It’s Ight, I feel like the cheapest option for the wash is better than other places cheap option. I also like the tracks your car sits on instead of the typical bumpers you fit your tire between. They work hard on detailing the cars.

$7 wash okay ; could have been better

This is a family friendly place that my mother, father and brother use. Very, very good work and so nice 2 courteous to my family and I. Luis one of the Managers knowing me by name and the 2 main ladies who dry your cars, Sonia and Vickie are super nice. I recommend this place if your looking for good and quality car wash. They have monthly deals for self service or full service. I’m a very happy customer who have been using them for over 5 years. They also wash our men in blue, City of Phoenix Police vehicles for FREE! Check them out and tell Luis I sent you! You will not be disappointed!

Well I paid $80 for a car wash and got home to find out that the controller to get into my apartment complex is not ANYWHERE in my car! Not only can I not get in my gate, I have to pay for another controller. After paying $80 for a car wash I dont have an extra $100 to have my complex replace this. Thank you very much for nothing! And on top of that while trying to call and let them know, not one person will answer the phone to try and deal with this issue.

Never will go there again, I was skeptical about going in the first place but decided to try it. I paid for the 2nd best option for the car wash and to be honest I could’ve done a better job with a squirt bottle. The whole back half of my truck seems to be if it never even got water on it. The machines are rough on your vehicle. I lined it up perfect on the track and the machines kept smacking my side mirrors and folding them back and forth. Then at the end I get out and look at my truck and there’s thousands of these little microfiber “strings” all over my truck that make it look like scratches. Waste of money and time.

Thought Id give this new place a try. Competitive pricing, good service. Worth giving it a try for sure!

Did a good job cleaning my car but they were trying to trick be into a year membership. I told the guy sure the ultimate or whatever its called says $22. Hes like ok that will be $117.. 😱😱 excuse me no. I have never been so I need to see how well they do first..

I had my car detailed here after my cars sunroof leaked and my floor was flooded. They did such a great job I was thoroughly impressed.

This carwash really pays attention to detail and I am super picky. I have unlimited carwashs for a month Ultimate package around $30 they hand dry myVehicle and tire shine by hand. Once a month they interior clean and dust the inside and for $10 they leather dress my car inside. Your choice of frangrance. $2.50 charge to wash each mat. What a deal! Was sold on paying for the ultra because they said they would clean the cup holder area. But they didnt. Its what I really wanted. The rest looked good but was let down on the promise of a clean cup holder . Plus lots of little dirt spots that I had to clean myself. Not cool. Especially as this was the most expensive option.

I have a monthly membership, which Im very happy with. Staff is friendly, thorough, and badass for spending all day out in 3 digit temperatures! Only a 4 star because they close at 6pm and only have one location which can be inconvenient.

I just popped into this car wash because it was close but when I pulled in I found that it was nice and new and clean and immediately a very nice lady came up and helped me purchase my wash. My Van came out fresh and clean they have great free vacuums and trash receptacles and they also gave me a real towel and a car deodorizer upon entering the car wash Their basic wash is only $7. I think it was well worth it and I will definitely be back!!

Its a good wash but its a 50/50 if they give you the correct wash and items that go with it

This place is great, and here is why. I had an oil leak and my mechanic didnt have a good visual of the problem. Said I needed an under carriage wash. I called a week ahead to this place and was assured that the car wash did an undercarriage wash during the 16 dollar wash. The manager was positive the washer hit the undercarriage and said she would personally attend to me to make sure it happened. This is picture of the workers getting down on the ground to get a visual confirmation of the washer working correctly, both times. Also, she ran my car through 1 more time for free for good measure.Great customer service. She even gave me some great tips!I thought this was awesome. Great manager over there guys.

Ive been using their unlimited pass and I go there about 3x a week. Theyre usually pretty quick and do a good job.

Easy and quick 7$ minimum car wash. It did the job. I sometimes have issues with other car washes that for the lowest price dont wash everything off very well but this spot seemed to do a decent scrub job for the low price of 7$. 13 was the next price up but I didnt need all that.

