Just bought a car, brought it here, and my first time here. I purchased the Carnauba Wax service. Staff cleaned my car inside and out, and did a fantastic job. Greeter Terrance was very nice, assisting me with what I wanted. Cashier Chanel was very nice, very helpful, and just very friendly. Upon departing, a staff member complemented my car, being very nice. Thank You staff! Lindstrom will now be where I take my car for good service.

Very quick and affordable! Staff is always friendly and hardworking. Inside of the building is kept pretty clean. I will definitely return again.

I have been going to Lindstrom for several months & every time I go in, their work gets sloppier. You are better off washing your vehicle on your own. Today, my windshield was left dirty, my rims were not cleaned at all, the hood still had water stains, etc & still expect a tip? I definitely won’t be going back.

4 stars because they did a very decent job. My car was very very dirty. Unfortunately 5 stars was missed because there were 2 little spots of tar on the back bumper. I informed the attendant, and he started to try and clean it when his supervisor stopped him and said I would need to pay for a detail... (I directly went to Autozone and got bug and tar remover and a cloth and it came off very easily) they also forgot to take the writing off the window. It was more of a 3.5 ⭐️ but you can only put 3 or 4... they did a very reasonable job on the interior and windows.

So nice. The explained all their services and the truck has not looked that good in a long time. Armorall tires and all exterior pleastic.Followed instructions and did not put in any smells.Will be going back for sure

Youd be better off washing your own car. Absolutely zero eye for detail. The dressing/armor all they used was everywhere including on the paint and fabric. And where the dressing/armor all was supposed to be, wasnt. First and last time going there.

Was looking for a new car wash to go to as the one I was going to (on 21st St & Highland) really sucked. After reading good reviews online, I decided to try Lines from Family Auto Wash. They were Fantastic. My car got a thorough and detailed wash in and out. They actually took their time and cared about what they were doing. I wont go anywhere else now! Highly recommend!!!

Very nice & consciousness in detail no matter which wash you buy!

First time here and for sure my last. All the bad reviews are spot on. Paid for exterior plastics to be shined. They didnt do it, then pointed it out and did 1/3rd of it. Inside they did half my steering wheel and pretty much didnt clean the inside otherwise. Looked in my backseat and they took tie downs from the bed of .y truck and threw them on the seat. Save your money and dont go here. Trust me

So Ive recently had my vehicle washed on three separate occasions. It was not particularly busy during these visits. Given that and the rather pricey options my expectation was a thorough and consistent cleaning. On each occasion the job seemed rushed with no one supervising the work. They were responsive when issues were pointed out but this occurred on every visit. Likely will not be back.

The only place I like to wash my car. They take their time and it shows. The staff is very friendly and super helpful. Out of all the times I’ve been here, I had one bad experience with my car. BUT it was quickly addressed when I brought it to the manager’s attention. So this place is still on my go to list.

I’d like to give a big thank you to Dillon. A friend of mine spilled steak juice on my passenger seat, it was of significant size and so was my horror of a possible permanent stain.Dillon took on the task of removing this horrible stain and he eradicated it completely, there is no evidence of the stain what so ever. I’m so grateful for his skill, and his customer service as I was frantic. Iam a customer for life, thank you Dillon and the Lindstrom team.

Im new to Arizona and have many many many negative experiences at car washes. I brought my car here about two months ago for a mini-detail, and again this past Monday. I noticed a significant stratch across my driver door today (Im sure this was NOT done at the car wash), and brought it in. They buffed it out immediately, did not charge me, and the gentleman refused to accept a tip. I have had so many negative customer services experiences, especially lately; this has been such a welcome surprise!

Nice place and 24/7 open. Cheap and been remodeled lately to cater for all your car needs!

Friendly people but $45 for an average hand wash without getting the wheel/tires dressed is underwhelming.

Waste of $35. I would have them wash it over again if I thought theyd do a remotely decent job. Dont waste your time if you place any value on your car wash.

Extremely dissapointed! This will be my first review ever....I payed for the works, but they couldnt even clean up all the dead bugs off my front headlights and bumper.If Im going to pay $30 for a car wash, I expect you to at least get off all the dead bugs!!Never going back!

I like this place for a regular car wash. Even an upgraded wash. Today I asked for a detail & dont feel like I got my moneys worth. Not bad, just not great. The car washes are really good and the staff is really nice...

Went in for a seat shampoo. The place was busy but it only took 25 minutes for the entire process. Car looks great, smells great, friendly service. Please tip well, they work hard :)

Brought my car in because after a few months my car had with a few mountains and deserts all over it. On the hood there were of caverns where drops of rain tried to fall.Next I saw my car there was a shine I had forgotten about and the windows were clear. The inside of the car was so clean. My dog will need to start over sharing her fur. My long story short is the people and the work done was very good. Even the cashier was very friendly.

Not what it used to be. Not vacuumed correctly.. shine not applied evenly... Window streaks.. still dirty in some spots..and it wasnt busy. I still tipped the lady $10. But we wont be coming back. A customer since 2003.

