Never in my life have I been treated so rudely and unprofessional by a manager… I will never go back there again.

Great day yesterday on carwash come to this experience

Ok carwash, only reason I go here cause its close and cheap. Otherwise, the system will not work some days.

Stay away from this place, they are a ripoff don’t fall for the deals it’s a scam . Did the clay bar treatment and wax. They did a horrible clay bar treatment. The wax was terrible, streaks everywhere. Also they did a horrible job cleaning the interior, after they were done it smelled terrible. I had to buy an air freshener because they didn’t spray no air freshener like they were supposed to. STAY AWAY.

I have never taken time to write a review, but I felt compelled to let people know what type of establishment they are dealing with, so hopefully you will not ever have to experience what I did. I dont know about you, but I work to hard and I take pride in my vehicle and to have a company not take responsibility/accountability or even care about consumers,doesnt work for me. Honestly, I wouldnt even give one star if I had that option. I visited Mr Zs carwash for the first time a month ago. I paid for a Ultimate carwash(the most expensive one). They did a horrible job, I brought it to there attention and they redid my car and provided me with a coupon for a free Ultimate carwash. On Sunday, I redeemed this voucher and frankly, I wish that I had never returned to this establishment. I redeemed my voucher, the young man told me that my car was ready. Upon walking around my vehicle I approached my passenger side front door. It was locked and closed as opposed to the other doors, which were opened, so I couldn’t open it up and look inside it. I didn’t think anything of it. I simply went to the driver’s side and got in after inspecting the car. I inspected the inside of the car and it looked good. I pulled out of the drive way into the street and my side mirror immediately feel down, so I completed a u turn and came back to address this matter. Accidents happen, so if the employees simply advised me that they broke my side mirror or that the car wash did, I would have been fine and would have had no problem allowing them to rectify the situation and I would not be irate. The fact that the employees tried to cover it up by trying to push the mirror up, in hind sight having the door locked so that I wouldn’t open it and then all standing around while I checked the car out knowing that my mirror was broken was not ok.  The lack of compassion, horrible customer service and negligence is unbelievable. When I handed the keys to my car to the young man, there was Nothing wrong with my car. I can’t even began to assume what happened to my car while in one of the attendants hands. Juan the manger on duty at the time, had no authority to say how the establishment would rectify the situation. Which is completely absurd. I had to make him make a phone call to Rich( the general manager). I took pictures and advised him that he needed to as well as provide me with an incident report. Juan tried to tape the mirror up so that I could drive my vehicle and, he was having a hard time getting the tape to stick. While he tried several tactics I made a phone call, while on the phone Juan advises me that he got it to stay up. When I went around to the passenger side, I said wow good job, I can’t even see the tap. He then advised that he glued it. He actually glued my mirror to the side of my car, without confirming with me if that was even ok. I was in such disbelief that I just said thank you for your efforts and left. I know that he was trying to be helpful and he could see the stress on my face from the whole ordeal and he heard me trying to figure out what I was going to do now. This whole ordeal went from bad to worse.When I returned to Mr Zs yesterday to speak with Rich, he actually tried to tell me that its my fault for not reading the signs, stating that they arent liable for Anything that happens to your car vehicle while at the carwash. Then he tried to ask my why his carwash would pick my car only to break and that its Arizona and pieces swell and get hot and its just a matter of time. Then he tried to view my other side mirror and saw that it was perfect and blamed the apparent mark that his carwash did to my side mirror as prior damage. When I advised that there was no prior damage before this incident, he went on to tell me that his tunnel doesnt have the capability of breaking anything. Its funny that Juan made a incident report stating it was broken going through the tunnel. I have pictures of them trying to fix it and I am going to take them to small claims court now.

Love getting my gas here, I love the car wash as well....only place for my car...

I came to this place to clean my car completely and when I was delivered the car after 3 hours and a half. the radius of my car had a grease stain, I spoke with the manager to fix the problem and he said there was nothing I could do, He closed the door of my car and he left me talking alone, very bad service to the client and dishonest people who do not believe in your word.

