Pretty good car wash. It did a good job on my expedition. The prices have been creeping up and the wash is now $6 just for the light wash. Overall it did a good job on my car and the vacuum area was clean. Ill definitely be back to this location

Paid $10 to go through your car wash and Im not impressed. I shouldnt have to clean it myself in 110 degrees to fix everything your machine cant handle. Not to mention the wet towel your employee handed me for the dash stinks like mildew and now my car smells like a dirty sock. Sadly, youre also not the worst car wash in the area.

Good wash never have any issues with the vacuums. Always looks pretty clean. The staff is always very friendly. Brian the manager was very helpful. I felt my tires needed to be cleaned better he even offered to shine my tires. They even scrub your car before you get in the wash which is nice. Cant complain will be coming here again. Typical automated/do it yourself car wash.I love that the vacuum area is covered so that theres shade while you clean out your car.I also really like that you get a damp towel and air freshener when you go through the wash.The employees have always been friendly and nice.Their unlimited wash packages are a great deal - very affordable.Id have rated it higher but there were a lot of vacuums that were either missing or not working this last time I was there - and all of the trash cans were filled to overflowing. Literally.To be fair, Ive never seen it this messy or bad before. Maybe they were short on staff, too many places are these days.Ill still use them - theyre the closest one to my house.

The young man at the entrance very polite and the young man inside the wash very patient I dont do this often. I do miss the airfreshners.

My 4 year old nephew could have washed my truck better than this. I spent $20 on the best service available and still have to go hand wash my truck. Theres still bugs guts all over the front end, my wheels are still dirty, my door didnt get clean, the tailgate wasnt even touched and my windows still have ick on them. My windshield is clean tho, so yay for that. Im definitely going back to Jacksons.

Vacuums always work and are shaded, workers are helpful and very friendly. I have the membership and it was one of the best decisions Ive ever made, its really convenient. Also one of the cleaner carwashes Ive been to in a while.

It was very quick to get in and out which was nice. It was only $10 for a decent list of features to have the car washed. However the quality of the wash was extremely poor. Can’t complain too much for 10 bucks, but still won’t be going back.

I used this place for more than a year, I was awesome but now most of the vacuum is not working, its going downhill for some reason.

I definitely recommend buying a membership. I’ve been a member around 6 years. My car was so dirty. Josh went out of his way to make sure my wheels were clean and deliver excellent customer service. You guys rock!

Not a bad car wash but...it left a lot of dirt on the back of my Ford Explorer.

Attendants are always nice, but the last few visits they were out of the bags with the towels and air fresheners. Also, half of the vaccums didnt work.

Paid for the $10 wash and it couldnt wash water spots off the vehicle. Management wad rude & was defensive on everything. Dont waste your time & money. If you do, you will see the janky machinery inside.

The wan was still dirty and had soap all over it. I normally go to the one on Bell Rd and 28th st. It does a much better job.

I paid for a $10 wash and didnt get the little towelette they normally have and the wash wasnt even that great. I went in with usual rain dirt and came out with really only clean windows that i could of squeegee at a gas station for free. Took pic of car after wash.On the plus side their vacuums work pretty good/ better then most.

Dont come here paid 10 dollars for a car wash and it didnt even clean my car. The green towels that I used was new and look at all the dirt on it after I wiped my freshly washed car. I was going to get an unlimited car wash plan but never mind this place sucks

Friday. 1:40pm May 21, 2 lannes out the wash and cones not set out. Cars backing out ont9 43rd ave.and no attendant present. Im about to pay for a wash and attendant runs up and said we are closed tight now. This is Not the 1st bad experience here. Wash is often bad and you can tell new owners or company is not managing wAve. Say open, up 2 lanes and jammed,, but,, this was poor.. he put cones out, ran in front of my car as was trying to leave, not the smartest crayon, huge Loss and Better wash and service elsewhere.

