This place is run down and needs serious update. Some bays dont work at all. Otherwise damaged nozzle - rubber protection is missing so you can easily dent your car. Filters are old or non existent leaving terrible stains, so the whole wash has no sense.

Just was here and one of the bays (second from rights when looking out into the strip mall) does not work correctly. I went in and put in my change, strated it, only to realize prewash setting does not work. I was ok to skip this bit quickly found out the foam brush, engine and tire wash, wax, all dont work. So all I could do with all the money was soap and rinse over and over. Lot of money spent but ok. I went to look for managements number on the still and also on the wall with all the other announcement, but nothing. I wanted to alert them to the problem so other customers wouldnt waste their money on it. Well, tries to leave a little sign but it didnt work cause my piece of paper was tiny. Anyway. Going elsewhere. First and last time here.

$12 that is the supreme or super best best you can get. Thats the most you can pay. It is better than the by hand car washes hands down. The least Ive ever paid to those places is over $20. Ive never had a problem here or a wait, and the truck always looks great. Makes me happy.

Dont use the automatic wash, or even the regular wash! Automatic wash doesnt clean well, and the brush at the regular one scratches your paint!! Of course no one answers or is there. So hopefully this review and pictures help. stay away from this place!

Maintenance man there is friendly and helpful. Gave me a refund cuz vacuum wasnt working.

Seems like this place was set up in the early 90’s and hasn’t been touched since. I’m surprised even the water worked, but that’s the only thing that did. Waste of time and money.

I use the self serve car wash service, it is awful they have 4 stations out of that only 2 work, on 1 has the brush for the soap broken and the other leaks products out of the ceiling into you car. I would highly recommend use another place even if it is 15 minutes more of drive. Also this place looks poorly maintain and like the owners have given up on it since long time ago.

Went to go get a wash, the one you drive thru, took my money twice but never worked. Totally broken and they have no one to call to get your money back. Terrible!!

I used and loved this carwash for many years but it is so rundown now. Last visit I lost my my quarters in a stall that didn’t work, the change machine was out of order and there was no one onsite to refund what I lost or make change.

This is my favorite do-it-yourself car wash. You can pay for as much wash and rinse that you desire. Ive been coming here for years. Once lived across the street from the establish. I come back because it serves my purpose to get the job done myself expeditiously. Remember, the best your can get will come from you.

We stopped here to wash our vehicle, deposited coins, only to find that the spray hose was split! Proper maintenance of equipment would have ensured that we would not have wasted our money and left drenched from the imploding hose. Unfortunately, this is the only self service car wash in the area, so in the future we will drive to Tempe for a better experience.

Run down, slow to change settings, seemed expensive compared to others.

All the stalls have at least two missing functions. Spot free rinse is always out of order. Handles leak so you get as wet as the car does. The top of the hose connections leak down onto your car. Bays always full of mud and rocks from pickup trucks.

Theres no pressure to the water/soap etc, if it even comes out at all. Between my sister and I, weve tried 3 out of the 5 stalls and none of them worked properly. Dont waste your money here, theres plenty of other choices within 10 mins of this one.

Useless. I spent about #15 on drive through and then spray bay and combined i still need to go elsewhere to get it clean

I am a big bucket and hand washer guy, but I do like being able to rinse my truck with the high pressure washer and I enjoy this car wash. I will be honest, I only use three settings. Prewash, the high pressure soap and rinse. Ive used the vacuums before and they get the job done. My only complaint is the orientation of the car wash(east-west) which means the best times to wash your car is before sun up, the middle of the day, and after sundown.

The automatic car wash machine stole my money take caution here.

Is this place out of business? They just took $7 & the car wash didnt work at all. The machine worked that took the money though. The receipt didnt print of course. It looks abandoned. No lights except inside the car wash. I guess I should have used better judgment with all the red flags. I hope this post saves another person from getting scammed.

Worst car wash ever! nothing works except the things that take your money. Hose sprayers are missing, brushes are gone, soap doesnt come out. Been like this for months the owner or manager whoever comes every day and doesnt do anything accept the money people were defrauded of.

This place is a scam. The wash brushes, hoses, and vacuums do not work. They only take your money. I highly recommend finding another car wash!

I wish I could give this place a better rating, but having been a customer and also having worked at the Circle K next door, I must blame the students from the nearby highschool for how they trash the property, vandalize the change machines and the equipment, and use the bays for drug use and dealing. The same issues plague Goodwill next door, and other nearby businesses including Circle K and Dutch Brothers. Sometimes it takes time for the damage to be repaired. If not for that, I would have given this place a top rating. Such a shame.

Just brought my suv in for a vacuum cleaning. The machine stole my quarters! Surprise! Never coming here again... and now I have to waste time filing a complaint with the county because woohoo, there was no answer when I called the number for the car wash. Sigh...

Dont waste your time if you have a dark colored car... I bought the premium wash, then when I got home I looked and my car was covered with horrible water spots.I went there to save some time and avoid washing my car in 110 degree heat.... Afterwards I ended up having to go home, re-wash my car and spend over an hour waxing it to remove water spots.

Not too bad. Decent pressure, kinda shoddy brushes. Only one trashcan and its not even by the vacuums.

This place is disgusting.

Literally half of one bay works. Everything else is broken. Not sure how is this place still open...

The vacuum machine ate our quarters. We tried calling the phone number but no one answered after minutes of ringing.

Most of the machines have half the settings broken and the ones that dont just eat your money

The water here is really hard with no spot free selection.
