A great location, where the supplies (spot treatment etc.) are well maintained and staff friendly. The drive-through car wash seems to do a good job. However, some interesting clients coming to use the free services.

Car was not that dirty but after going through 2 times still had spots missed including the windshield. Vacuum was weak and could not get sand out. That said Staff were great and friendly and helpful. Location was clean and well maintained.

Unlike my last experience at this location which would have given them a one-star..... This time it was a good experience.I love the pre wash cleaning station that all of them have. The attendants were friendly. They let me go through an extra time because my vehicle didnt get totally clean the first time. They even gave my daughter $7 that they found in the vacuum cleaners when they were cleaning them. Theyre awesome.

Wash quality so good so far, lower parts of car need to wash manually. Subscribed on ceramic plan, but seems like need to cancel subscription and do a real ceramic coating at professional service for $1k.

It was amazing very clean but it needs improvement in the drying system,it is leaving the shampo on the vehicle in parts of it.

This carwash has no hours posted anywhere on the building. Online their hours are listed as 7am to 7pm everyday. This is false. I came at 6:20pm on Saturday 9-18-21, they are not open. Several other cars showed up and tried to use the car wash while I was here and were unable.

A lot of locations so I have the monthly pass. I like the free vacuums and air guns for detail work. The staff has always been friendly.

I subscribed to the All About Wheels plan, and maybe I just need new tires, but the wheel shine might be out every time I go. Also, the attendant didnt explain anything to me about turning on my AC in the tunnel to get the air freshner effect. I smelled cherries today, but that was my third wash. I honestly dont feel its worth the price.

And this is also the best place to go for car wash in town. Very clean job. They do presoak the car by actual people before going through the car wash and they have people dry clothes at the end as you come out. You also get free car wash with oil change.

Unlimited car wash member and my car looks clean but some details dont get washed I have a sun roof Ill pay extra to get the whole outside done myself if I have to

They continued to charge me $16 after canceling a subscription i never asked for. I was given a $30 gift card for being charged twice. I was charged again this month and not only was it a hassle getting in touch with anyone (it took several days to return the call) but once i did the guy kept TELLING ME that i never canceled it! When i know for a fact i did i sat on a phone for 20 minutes last time. When i told him i did he said youre calling me a liar? And revoked my $30 gift card from the prior charges and made it like pulling teeth to get the $16 back. Then had the nerve to make it seem like i was trippin over $16 bucks when its the principal, i didnt authorize it. If you wanna get bizarre customer service, scammed out and disrespected go here. Theyll hook you up with that. Theres supposedly no customer service line or way to escalate an issue either.

Great customer service! I had an issue with an unlimited car wash subscription. The management contacted me and had the issue resolved within 24 hours of my query. The site manager followed up with an email to make sure that everything had been corrected. Thank you.

This clean freak car wash was the worst! They didnt have enough water pressure to adequately wash or rinse my car. The attendant did not give me a receipt, I had to park and ask for one. Superstar car wash is top notch with drying clothes available to every customer at no additional cost. I was so disappointed! When I told them my car didnt get clean and asked about the water pressure, the attendant said it was fixed that morning, which it wasnt. Also the track that pulls cars through the car wash had to be manually manipulated to get it to work. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

They could empty their garbage by the vacuums, there wasnt a vacuum for all spots, waited 10m then decided to get the car washed 1st then vacuum, didnt matter, couldnt get a hose after either!!

I have called to cancel my memebership since march they are charged me repeatedly since march and i dont even live in the state anymore their products are so harsh they destoy your car literally take off paint mirror covers and completely destroyed my bumper they dont time the cars in right i have seen at least 4 wrecks happen that this location alone and the sad part is they say they will compensate u for your damage with a month of 2 free of washed but u still get charged if u try to cancel your membership it never gets cancel im just over clean freak altogether

Only went to use vacuum...previously had vehicle washed there twice and received scratches. When owner responded he stated return and Ill make it up to you. The only thing that could make it up, ON MY LESS THAN ONE MONTH OLD VEHICLE, would be to remove the scratches but that wasnt offered TO ME. However I did read where it was an offer to another customer!

Awesome car wash they have a separate station to wash off the bugs on the front of your window and grill even scrub your tires .Spacious stations with shade great place to wash your ride. Dont play any rap music while Washing your ride cuz there are others trying to listen to John Cougar Melon head on the above speaker

Great service. Mentioned the vacuums having no power in my last review and they responded to let me know the vacuums were fixed and offered me a free wash. That kind of customer service is 5 stars all day.

I’ve came here a few times in the past and had decent washes along with average customer service; nothing ever stood out and wowed me. I almost gave up coming here due to the entire store being down last week for a few days. I gave this car wash one final go and I was pleasantly surprised. I believe the gentleman who assisted me was named jay. He thoroughly explained why the car wash had been closed, was extremely kind, and ended up convincing me to purchase a fast pass. Thank you jay for making this experience the best one yet; you are a true customer service professional.

Very disappointing and frustrating experience today! I went to get my car washed today since yesterday they were closed w a wash voucher that yesterday was the last day to use and they said no you are not able to! I explained that yesterday they were closed and still refused. Don’t they offer rain vouchers? Not my fault they were closed yesterday! And to top it off they ask me if I still wanted to get a car wash and pay for it EXTREMELY FRUSTRATED! definitely not going back. Many more car washes are coming up closer to home and newer ones at that!

