Avoid this place if you can. Ruined my car paint, left deep swirling scratches on my car. I was so unfortunate for picking this location, i never had any incident with any car wash before, they may have a faulty equipment.

My toddler LOVES going to the car wash. So what do you do when you drive by it every day and he sees it!? Buy a membership so you can go everyday of course! I definitely get my money’s worth, my toddler is happy, and my car is always clean! The employees at 9th St and Bell are always so awesome and friendly and definitely don’t mind seeing us everyday either!

My daughter took her truck here and got the 16. Wash . The vacuums work absolutely Wonderful.They have 2 different ones. One for big spots and another one for small little crevices.We both left very Happy.I would recommend this to anyone.

This particular quick quack was awesome. When I pulled up they gave me the option of a normal wash or a subscription which u felt was nice not to be pressured. Not sure what was different about this wash but it got my car cleaner than any other quick quack Ive been too. And the vacuum accessories were super high suction and all worked great.

Was looking for a good car wash place to take my company vehicle to, and these jokers could not have cared less about providing a decent service. Nobody made eye contact, zero customer service skills, and to top it off the car wash itself did an awful job! Half my car was still covered in soap and their machine bent the hell out of my license plate.Bottom line, don’t go here. You can drive in literally either direction on Bell Rd and find a better car wash with better or equal value. Never again.

So I went to the quick quack car wash at 910 East Bell Rd. Phoenix, AZ 85022. The 1st time I went to have my membership fixed I spoke to the Manager Brandon. Who told me that he would personally look into it. Then told me it would be quicker and easier if I just called customer service myself. Who by the way did absolutely nothing and told me that they would give me a free month. For the inconvenience. Excuse me for being honest, But the manager Brandon has no idea what he is doing his wing and he lacks in customer service, And the bonds and relationships that the one on ones are supposed to help build for them and their members.Then there is there A.S.L. Mrs.Krystal, Who has given me as well as other members I have spoken to An amazing experience and not just a car wash but as a friend. She was honest, up front, Is genuinely concerned, Phenomenal, Is generous and beyond helpful. She did not give me the excuses is cutting dead help me to find a solution and fix the problem. Within 72 hours of Krystal doing Exactly what she said she would and kept her promise. The problem was fixed and now my membership works perfect as well as all of the cars that are on my membership also go through now with no problem. She truly is an amazing and beautiful person inside and out. So if youre looking for a car wash as well as great conversation sation someone that will always be honest and be to be helpful As well as truly care is truly care about your feelings. Go through a quick clackcar wash on 9th street and bell and ask for Krystal theyre A.S.L. Who in my opinion should be the manager and should hopefully be running her own store. Cause she truly does deserve it and Im not the only member who thinks so and feels that way.

A nice drive through car wash. First one that I have been through where the blower actually gets every bit of water off your car, You can just drive right off the lot. You are always greeted nicely and all questions answered.

Incident occurred on 05/28/21 in the wash. The lack of concern for safety and integrity went right out the window when my bumper was torn off by the faulty equipment at this location. It took weeks of me calling customer support to receive a half-baked response from the site leader, Steven M. His apathy towards the situation proved to represent everything that this company stands for; Protect the bottom line, even if it compromises the safety of our clientsIt took 4 weeks of me calling customer support after Stevens abhorrent communication skills to receive an unenthusiastic call from regional manager, Amber Earl.We were unable to come to a conclusion that was beneficial to the companys integrity, nor my vehicle. The management vehemently denies any sort of faulty equipment - however if you take a look; License plates & bumpers being torn off seem to be what this car wash is all about.

I came into Quick Quack Car Wash on the Bell location and was greeted by Derrick who was very polite and helpful, it was my first time so I was skeptical about getting the membership but I’ll sign up for the better membership next time I come through, they have great service here and my car came out looking new

Love the set up and everything, wish it had a hose or something to spray off floor matts tho. Still had bugs in my ride after but what ever if I had the membership I could just run through it again 🙃

Easy to get checked in and get a wash. A little bit of elbow grease to finish the dry and flush out all the hidden water. Vacuums are typically good, but occasionally Ive gotta move the car to a different unit to get good suction. All in all, cheap and easy car wash.

A little pricey for a car wash, but ready to get done. Nice to have shade when vacuuming out your vehicle in the Phoenix sun.

