First run through the $7 car wash - car was dirtier than it started. Finally found someone to complain to and they reran it. Then it was moderately clean. The free vacuums were good if you found one that worked. The free mat cleaner did nothing - not even a brush off of dirt. The good thing was that they have damp towels available so I could finish the car wash & clean the dirt streaks off the windows. Overall I worked as hard as if Id washed car on my driveway & broke out my rainbow vacuum cleaner. But it did force me to finish the job once it was started. Lol

Few locations to choose from. Intro deal is great but jumps to around $25/mo- still a good deal if you’re utilizing the membership. No scratches or issues taking the truck through (2” lift with bigger tires Honda Ridgeline) but still wary on taking the new car through so I hand wash that beauty.

The manager Zach was incredibly helpful and nice and he gave professional and high quality customer service! I will be returning and bring a lot of business here! I know a lot of people! His manager skills are on fire no joke! This company should be extremely proud of this hard working man! Thank you again Zach I will be returning with my other cars!

Some your workers are sneaky and dishonest about your special discount for “this month” . He never Said this was a monthly subscription at 25 a month. You have been charging me for the last 3 months without my permission. I have not one been back to your location for a car wash, nor do I even own the vehicle I had that day.... I hear this happens a lot with your company. I would like a full Refund for the last 3 months. In my account ASAP.

They offer a very nice wash, towels are always stocked. As a fast pass member, the option for tire shine goes away really fast on the screen.

BUYER BEWARE!! I was really happy when they offered me a great deal for a month. What they failed to tell me was that I would be automatically charged at a Higher Rate the next month...AND.. I am unable to contact anyone! Their phone number is BOGUS. Dont even try calling it. And the charge on my bank doesnt even have a contact number attached to it.UPDATE: I was able to contact someone. They apologized and gave me a full refund for the Higher Rate month + reassured me I wouldnt be charged any more. Ive changed my rating from a 1 to a 2. They wouldve got many more if they had apologized and then followed that with an offer for a special deal!

Nightmare from hell carwash,,took car there and some lady put truck in park in front of line damaged like 3 vehicle from smashing into each other and they didnt even care!! Acted like it was no big deal 1500 damage to my bumper horrible service!!! And she drove off!! No one got her plates nothing!! And they didnt offer to do anything!!

This place is great. The car wash does a great job cleaning the outside.They offer towels and a wet wipe to clean the inside. Definitely a good place to wash your vehicle.

I drive for a ride share and Im all over the whole area in one day everyday and I always go to this car wash after Im done everyday it is by far the best in great service great managers best car wash Ive been to my whole life my two favorites Northern and 19th Ave. and 40th Street and Baseline keep up the good work guys awesome place!! I always go to this car wash, usually have no problems, like free towels.But this time they gave me a coupon for a car wash, I tried to scan it. But those scanners dont work, I was standing there like stupid, and tried to scan it. No employees there to help me, and people were waiting behind me. what the point of your coupon if I cant use it?

Colt is really awesome he’s helped me a few times, and he is super nice, informative, and always willing to help whenever I need something or have any questions. I noticed that since the new manager Adrien started that the facility seems to have improved in appearance and he seems very attentive to the customers experience. I signed up for unlimited washes.. have been there 3 times and each time the license plate reader cant read my plate correctly. Also, my car doesnt get dried completely. One of the nicer things is they supply towels by the vacuums so I finish drying my vehicle myself, although, I shouldnt have to.

I have the fast pass but whats the point if the fast pass lane is always blocked by a non functung gate. And they should make fast pass only lane. We pay monthly for convince as well.

I went last month and they offered me a deal and charge me for the month, I asked if it was a one time fee and the person said yes’ I checked my credit card statement today and I see a fee of twice of the amount … that they automatically pulled out with out my permission and I’m still trying to get in contact with them and no luck… PLEASE BE AWARE…

Love the fact that theyre going around cleaning and everyone is wearing gloves and masks. Also the single vacuum hose helps eliminate having 2 people on the same side of the car. Love this location.

I have a monthly membership, but everytime I wash my car it rains. But I go there because they have these little blue towels to dry your car with and they are always a bit wet and cold so I tend to use ALOT of them. Overall I give 4 stars.

I have been a customer for over 4 years. My Car was scratched and it was never taken care of. Bad service.I would really appreciate if you would take care of the problem. I still have a hand written letter from one of the managers say your business will take care the problem. When I called to make an appointment for the buffing (scratch removal) at the other location, there responds is they would not be able to honor that letter? When I asked why. The person on the phone said we are very busy and hung up the phone. That is no way to treat your loyal more then 4 years unlimited wash monthly cousterms.

This morning at the car wash that is managed by Ruben, I had accidentally locked my keys in the car. Also my purse with my wallet and phone inside. Once I realized what happened, I panicked and sought out help. Ruben said he can help, and stopped what he was doing and calmed me down. He tried for 30 minutes to get the car unlocked. He asked what options I had, and even offered to pay for an Uber ride for me to get my (so called) spare key. He was so kind and thoughtful and even incorporated some friends who were also washing their cars. One of his friends offered to drive me home. A total stranger stopped cleaning her car and drove me home about 2-3 miles. How extremely generous and kind. When I returned with the spare key, it wouldnt unlock the car. Ruben gathered tools and also had other customers/friends and employee Jesus come to help. Another hour trying, Ruben got the door unlocked! 6 kind strangers turned a scarey and stressful situation into a beautiful human moment. This year, 2020 is tough for anyone, and today proved to me that there are amazing and beautiful people who are kind and thoughtful! I will be a customer for life at Ruben s car wash.

Was sent thete by Super Star Car wash on north 7th St. When the chain drive broke as my truck was being washed. Was told they would be called so that I could get the same wssh gor free! Arrived there promptly to NO ATTENDANT to get my wash for free and ended up paying an additional $6.00 to get my truck rinsed off from the other wash. Once my truck was washed, I pulled into a stall to complete the detail of my vehicle. ABSOLUTELY NO CLEAN TOWELS there during the entire time I was there which was about and hour!! Saw attendant picki g up dirty towels, but every stall was EMPTY of clean towels!! Ive NEVER ever had this issue at another Super Star Car Wash

Got a free coupon for their $20 ceramic wash, and of course it doesn’t work and nobody is here to assist where you pay. There were a few people in line with the same problem. Had to either pay for a car wash, or get people to back up out of the line.

Sergio, the manager was amazing as usual. I somehow locked my keys in my SUV after my car wash. He insured I was ok, did everything he could to help. In the end I was able to unlock my door and proceed with my day. Sergio thank you from the bottom of my heart. Keep shining sweetheart!!!

Had trouble with machine accepting my cash tho it finally did after several tries. Then the vacuum machine didnt work properly. But the wash was good except along the bottom of both sides of the car

Did the $8 wash and was really good. Had a lot of smashed buggies from California. Vacuums are free and work well. Towels to dry off the rest of the car. Got a little dashboard wipe too. Definitely coming back :D

We love coming here. We’ve been coming here for several years now since we moved to the area and won’t take our cars anywhere else. Today was a very good experience as two employees were very helpful with an issue I had. They ran my car through a second time and it knocked off the bird poop I was hoping would come clean. Not only that, but they are very friendly and always smiling. I recommend this car wash to anyone reading this.