Carwash is great but not their service. Had a hard time renewing the monthly pass. No one is ever at their counter for assistance and the machine prior to entering the car wash does not allow to renew your monthly pass. Always got an error. I even called the cashier over the phone from there and no one ever answers. Took my business back to clean freak.

I would like to take my car to wash

The car wash is great BUT DONT TRUST THE WINDSHIELD GUYS WALKING AROUND IN THE PARKING LOT. I had a guy named Simon fix a crack I had and he split the glass down the middle. So what once was a 2inch crack now needs to be completely replaced. It took almost 3 weeks to get a refund.

In one word, Amazing! Shauna is one of the best, no is the best car detailer in the valley of Phoenix! The service I got from the staff was outstanding! Try them, and you wont deny that their work is worth the membership. Ill never go back to those, hit it and miss it guys again!

Chevron is infamous for their top tier gasoline/petrol. At this location they have two large areas for refueling, a mini store, car wash and full service wash with free vacuums.What I like about Mr.Zs is being able to fuel up and get a free car wash. Ive used their full carwash service with interior cleaning and was very pleased.There only thing I didnt care for, a fellow who claimed to have fixed my windshield crack got paid but didnt deliver. I didnt notice this until afterwards and I also found that he didnt mark the location of the crack on my invoice. Lesson learned.Its a very good deal for the full service car wash, especially for the interior.

Great services for great prices and nice waiting room

$40 car wash with tip & car was half way wiped down. Dust on dash on passenger side. Exterior still dusty. Its like they wiped down one side of the car will not be returning. Under new management & new management needs to call it quits.

I didnt go there for a carwash. I went there for cigarettes. I like this convenience store and go there all the time. The store is always clean and the employees are always friendly. Its a block away from me and I will continue to go back. I recommend that if youre in the area you go to this store.

I arrived this afternoon. There was no attendant so I waited and no one came . I went through the express line self pay and paid $13 Right before entering the wash I asked a lead worker if I could still get a full service wipe down and vacuum inside and explained I had waited and would still pay a bit more for a full service wash . He said he would take care of it for me . And I offered to tip the guys $10 which I gave them .Everything was awesome until LARRY ( a shift manager ) showed up requesting my ticket for full service . I tried to explain what happened and he raised his voice at me . I then told him I didn’t want to talk to him and that I had shown my receipt already . He continued to harass me arguing . I requested the store manager number I left him and message and am waiting on a call back .If you go to this wash at all cost avoid LARRY .He made several rude faces at me referencing my weight by puffing up his cheeks and flapping his arms referencing my arm fat . He should be fired.

Normally 5 dollar car wash is great...today I didnt even get soap on my car just water...car is dirty streaky from the dust it had. Dissatisfied

Usually a great place for a car wash! They have different levels of wash, bronze (basic), silver, gold, and platinum. Today I got the gold. My car is usually very clean when finished, but today it was still dirty in the back. Disappointed. 🙁

I love this place ! They always do such a great job, at their fastest ability! Also I read some reviews a lot of complaints say that they can never find someone at the front, I’ve asked why this happens they said when it is raining or looks like it will rain all the service guys go home and only the self service is available .. Someone correct me if I’m wrong !You all are welcomed, so you’re not like me sitting waiting for someone like an idiot lol

Absolutely horrible experience.. The assistant mgr on duty should be fired immediately and the other employee female as well... I took video thats how bad this was... Never again... For me....

Excellent service at mr. Zs. My car came out so clean and they had me in and out of there so fast. Everybody that I talked to was so nice and helpful but Daniel went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. My car looks amazing and I will be referring people to Mr zees.