Fun Halloween decorations at the newer location at 9th St and Bell Rd. I ordered the “Best” car wash which I usually choose but I’m not sure that’s what I got. Usually the lights come on for the Rain Repellant and Tire Shine and they didn’t and no multi-colored foam. Not sure what happened. The attendant on duty was very nice and professional, handed me the dash wipe. I should’ve pulled back around but didn’t have time. I think I just got a Good wash.Update: wanted to get my car cleaned up and vacuumed out for the New Year. My little guy was all excited the bubbles were Christmas colors. The attendant on duty was nice. And course my little helper had to dry off the tires. Quick Quack is our favorite car wash.

This is one of the best deals in town. I will definitely be buying the unlimited plans because this was one of the greatest experiences I have had at a car wash in my life. I would recommend this to get the car cleaned the way you would want it because the detailing you want done is is perfect the way you would like it some of the car washes dont pay attention to the other details.

Been here 4 times and its been clean, the people are nice, and i havent had any reason not to give it 5 stars. Just signed up for the unlimited for 2 vehicles.

Update: Glad to see they took my notes from my 1st visit. They added more dryers, making it less work for someone to dry after wash. I will say the soap formula still is iffy. Staff has great energy, and willing to help with anything!👍 I do feel like the prices are a little over priced for the quality of work there equipment offers. When you 1st start through you get the colored lights, and the soap SMELL IS AWESOME!👃✔ But by the end you notice the lack of the power in the machines, especially the lack in the dryers. Kinda seems like the want the most of your money for the least amount of work. Then when you get out you still have to cover a lot ground on your own. They do offer clean supplies you can purchase. Vaccumes work great (it just open that maybe why)! The rules they have dont seem that reasonable.. . You are limited to 10 minutes at the station, which is nearly impossible because it took 6 minutes to re-dry the outside of the car. Then you still have to vaccumes and wipe down the inside, though I am sure the 10 minutes might be flexed. Overall it was just okay. I thought it would be worth it since its so close to my house, but I rather drive to the one near 15 ave and bell. This place is awesome for the price and every wash will actually clean your car everytime i go here i feel comfortable and welcomed great customer service and you get to use the vacuums when you are done so its a win win for me and definitely would recommend for a high quality car wash

Involved in an accident in the wash, they do not take responsibility. Car in front of me had their bumper ripped off and their car was stuck. My car was pushed into the back of their car three times. Damage to both of our cars. Filled out an incident report, said they would contact me within 72 hours. After over a week nothing. So I called, they told me they would contact me within a few days. Nothing. I called again, was told they would contact me within 72 hours and that the regional manager was also notified. Today it has been over 3 weeks and no response. Luckily I have a dash camera in case they deny responsibility. Be careful if you’re going to take a car to this place that you value. Take only beaters you don’t mind getting smashed because they do nothing if you’re in an accident in their wash to no fault of your own.

Went thru twice and still didnt get my zjeep clean

I had enrolled in a special wash sale for December and went pretty often to get my moneys worth. The staff working are always kind and greet you when you pull up. The service is fast, friendly, and efficient. The vacuum and air hose services are suoer helpful after a wash and the dash mat is nice

I usually get great service at this Quick Quack. Whoever was working @7:30 on 4/1/21 was more focused with the conversation they were having on their cellphone than the quality of the services rendered to me.

My car always comes out very shiny and clean. And for me it awesome due that I have to have my car clean because I drive for Lyft and I get many compliments on my clean car.

This is a great carwash! The people working do an excellent job taking care of you and your car! They offer unlimited memberships allowing you to wash your car as many times as you want and it is really nice because of how dusty it is and when it rains hard or even if you just want to keep your car waxed and your tires shined. They even give you a wipe to clean your dash at every visit. I would highly recommend this car wash to anyone who takes care of their vehicle. 👍

I had a coupon for free wash so cant complain. Will comment that QQ carwash was decent. I did not see any towels to wipe down car after washing however. The car wash at cave creek and greenway intersection has a $3 wash with towels to wipe down inside and out of vehicle afterwards AND a free floormat cleaner so Ill resume going there

Raymond the manager ruined the experience of the car wash. I used my top membership multiple times a week, enjoyed every interaction with the employees until today. Canceled my membership 100% because of him, if he wasn’t here I’d be a happy member that recommends the car wash to everyone, now I’ll be getting a membership elsewhere. Terrible quality of service.