4.28.20 update manager canceled my membership again, didnt even bother refunding what I paid. I have not abused my membership but they repeatedly keep insisting I did.I have been a customer for over 2 years. This location constantly has mechanical issues. I decided to go to the 16st location and found my membership was canceled by the manager. I can onlyguess he was not happy with my complaint to corporate. I pay for the highest package and this location never seems to shine the tires. There are definitely some ego issues here and if you chose to cancel a membership due to a complaint you should not work in customer service.

Over-priced wash. $7 as the least expensive and the machine never touched the windshield. The blower at the end accomplished nothing and the vacuums are incredibly weak. Wasted money.

Quick easy and clean

I had a good experience going for the first time. I did get signed up for a monthly program that I need to cancel, but it was nice to get it free for the first month!

I go about every other week since I have a membership. Full membership($30/mo)includes hot wax and tire shine! There are plenty vacuum spaces which include air hoses and buckets of soapy water with long-handled brushes are provided for truck beds,etc. All in all, Im pleased with it and I think you will be too!

Clean Freak is good but this location is not that great. It always has potholes. My car has suds on it when I leave the washing port because it isnt rinsed well and it has a lot of water on it because it isnt dried well. The vacuums dont have enough suction or hose length to be effective.

Last month I bought a $15 wash, it came with a second free wash. I came In today and showed them my receipt which was hand written because there printer was not working at the time. And the Manager Jesse said it was not valid, after talking with him more he agreed with honoring my wash. I drove my truck threw the wash.... after getting done I asked to speak to him again. I told Jesse I was not satisfied with the wash, I told him as per your sign it says tire shine, wheel shine, air freshener, and wax... which was not provided. He told me, well thats not my problem and youre lucky I even had your truck washed... I tried to tell him, first of all it was not my fault your printer was not working at the time. And second your sign is misleading. He kept being rude and saying he was not going to do anything more for me and I need to get a hand wash if I want tire shine, wheel shine and air freshener.Also be careful when you pay for the supposedly best wash... its just a basic wash.

After getting the deluxe wax clean I still find dirt on the roof and even the tire sides still have dirt. Spitting on a napkin and wiping it seemed to do a better effing job. Much like other users now that I am reading reviews, no wax job was even remotely done to my car. Last but not least I noticed scratches on the passenger side door frame. Better off hand washing your car unless you have scratched up junker then by all means go right ahead and go here.Ive emailed the manager and owner to no avail about getting any sort of response to my damages. So no luck there. Another fine Phoenix business.

This place is amazing. From the bug prep to the wash and vacuum, i love this place. I cant beat the price or the service. Everytime i come here i stay for 2 or more hours cleaning. I just like this place that much and i know i can get a good clean here.

Obviously nobody checked the wax as I had to dry my car by hand. Tire shine didntmake it to all wheels.. nice for $12....since this post, Clean Freak has reached out to me and taken care of this issue. I have always enjoyed Clean Freak and will continue to use their services!

Basic Car Wash isnt even worth the money. Just get the express. Also vacuums are okay, but they definitely need way more. I spent 10 minutes waiting on a vacuum

Its not that my car is superbly cleaned by the equipment at Clean Freak or that their facilities are impeccable, no, that is not why I like this car wash. Clean Freak is close, fast, and allows me to clean my car in the way and at the pace I want to. As I look around at the other patrons, I see people who take the cleanliness of their cars personally and put the work in to make it clean as possible. Its like a club for proud car owners who never want to talk to each other. Ill continue to use Clean Freak because it solves a problem for me in the easiest and a low cost way. Gotta love that speed pass too.

I have the $16 per month, unlimited wash membership. I find that the staff is efficient and knowledge. Free vacuums and compressed air. Careful, the parking lot can get full and be on the watch for drivers not paying attention.This location is on an oddly shaped corner, getting out of the place can be a challenge. Its located in a gritty part of town, so be alert to your surroundings.

Many places to wash the car these days. This is one of the best. Free vacuum and air hose to dry the car faster.

They didnt give me a blue towel for my dashboard with the basic $5 wash. And not very good wash. Vacuums are OK. $3 wash on Central & Southern near my house is much better. And they dont skimp on the blue towels!

Starting to age. Trash everywhere. Their dryers can be heard several blocks away which annoys over a thousand local residents. Their equipment doesnt wash or dry the back of a vehicle all too well.

Quick and easy way to get your baby clean from the desert dust! Completely affordable and they have unlimited wash plans if youre into that.

Okay, I feel pleased now. The district manager was in the office when I went back to find out why they never returned our call after filling out the incident report. I believe his name was justin, gave us a gift card and did everything in his will to make things right. Thank you.

Andy signed me up for the unlimited pass today. He was very friendly and explained what I was signing up for on the receipt before I signed. I got the email right away too explaining the same things and how to cancel. The free vacuums are nice. Ive got months of caked on dirt that came right off, the bugs will take a couple more washes. Glad I have unlimited!

The power wash at the beginning is clutch. Parked under a tree and arrived to a nice layer of pigeon poo covering my car. The guy with the power washer spent about 5 minutes getting all the poo off. Very nice of him. Theyve secured me as a loyal customer.

Theyve upped the blow dryers which was my main concern earlier. And I must give incredible kudos to the manager and staff! I came in as they were closing on Saturday night and treated me like I was the favorite first customer of the day. They will always have my business with treatment like this!

I keep trying to give his place my business over and over, and yet over and over I am disappointed. The wash isnt bad and the customer service is always great however the vacuums at this location or horrible. The pic below is my mat after trying 3 separate vacuums. I really hope they get this fixed.