Not a good experience. You know that little voice you get in the back of your head that says dont do it! I didnt listen to it. They were kind of busy and understaffed to start with. When my truck finally got through the automated part of it it just sat there for a half hour in the sun with water spots drying up all over it. They did cars ahead of it that came after mine and I went and told one of the workers and he said yours is next but it wasnt they did two more cars before they got to mine. When they were finally done I inspected it and there were scratches on the rear bumper that werent there before and also on the side rear. A manager came out and said that it wouldnt happen there because of their brushes okay fine whatever. On my way home I noticed the front windshield passenger side had splotches on it. When I got home I was going to clean it off and on the drive home I noticed the rear window was full of splotches as well. When I got home I found to my anger that the back window sunscreen had holes in it now and part of it was peeling off. I dont know what they did to it but they ruined the sunscreen on that back window. I left a detailed message called twice didnt get a call back. I got on their website to send a message pretty much say what Im saying here and the response I got was thank you for applying! What is up with that! I do hope that somebody contacts me because I want them to fix that sunscreen. This is my first visit there and my absolute last.

Was just at this location if ya not buying the best carwashes they wont help ya. Now I have to check my account to see if it double charged me. Will never go back. plenty of other car washes to use. Ya lost a customer

Everything is clean and new and wonderful. I especially like the new washing materials they have is your car goes through. They look much easier on your car. It is a little pricey oh, but they do have the self serve option which is the one I think Ill do next time.

Great place, next time I will get the upgrade or pay the few extra bucks to have pre scrub done. My car really needed it. I got the basic which does good job if your car isnt that dirty. I really enjoy the automatic dry towels at the end of the wash.

Great car was with open tracks/belts to pull onto, not having to worry about guardrails that hug your tires and have the potential to scratch your wheels. Friendly staff as well. Unlimited wash plan is a great deal as you receive a full interior wash once a month in addition to your unlimited express washes. Air hoses and ample bays to spray those areas that seem to constantly drip water for hours after a wash (door handles, trunk, weather stripping, etc.). Hand towels provided. Never crowded early morning so an every other day wash is convenient, not taking more that 5 minutes out of your morning commute.

The people were very friendly and gave me informative answers to my questions. Certain days have discounts, which I like. You can pick your wash day and save money at the same time 😉

Ive never had a problem or issue. They are always kind. Its a get in and get out type operation. The prices could be more affordable, but is worth it if you dont feel up to doing it yourself.

This place is clean, professional, detail oriented and just plain and simply does an outstanding job every time!Louis, is especially knowledgeable, and has excellent customer service skills. They told me they were having a special on getting the plastic clean, so I upgraded to the $69.99 service. I asked before I signed up how long it would take and was told 35-40 mins. I let them know I had an appt shortly after. At 50 mins I went to check on my car and was told 10 more mins. 20 mins later I got my car back unfinished. I was late to my appt and did not get what I paid for. The parts they did get done look good, though it looks like their drive thru portion scratched up my drivers side window. I used to love this place when it was Metro Car Wash, but I wont be back.

Paying for Super car wash, plus a $5 add on, totally $18. Got pushed through as the basic car wash. Went to the manager, Christina, asked for a refund on the difference & she refused. Then when I asked for the general manger, I was told that he is unavailable today. So I asked when he would be available. Christina then proceeds to tell me that she is the district manager, operations manager, general manager & the manager on duty. That she handles everything. Told me that she will not refund my money because I have an attitude, but will push me through the wash again at the correct one originally paid for. I told her that I do not have time presently to go through for another car wash & she told me that I am rude, have an attitude & she was not going to help me. What a con & sneaky way to steal from people. If I could give negative stars I would.

Always a great experience. Great quality car wash. The building is really up-to-date they offered cold drinks in the vending machine lotta stuff so the car wash was very quickly I enjoyed coming here very clean facility.

They would be better if they would do your car like the 1rst time they did your car everytime.

