So far....I really like this car wash. Best Ive used in the north valley. Sure it could dry more but by hand drying it minimizes any water stains. Plus, physically doing it myself gives me time to think and appreciate what I have.

3 dollar quick wash.

I just took my girlfriends car there. What a rip off. It had Bird droppings on it so instead of getting the 3 dollar rinse I went for the 7 dollar full wash (nothing fancy). The brush that does the top of the car did not drop down to wash the hood or roof. when it was finished I pulled around and explained what happened expecting to hear something was wrong and Id get a Do over. Instead I was told I would have to upgrade even more for the top of the car to get Brushed (it was already 4 dollars over the basic) ... What a rip off. For that money the car wash on the corner of 32 st. (next to Starbucks) does a much better Job.

Quick wash is very clean and easy to navigate ar wash. The employees are very helpful and the prices are fair. Convenient location right next to Quick Trip making it easy to get your gas and carwash in one easy stop. I would recommend to anyone.

Driving by, thIs place caught my eye as it looks nice & new. Greeted kindly upon arrival with assistance at the pay machine. Excellent wash, many vacuums spots to pull in, added bonus was free towels to use. Great value for the money, will return!

Dont waste your money here. Paid $16 for the ultimate wash and my car came out with black thick dirt on it. Not clean. Waste of money

It was alright just like any other cheap car wash. Would give it five stars but I bought a microfiber towel and they never gave it to me.

Super friendly, professional and convenient. The monthly unlimited pass is a great deal. I also love that the vacuums are free and are pretty powerful.

My bar code sticker never worked when i came to qick wash. I finally cancelled my account to find they continued to charge my credit card for the last 5 months. I will be contacting the better business Bureau.

Very nice and comfortable place to clean your car. I like the two different vacuum hoses one small for the tight places and the wide for all around. The air hose is nice to finish getting the water off my car and using it on the inside

How do I give NO stars?! Horrible management and employees just as awful!9-1-2020 went and purchased a month PREMIUM membership ooooonly cause they had a promotion BOGO .. something told me go back and take a pic in case I get charged and no free month.Today I was charged and went to this location. I highly doubt his name is Albert but thats what I was told. He asked how long ago I purchased the membership & when I said one month ago he said they havent had such promotion since March. I immediately showed the pic I took and in shock he asked if he could ask me a question. I advised him the only question he should be asking is what card was the charge on so he can process a refund. He chuckled, walked off and wrote down the phone number to the same location that no one answers and told me call corporate.. I know because I called it all day before pulling up to the bs establishment.So now I shall dispute ALL charges with my bank since they want to play and refused to process my refund.SHADY BUSINESS AND SHADY MANAGEMENT TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!!!

The most worse people I ever seen working there, I signed up with them for a fast pass and it never worked for me it had an issue I tried to fix the issue with the manager several time at the gate the manager lied to me he said you’re not longer member since they were keep changing my account every month and he left me with out help and when I called them again he told me ( a costumer, a member ) to get a hell out of here. Since I didn’t do anything wrong and just asking for help. Never ever try this rude and lier manager at the branch on union hills & cave creek.

The best car wash in the valley. Not only are the vacuums free but picks up all the dirt from your car and leaves your car so nice at the end. Great experience and the team is amazing.

Great car wash

Tried this location, union hills and cave creek. Attendant didnt do much of anything; a three second spray of my car and that was it. Upon completion, my car had stripes on the top, back window and hood that were still dirty. Photo attached in business photos. Called AND left an email to report a possible problem but I never received any response. Plenty of other washes in the area to patronize.

Nice people and after moving out of state canceling my membership was easy.

I feel like I was completely scammed at this car wash last week. I went in, with this coupon (see photo,) and the gentleman working told me that it wasnt a FREE car wash. That the coupon was for a BUY 1, GET ONE FREE. Which, no where on the coupon does it say BOGO!! I was pretty let down by that, considering I was already in line and didnt wanna back out. So you pay $16!!! For this OK car wash ONLY to get the LOWEST car wash available FOR FREE next time you come in. And the FREE wash voucher expired only a few days later. Who goes in the same week to get another wash!?! This was THE WORST experience Ive ever had at a car wash, ever!! There are SO MANY car washes in the area, I will NEVER return here again. Please, take a look at the coupon yourself, its a lie...

Please do not visit this car wash. This seems like fraud. They deduct money thru recursive payment even though it was requested to remove the card details. When called they do not respond very rude. This person called Albert abruptly cuts the call, calling himself a manager. absolute ZERO rating.

Every quick wash I been too has been disappointing. I got the 16 dollar value coupon and my car is still dirty and wet. It doesn’t looked wax at all. They did not have towels to dry off the car or at lease wipe the dust off that their car wash couldn’t do. Cobblerstone is way better and it’s the same price.

Signed up for the unlimited, cancelled on time, took my money twice $60. Refused to refund. I kept getting run around over and over. Dont give them your debit card.the quality of the wash is horrible. It doesnt clean and it doesnt dry. I have to pass by it every day and it drives me nuts.

Not the very best. I would reccomend cobblestone anyday over this. The car doesnt clean with their automated wash and they do not have any towels to wipe dry the car as well.

The business that doesn’t care about the neighborhood! Do us a favor...Dim your lights at night, report the homeless, advise your customers to turn off their “thumping” music. Have respect for the neighborhood that unfortunately had to accept your business.

Aweful. Got the $13 wash and my came out still covered in dirt and salt from drive up to flag staff. Also had a coupon that says for a free wash but once you scan it its 16 dollars. Ya no thanks. No towels to use and half of the vaccums are missing. STEER CLEAR!

Seems unfinished. Some hoses, etc.arent installed. No towels of any kind etc...
