays. You used to be able to go on lunch real quick, now it takes like 40 minutes for a dam car wash. Hire more help!!

That was the dirtiest super star express wash I have ever been too. It needs to be shut down. Its a super short wash where all the fluids are so close together you might as well mix them all together and spray it all from one hose. Hard water is bad it was all over the car so I now have to drive from here on 75th lower buckeye all the was to 9th & bell road to rewash.

Still like this place .. still needs improvement though... The drier needs to be longer, and if you pay for tire shine it should actually be shining like armor all... Just saying...hope to see more improvements.

Friendly staff machines are up to date i believe. Only issue i have is the tire shine that you are supposed to get is hit or miss with the tires. I asked about it and could get a definite reason as to why, i know why but they dont i guess. Thats my only reason for the 4 stars.