So its my first time going here. Nice facility clean inside while your car gets a wash. But in the end I got my rims cleaned on the back but not the front and they did a terrible job vacuuming in between the door and the front seat on the floor on both sides of the car next cleaned my seats and I spent 26.00 for the wash and 10 for the tip. I actually feel like I was robbed I was gonna get a monthly pass but HELL NAW. As far af Im concerned you owe my either my money bad ok or better than that 5 free car washes all the way. And If thats done I would gladly change my review

Wow!! Fantastic job! 1st time in, got the basic $17 wash, and was totally thrilled with the service from beginning to end. All the staff was super friendly. They did an excellent job vacuuming everything, doing the windows, wiping down the entire exterior and interior and the wheels. Absolutely the best $17 Ive spent recently. Thanks to Alexis for coordinating everything and giving my car a final go through to make sure nothing was missed. Will definitely be back and highly recommend.

The only reason that I rated two stars instead of one is because the young man who presented the vehicle was very nice, however, the vehicle detail was trash! We were car number 1 1 7 the name was under Luis 1015 this was done on June 8th of 2020. There is still debris on the floor, and the vehicles inside passenger door had not been touched! When I called to speak to someone there is no answer and the answering machine cuts you off! There is also no phone number listed on their receipt... Go figure! I wouldnt waste my $26 there ever again!

This was my first experience since it became Ultra Suds. As I am driving up for the vacuum, a man is hollering about his car not being cleaned after paying $150.00. Then I have to wait because that is going on. When I got home my truck had water dried spots all over it. I had to go over it by hand myself to get it clean.

First time Ive been to this car wash. It is newly remodeled. I drive a full size truck and this is the first car wash Ive been to that gets the tailgate and rear bumper really clean. I like that instead of putting the truck in neutral and it following rails, it sits on a conveyor belt. This eliminates the rails that guide the vehicle and can scratch your wheels. Everyone was really friendly and I didnt get any attempts to get me to spend more.

Usually this place is great. However recently only one side of the cars are being dried due to a missing roller and the quality of towels they now use instead of the microfiber towels really roughen my cars polish. We get one tiny wafer for the air fresh or and the towlette for theinteriordare missing. I pay 40 bucks for a membership here and I am not satisfied with the quality of the service anymore.

I’ve gone twice and I regret both! Both times the truck was not vacuumed correctly dusting off our dash and cup holders was non existent, the rags they use leave more residue in and on the vehicle then it had before. The inside of my car was maybe 3 points cleaner out of a 10, looks like they just vacuumed. The outside is another story after the first visit which we paid the highest option to pamper our truck was a disaster there where chunks of wax on one side of the truck and on the tailgate there is a greasy residue that even another car wash company could not remove. And this time whatever they dumped on my tires is now all over the side of my truck. I hate this place I even paid the middle price to avoid the wax and somehow left my truck worse! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! P.s the air fresheners they provide are decorations does absolutely nothing for a vehicle you have to stick it on ur nose to smell anything on it.

First off I was a monthly customer and thought very highly of the place at first but then there was one incident with the wash not working and that they were still taking full service cars but the car wash was down so I go speak with an employee they have no idea whats going on or how long the car wash will be down so I go talk to the manager a christina who did not apologize for any inconvenience and had no idea when the wash would be up in running she couldnt tell me 10 mins an hour, maybe tomorrow,next week etc. But as I said they are still taking full service wash cars just not the people who dont and have already paid in advance for the service so I asked managment for a refund of my 29.99 a month and then they tell me I was never charged eventhough on my credit card is a charge for 29.99$. And I re emailed them stating I was charged and showed them my credit card recipt and have not heard back from them about the refund I now have to dispute the charge. The management is awful and treat there customers awfully and I will never go back there after the way the manager talked to me she was very rude!!

First time to this car wash and for it to be a grand opening, you get a free $16 ultra wash, but at the end it didnt seem like I got a $16 wash.. either its a false advertising or something. Definitely wont be coming back....

Dont waste your money on this place. I paid $23.99 which was the most expensive wash they have and my car isnt clean. They re-vacuumed it but the windows are dirty and they didnt clean the back of my Ford Escape on the inside. I was hoping that they would be good because they are close to me, but there not☹️ my rims are dirty dont go here. I had to use there rag to clean my cup holders, and wipe down the door panels.
