$15 for a car wash, no tire shine, the dryers at the end blew out my side mirror from the housing. completely didnt even get the back of my pick up wet/even washed. definitely wouldnt recommend it. 👎👎👎👎

Man I wish more people bring their cars back, Some of the guys are better than others but there always polite, and they seem to take care of their machines. And go there a lot just miss the vacuuming in the cleaning. So give him some business🤙

They hv new management! First time ever customer service was at its best. They offer me detailing at a awesome rate, I ended up just getting full service but even at that $30 to clean inside and out not bad! My car was pretty bad thanks to the kids! Good job on new management and better staff!

After my favorite car wash closed shop, I was in desperate need of a new one. I tried several others but just wasn’t satisfied, whether it was rude staff, or poor washes, or both. There are many closer car washes to my home…but I have been coming to this car wash for over the past year now after a recommendation from a friend and I refuse to go anywhere else. The brushes used in the automated wash are microfiber and will NOT leave “micro-scratches” in your paint like so many others. The prices are more than reasonable and you can get the best automated wash-2 washes for only $15 (you get a code to use when you return for the second wash within 30 days). My FAVORITE part of coming to this location though is actually the friendly staff, particularly John. John is always smiling, friendly, helpful, fun to talk to, and it shows he actually cares about his job, your car, and the customer. If you you’re looking for an affordable yet good wash (whether simply automated or full service) with EXCELLENT customer service-this Francis & Son’s location is it… See you soon John!!!

This Place Is Awesome They Have Everythi g including super hand blowers to blow the water from your rims and areas water drip after drying.

The place is dirty, tagged with graffiti and understaffed. The carwash is also ineffective in washing cars.

Ive been going to this car wash for years. On Saturday 4/18/20 i took my Tahoe to get a wash at Francis & Sons Car Wash as the wash was finishing up the air dryer blew my windshield whippers so hard it cracked my windshield about 6 inches up. I talked to the manager JP about it but he just blew me off very unprofessional not helpful and disappointed in his response. I dont recommend this car wash unless you want a broken windshield.

I am so incredibly disappointed! I have been to other Francis and Sons Car Washes and they were great. I was in the area and decided to give this one a try for the first time. It was the worst decision ever! The employees were extremely polite, but a works wash literally gets you an outside wash with tire shine. My backseat was no vacuumed and nothing was wiped down. This place gives Frabcis and Sons a terrible name. Im so upset! I got to come home and spend a half an hour on my car to actually complete the job.

This place is a joke! I arrived at around 9:30am today, never had my car washed there before. I wasnt familiar with the machine to pay, it kept asking me for a code! I pushed the red button for help, no help! I waited about a minute, I pushed the red button for help again and no help! I know the carwash was open because there was a car ahead of me that was being washed. No excuse for bad customer service!! You lost a customer!

They go and change the prices with out letting anyone know. Thats not the part Im worried about. They used to offer full service now you have to do all this extra stuff to get it. Like what the hell. And on top of that. I was talking to one of the employees that openly admitted to the staff stealing stuff from customer vehicles I will never come back here again.

Manager John is very helpful and was helping with cars not just standing around doing nothing like some other employees. I go here all the time to get my car serviced and hes always helpful and working keep up the great work

I went to Francis and Sons Car Wash on 19th Avenue and Hatcher the other day and my experience was phenomenal! Jesse helped me out and answered all of my questions, he was very friendly and also extremely knowledgeable. I gave this a five star rating because unlike other car washes that I have been too even though it was pretty busy this day my car was in and out and very clean. I highly recommend visiting this car wash.

Thwy hace different prices depending on what you get.the do have free vacuums that u can use but they kinda feel apart when u use them.

Wish that a ZERO STAR rating was available. They close at 6:00pm. Didnt say so when I went through wash. Vacuum cleaners were already turned off. It sucked. I wasnt a very happy camper and will NOT go back.

Fast and friendly. Did not explain how the full service worked. If you dont pay attention you might drive off without getting the full service you paid for. The people who dried off my car did a great job.