Lil expensive but the vacuum works great, workers are very nice and helpful. I do recommend if you dont mind paying 6 dollars for basic or 20 dollars for all sweet thing they have waxing, tires ect... I Love it ❤

Not very happy, but it will do. No towels, and the spot free wasnt working. Unlike the car wash on 43rd/bell rd, they have towels, my car is always happy, the guys there are very happy, helpful. 🙁

Took pictures of my car after the wash to show everyone how much of a waste of time and money it is. Just wanted a quick rinse, payed for the 10 dollar and it didnt even clean my car fully. Left spots all over my windows. Had to go home and wash my car again to get the remaining dirty spots, worst car wash Ive been too. I felt my car was cleaner before I got the car wash

To start off in the middle of my car wash when the soap started coming down the whole wash stopped, then it restarted and no soap came out to was my car at all. I went around and waiting at the machine to see if I could possibly go through again and no one approached me. So I pulled around and decided just to deal with it, then this car was had no clean rags at any station, half of the vacuums were not in use. The staff just seemed to sit in front of the office door and talk and not worry about anything going on at their place of work.

The workers sometimes act as if they dont want to help you end your monthly subscription. My sister tried to end hers; the employee told to park to the side hell get to her. He never did! He avoided her, until we confronted him, he told us to come back another day, so we did (same thing happened) she still has that subscription.😒

Started going here. Bought a 30 day and the vacuums broke down the next day when I was going through. Need to get up there again to see if working now.

The wash itself was okay ... then again I did pick the basic one. The vacuums are pretty decent better than other places I been. The reason I’m giving 4 stars is for the staff. I have been here 3 times. 3 different guys helped me at the selection/pay box thing and all were so so nice! They hAd awesome attitudes and even tho they try and sell you on the monthly membership they are not pushy about it at all. The educate you on a couple options and let you go on about your day. I appreciate that!

A nice man helped me with the credit card machine since it was just a little beyond my reach. He was very friendly and helpful. My car got clean and I went on my way!

I drive for Lyft, so having a clean car is extremely important. I got the full throttle wash for $10. My car is worse after the wash.The wash left hard water spots all over my car. Which are clearly visible with my black car. I approached the manager to let him know and to seek a refund, so I might try a different car wash. The manager refused to refund me stating he couldn’t issue one and then offered to run my car threw again. I would not take him up on that offer simply because it most likely would leave even more hard water spots on my car.Do yourself a favor, there are cheaper and better car washes in the area. Steer clear of this one.

Quick and efficient and free vacuuming certainly helps . They also provide a damp car cloth to wipe inside . Nice and clean

Wont be going back. I Paid for the managers special and have bugs on my front end and windows still, was not given a blue towel of scent sheet. The dryer did not dry vehicle completely either.

There is a global pandemic. There is a machine that you may insert your car and push which wash youd like from your window. However, they apparently think we cannot accomplish that ourselves. Someone needs to stand at the machine to take your card and press the button, in a situation which could be entirely contactless becomes human contact.Not only it requires human contact, but the employees DO NOT WEAR MASKS when it is LEGALLY REQUIRED.If you are looking for a socially distanced car wash, this is NOT IT.EDIT: I forgot to mention that my car remained dirty after a $10 car wash. The dryer did not even dry it all the way, and when I got home, I had to scrub the dry water marks off my car.

Its very conveniently located for me and the vacuums they have are great but I regret coming here every time when I get anything more than just the basic deal to just ore wash my truck. The tire shine is a joke. I had 3 spots the size of my hand shiny, the rest has nothing. I wish I could attach a picture to the review... my tailgate was about 50% clean. Like I said, if your car is really really dirty and you need to vacuum it as well you should go there to pre wash and vacuum and then clean in your drive way. If you expect anything more than that, youll be disappointed. Nice staff and great vacuums is all they have going for them. Sorry

Echoing what a previous reviewer from 2 months ago stated, the staff here are STILL not wearing masks and are directly interacting with customers even after they supposedly said it would be following the Maricopa County mandate for masks. Other customers were also not wearing masks in an evironment where social distancing is not possible. I guess the pandemic just doesnt exist here huh? Will be reporting this business to the authorities and news media for gross negilgence. Avoid this location for sure.