Arminda Duke has the worst customer service. As I was waiting she was rude, constantly on her phone, distracted and had to repeat what I needed.Then witness the manager Dan and Arminda smoking meth in a customer car. Thats when I refuse to let the workers clean my car. Never use this place ! Unclean !

Car wasn’t vacuumed well, windows left with streaks, oil not wiped evenly. Now I have to clean my car again. No price in their work. Just poorly done.

My car looked great after the coral blue wash, from behind. Later after driving away I noticed the front of my car was still dirty, they did not clean off some bugs that would have taken just a few wipes by hand. The clearly wiped this area just decided to ignore the bugs stains. I dont think the business model for a car wash is that difficult: you get a car, wash it, return it to customer. Lindstrom cannot do this, they have no attention to detail in their work. They will also steal your cup holders.

Cost depends on size of your vehicle and which was package you want. Basic was is $17. Blue Coral is $24 for a normal sized SUV. Blue coral includes full service wash, car scent of your choosing, tire cleaning and a other stuff. Super friendly staff. Nice place. Good decent car washes when car Express washes dont cut it. Full service includes cleaning inside the vehicle like windows (outside and inside). Where I work at and timing I work at, my car being dirty can be easily come by and dangerous. So, a place that cleans windows is necessary at times.

Great family oriented car wash. We got there right before closing and they did not try to rush us. They did a great job. Car smelled great and it was squeaky clean. Bring your car here, it will love you for it.

This car wash used to be good. Have been coming here for years for hand washes but now they rush everything, do incomplete work, and it’s gone downhill. I won’t be coming back.

Beware of this place I took my pickup truck here to have it detailed and when i got it back the bumper was dented and push so far in the wheel was rubbing it. The owner say it did not happen there and that it must have happened after it left the lot but in the photo attached to this review you can see the damage was clearly buffed and cleaned.

Ive gone there 3 times with my brand new car and each time I find new scuffs in the paint. I dont know if its the automatic wash or the attendants drying it afterwards but I cant allow my car to continue to be damaged by them.

Left a lot of little brown marks, I think they are bug marks. On a white car they stand out like sore thumbs. They come off easy, so not sure why missed.

I tipped the young lady as I walked towards my car only to see the inside cup holders and console were not vacummed. Nor had the screen and dashboard been wiped down. I had to have someone come and finish. It was not an inexpensive service. Although they were polite I wont be back

Lindstrom has been an amazing car wash...until they damage your vehicle, refuse to pay for the repair, accuse you of trying to take advantage of them and then call you a liar. Dont go here if you value your vehicle or if you value honesty.

Ive been going to Lindstroms for several years now. I have always been impressed with attention to detail they provide from the vacuums to the wipe down at the end. I have also noticed that the owner is constantly upgrading the equipment on the wash line and purchasing new furniture for the customer waiting area. He shows real pride in the facility. The individuals working there are always courteous and seem to hustle to do a good job. Bottom line, they do a very good job of cleaning the car and provide a pleasant experience.

They were super busy so I thought I was going to have to wait forever. They were fast and my car looks great as always!!!

An 18 dollar wash...more like an 8dollar wash. 3 stars at best. I give 2 because I asked if they could specifically wash bird droppings off, and they didnt.

Seriously some of the most polite employees I’ve ever encountered, especially for a car wash place. Dillan, the greeter, was so kind and very thorough in our discussion of what I wanted done. I got my car detailed, specifically upholstery shampooed. Everyone I spoke to there was super nice, not sleazy at all like other car wash places. They did a really nice job on my car and were done with it within two hours.

When I came here my car was a pit . I had been moving plants so there was a ton of dirt inside, along with dog hair, crumbs ... worst it’s ever looked . For $69 they practically detailed my interior and did a sparkling great job on the outside too. It was on par with $150+ interior/ exterior jobs I have had elsewhere . Super friendly, nice guys too !!

I brought my black Toyota Tundra two Lindstrom Family Car Wash about 2 years ago. I live far away across town but whenever Im down in this area I like to come here. They did a really great job last time and buffed out my truck and made it as shiny as a mirror! since then I sold my truck and bought a 2006 Audi A4. I happen to be down this way and Im trying them again full detail and wax for $60. Joe is always very helpful, professional and friendly and gives me a great deal to make my vehicles beautiful! The guys who work here really know their stuff.

We are so please with the work they did on our car! We have a 2003 Honda that hasnt had the inside done professionally in months. Our poor car went through a rough winter up north and they made it it look brand new! Thank you so much! We will be back!

RELATES TO THEIR GLASS REPAIR SERVICE:Theyve recently joined the ranks trying to get you to change your glass in the front. Obviously, they want to replace it; not simply repair it. They must get paid less in that case.They said I had a crack and needed to have it corrected. In their minds, that meant replace the entire front. When I spoke to the agent at Auto Glass (who they put me in touch) the person said it could easily be repaired. Im a believer in doing the minimum needed. If we all do more, then thats why insurance cost so much.Once it was discovered I was only repairing, there was much less interest in them supporting this. They never showed at my appointment at my house. Once I called and they discovered that, they never attempted to call back and find another time.Glass repair is a ripe off. If they offer it, dont accept it. Simply call your insurance. Theyll do a MUCH better job.