Going forward, Francis and Sons car wash will definitely be my go to car wash, as the service was excellent and professional. Both John and Matthew were able to remove a sticky substance on the entire side of the passenger side of my car, that a previous car wash was unsuccessful at removing (2 attempts). Patti

This is one of the few car washes that are close to my home location. The staff is always really nice, and the Car Wash cleans my vehicle very well. But you got to go early for this location as it is ALWAYS crowded.

Had to get my truck buffed after an off-roading incident and he only charged me 40 bucks. Did a good ass job and everyone was fun to talk to. Highly recommended.

I paid 30 bucks to clean the inside and outside they left spots on my windshield and my pasenger side mirror they told me it was ready before they finished i had to remind him to whip the inside of the doors maybe he was in a rush or something overall the csr did look alot cleaner then when i pulled up so i cant complain too much but i feel like i could have got a better carwash elsewhere

Went to try to sign up for a membership. Like they said before the chip stickers arent working. And the car wash was out of service again :/Also some of the vaccums dont have good suction. Another thing. Why do they spray one side of your car? Doesnt make sense.

I always go here! Its easy to choose what type of wash you want. It was also one of the first automatic car washes around this area.

Car was dirty after going through the wash. Owner said that it was my fault for not getting a more expensive wash. He would not let me run my car back through unless I paid again. The lower priced washes dont say rinse for $5 no they say wash meaning wash the dirt off your car. Doesnt matter because I bought a $15 wash once and my car was still dirty and guess what they had an attitude and refused to let me run my car through again. Absolutely terrible car wash and the owner acts like he wants to fight if you ask for a clean car

I was in your car wash at 19th and Hatcher the other day and there was this nice manager John I believe his name was hes just the sweetest guy hes very knowledgeable he seems very experienced about things that I asked him about the car wash I think more managers should be as knowledgeable and experienced as he is and as nice as he is and his very good looking too

Tried to cancel my membership. Which I did and for some reason I still get charged the $15.00 the following month and I still trying to figure it out after calling them about it.

Ive been here a few times. The only reason I kept going back was because I bought a five wash package on Groupon. They will always try to upsell you, which is fine, but they just dont do a good job. If they werent successful in up selling you, theyll just rush your car through, then youll have to wait even longer, so you can inspect and have them redo what should have been done in the first place.

Worst self serve car wash ive ever been to. Half the vacuums dont work even when you press the start buttons, there is no trashcans next to them either, so everybody throws their trash on the ground instead and the carwash itself is in need of an overhaul, outdated equipment like the broken tire shine that i didnt get but paid the extra 3$ for. And zero staff around except the two teenage kids that had to stop cleaning someones car to start the carwash and pre spray my car with a garden hose rather than the cool little soapy gun that everyone else has. My car wasnt even close to being clean after. Waste of 15$ going herr

Best customer service always friendly they offer cold a/c room to wait in while they wash your vehicle you can watch t.v. while you wait never too crowded mangement and staff very nice they even have stamp card that after you wash your car so many time you get a free. Wash!!!!

After waiting for five minutes to get service, I got out of car and walk around corner to find someone. I told person that it was an inconvenient. He replied that I didnt wait long and I should have honk my horn.

Paid for vip. Did not get new car scent or all the items listed. Basically gave me a basic car wash. Side mirror was spotted. Spots on my left rear of suv. Dog hairs still on backseat even after I told him and showed him. Dirt still on front passenger floor board. Not worth $ 20! Sales guy very pushy trying to get me to have my black vehiclebuffed out . Lol.. no way would I let a car wash do that to my black vehicle. Had a paint job ruined before. Lesson learned. He was not nice after I refused. Would never go here again

This place sucks. Couldnt get machine to work the guy was on his phone another guy passed me and dogged me out when I honked my horn for help. Not even worth the one star never even got my car washed.

Horrible experience. Sat there for ten minutes waiting for an attendant to see us when I finally found one they didn’t even acknowledge us and I had to ask if they were open he said yes with a bad attitude and left again. We just sat there for five minutes then we decided to take out business else where. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

Confusing and the deep clean was standard.

Did a poor job of cleaning my truck, did not remove the bug spots and the hoid looks dirty. Not happt at all with the job it did.

Got the “Manager’s Special” and wiped dirt off the back of my car after. Should have just paid $3 and got the same thing.