Will not get your car clean. The sprays hit one portion with a massive jet and nothing elsewhere.

I tried three of the car washes in the area, and came BACK to them, its the little extras like, damp towels, interior fragrance, and a Armor Allish type wipe, referred my friends.

WARNING ⚠️ STAY AWAY FROM THIS CARWASH!! The vacuums work good. My car got stuck in the Carwash so I had to keep honking my horn to get someone attention. The employees didn’t even apologize for anything. My car was not even cleaned I have water spots all over my car and still dirty. Don’t waste your time!!!!!!

The 20 dollar wash didnt even get the sides of my car, and I tried 3 different vacuums and not a single one worked.

Of course they have free vacuums, like everybody else, but the reason I like to go to RaceWay Car Wash is theyre always offering good specials. If you go after 5 p.m. you get $2 off every car wash. I was going to get the $10 car wash, but for an extra $10, I got unlimited $10 car washes for a month. For $10 you get the rainbow Wash, Wax, tire shine, and undercarriage cleaned.

Went in and paid $20 for a “champion” wash, I pulled out of the car wash and there were no vacuums available so I pulled into the parking lot next to the car wash to wipe my vehicle down, and to my suprise this is what my car looked like. I went in to talk to someone and was brought to the manager Dave, who said he would put my car back through which I was unwilling to do so because it obviously did nothing and would be a complete waste of my time. Refused to give me a refund as well. Pit stop detail does a much better job and they come to you and hand wash your vehicle for $30. Hope this place doesn’t stay around much longer, and if they do Dave needs to go.

Most of the vacuums dont have a hose & if they do they dont have a nozzle & if they do they dont with, very inconvenient!

Usually a pretty good experience. Always busy though. Here recently one of the employees knocked my antenna off the roof of my car with the brush they use at the beginning of the wash. Didnt realize it had come off but he did pick it up and give it back to me at the other end.

I go to raceway all over the valley.. this one the worst.. wait 5 long minutes at the gate.. no attendant available... sensor wouldnt read sticker on windsheild... also no attendant after gate when I pulled into where carwash begins.. finally attendant came out and casually directed my vehicle...

Good car wash 🧽 and the vacuums are powerful. The staff has always been courteous and very helpful. I get “The Works, The full Mountie, The best wash they offer” and pay for it monthly, a good price for an awesome service.

I got the $10 one time wash and it’s a joke. You might as well spend $6 just to get the vacuums. They offer a towel which I thought was a nice curtsey until I realized it’s because the wash doesn’t do anything to clean your car. My vacuum lost power halfway through.Staff was nice though.

Great place free vaccums that actually have great suction good shading but is very small only 4 or 5 cars for it to be comfortable.

They currently have an offer for $9.95 for a whole month washing. Okay get this! You pay that amount and you can go wash your car and vacuum clean it daily without paying more. Rinse repeat the next month. The attendants are extremely helpful. I probably will not go daily because its so hot out there and I dont have the time to wash my car daily but what a great offer. I could have given 5 stars but they said the price could go up without notice.

$5, $10, $15 wash options. Free high powered vacuums and compressed air. Clips to clean mats. I love that the vacuums are shaded.Don’t expect a lot from the $5 wash. I use it mostly to use the tools to clean the inside of my car.

I usually love this car wash. Good little $5 clean up and free vacuums. But disappointed that they dont stay true to their hours. Seeing how its hot here, I went in early to get my car cleaned and vacuumed before the heat hit and after waiting 15 minutes after they were supposed to be open, I just left and went to a different car wash. But, other than that, they are a good, cheap place to get a good clean and vacuum

Theyve raised prices, but forgot the customers. Used to get dash wipes, not any more. I dont feel the staff could assist you if theres a problem. Robots would be better.