HORRIBLE SERVICE!! I was stuck in the actual car wash. the car in front of me had no driver and there was no attendee at the end of the line to accommodate us and move the car out of the way. As my car got closer to the end of the line, the bumper was kissing the unattended vehicles car. I put the brakes on, but the car was on a line that kept pushing me forward. The manager didnt care at all. He said Youll be fine, no damage to your car. Wait until that place shuts down... Then Ill say.. Youll be fine Assistant Manager Matt in Phoenix, you can find another job.

Consistently great staff and a great car wash with no corners cutMore importantly, best detail work I’ve ever seen: they view it as a reflection of themselves to do a job right; worth every penny and then some. Can’t encourage you more to come here

Horrible service!!!! I took my car for a car wash and online it stated they close at 7. I got there around 5:40 more than enough time to wash and vacuum my vehicle. Once I get to the vacuums there is only one available. There was no trash can on site. Good thing I had a grocery bag and ended up having to put my trash on a bag. 5 minutes go by and as I am ready to vacuum my car, the vacuum that was behind me was gone! They had three employees who saw I was about to vacuum and go ahead and take it away like seriously, worst service ever. What is the whole point of a car wash if I cant even vacum it.

Car wash was excellent they took their time and did it right. They hit all the key points they advertise and made no mistakes. I rated 4/5 because of the waiting area/signage. As a first time visitor it was not easy to tell where to go. When pulling up I waited where the signs indicated to go until I got frustrated and was going to park around the corner and realized where I needed to go which was hidden. Also while waiting most of the chairs are massage chairs which you pay for. If you dont pay for them and sit down in them they make a noise like a smoke alarm. There were significantly more of these chairs than regular seating which was not a good choice.

Wow! $8.00 Sliver wash is free with $10.00 of gas at Mr.Zs Chevron Gas Station. That is the best deal Ive ever had! We all need gas and Chevron gas is the best so why not buy $10.00 gas and enjoy $8.00 free. Im going back to Mr.Zs Carwash every chance I get!

Terrible car wash. No wonder they are giving away car washes for free. Asked for a towel because in two car washes in two days my car never got dried. I asked the manager and he basically said oh well while he smoked marijuana in his car right in front of patrons. Some places just cant do proper business.

They do a great job but the are really expensive. I guess you get what you pay for.

Thank you Mr. Zs Carwash.Went to the wrong place to get my car detailed. Not only did their machine malfunction and not clean my car my first time through, so that I had to go back through their 3 minute express. They sliced my face open on their vacuumes trying to help me get out so they could close. I appreciate the lady that helped me detail my interior and wipe down my car after, but their wash did not fully clean my car. After slicing my face open, I still had to go through and clean what was left over. In all honesty, I dont even care about my car so much or the fact that I had to clean up what their washers didnt, Im more upset that Im going to have a giant bruise on my face at work tomorrow. I work in luxury, how do you sell luxury when you look like youve been socked in the face? Never going back.

The car never come outs clean, it might if all the brushes in the tunnel worked. Blowers are pretty bad never get all the water and leave alot of soap on the car.

Bad experience :( the part of my mirror felt off. The machine has too much pressure for nothing. I have a black car and after washing it looked like if the dust still there, but WET. I went twice because I thought the 2nd time it would be different. No more come back.

The manager is very nice man, he is very professional and extremely friendly.

Finally! A return of great customer service and attention to detail at a valley car wash. Do yourself a favor this monsoon season and go to Mr Zs carwash after the storm.

Horrible experience! my car got scratched in multiple places after I went thru this car wash. Of course, the guys at this place didnt want to take responsibility.The side mirror also got flipped back and forth as i went thru the car wash, to my horror! Dont get tempted by the free car wash with Gas deal - unless you want to leave with scratches!!

Carwash ripped my light bar off. The employees told me it wasnt their problem. Spoke with manager next day and he offered free handwashes to make up for repair costs. Everytime I took the car in for a hand wash it was half assed. The areas they do use shine its globbed on. But they missed a ton of areas too. I wont be coming here again. They also stole a bag of my car stay away!!!!