They are the nicest people. I went for a car wash and the soap and water got into my car because (unaware to me) my convertible top hadnt latched on the left side. Kyle was so sympathetic, he helped me get everything I needed to dry the car and made sure that everything was okay. The outside of the car looked beautiful; I would definitely go back... after I get my top latched.

This place is incredible! I cant believe I was with Jacksons for so long because not only is Quick Quack more affordable but employees are outstanding with their customer service! I was explained the different packages available clearly so I didnt feel like there was any hidden fees or costs. Free vacuums, microfiber towels, and the whole nine yards. I will not be going anywhere else, this is my new carwash location!

It was so busy! The reason I liked this place is the employees acted like we we the most important people in the building.Every employee I spoke with was polite and caring. One employee stopped what she was doing to see if I needed assistance. It was a very pleasant experience!

When I went there I was asked which membership would you like? Its very subtle how they ask. I said I wanted a basic. The attendant responded with the basic membership? and I had to clarify that I meant one wash only. Also, while I was there a woman was complaining to the other attendant about the same thing, that her credit card was being charged every month without her approval. Just be as clear as possible that you want a single car wash and not a membership.That being said the wash itself was good. The vacuums and air blowers all worked really well and the place was clean and well maintained.

Quick quack is my new favorite carwash company. This is a brand new facilty, the quality of the wash I get is much better than some of the older carwash places around this area. They are well maintained and have great branding. The real reason I keep coming back is the people here are super friendly, professional, helpful, and have consistently surpased my expectations. Raymond here really saved the day for me today, he went above and beyond what I would have expected and is a real asset to the company. Thanks raymond, duck duck, Go.

When fully functional, good car wash. Although I pay flat fee for unlimited washes yet vacuums have been closed for over a month, yet no discount on fee for full service washes even getting half service. Before this I had gone many times which they did not keep up with laundry so Never had enough towels available for even 1 towel per car to dry, wipe interior, and wipe away water spots and polish car to the shine my car desires... If no effort is made to reconcile I will stop my monthly all inclusive, unlimited washes in this small volume car wash. I want to look for a business who desires a professional relationship to help maintain my car to be clean inside and out... Not acceptable. Whos fault is it if not managed properly!

I usually get the good wash which is its basic wash, my car comes out beautifully and then you can vacuum out your car for free... A big plus to some other car washes. For those of you who always want a sparkling clean car they have a $29 for entire month unlimited car washes.

I’ve been a member at quick quack car wash for 5 months now. I wash my car 3 times a week at a few of their locations. They do a pretty good job in making sure you are taken care of. I’ve decided to leave a review today based on my experience at the 9th st and Bell rd location. From the moment I got in line A young lady by the name of Valerie Went above and beyond to welcome me .. she was kind, professional, and respectful. I was grateful for such qualities in an employee. She proved that she would be a valuable asset to any company she worked for..... great job. I highly recommend this place.

The assistant manager, I believe his name was Nickolas, made me feel very welcomed as it was my first visit to Quick Quack. He explained the products you provide clearly. He was friendly and obviously enjoyed his job.

Location is super convenient! This place always has awesome deals going on too. Don’t sleep on this car wash. It’s new and the best one I’ve ever been to. Don’t sleep on the Top Tier monthly installment. It’s a little pricey, but it makes your car FEEL clean. Even has a nice smell. I use this car wash every morning and night. Full disclosure, they were offering the car wash for free as part of their Grand opening. I thought it was wonderful, fast, and fun. Vacuums are super strong, and the pressurised air was perfect to clean the dashboard and tight places.Part of the staff came over to check to see if part of the car had detached. It was already coming off before we got the wash. He got down on hand and knees and fixed it himself. So friendly and amazingly nice staff. Will definitely be returning and recommending to friends.

Great wash and the staff was very friendly. My car was as clean the day I got it and a week later is still very clean. The place was very clean and someone was there to greet us in seconds. I will definitely be back for a monthly membership.

This car wash is probably one of the best drive in car washes I have ever been to. They always greet me and give me a cleaning rag immediately upon driving up for my dashboard and consoles. The prices vary obviously upon the cleaning of your car but it always seem so fast. The vacuums and air pressure tools are always available everytime I show up.
