I have been buying the unlimited max wash for a year and decided to get one as a gift. The 2 charges hit my account, but every time him or I try to use (up to 2x a day with pkg) for their best most expensive wash, it wont go through and the employee has to put employees code to get us through.Now I cant just fix it for some reason, I have to do the leg work to track down my problem and get it fixed after a good 20min in store, politely waiting as employee runs out on me to get another car after car run through real quick. He wanted to help but had no clue how, and gave me a phone number to call.Good thing he knew I had lots of time on my hands to try and pay for a service that should be as advertised and just work. Oh wait I dont! I just want a dang wash!This is for the location on Greenway/ 32nd street.This sucks because its been a great thing to have. Thats why the lame 1 star. Just need to tweak you service, to be more customers friendly.

Very disappointed in the way cobblestone handle the situation I had a Saturday. had a piece of molding come off my vehicle that was not broken everything was fine. Once the blowers came on a blow it right off and broke it . The manager at cobblestone came up to me violently and started saying it was already broken Jessie .want to be manager needs more training in his customer service skills. Do not do business with cobblestone they wont take care of the customers...

Very good deals on car washes. They do a great job! If you want to wash your own car they have free vacuums and towels.

Thank you guys so much for helping me out. I was stuck in the middle of the road in the heat, and these two great employees came out and pushed my car out if the street and into safety. I owe these guys so much thanks again. 10/10

1 person operating on a Saturday? Waited 8 minutes after paying to start. Then when asked if could help and hand me antenna, guy just shook his head. Service not what it used to be. Won’t be coming back.
