The customer service was amazing, everyone is super nice. My complaint is with the quality of the actual service. The outside of the car looks great. They really make sure the wipe down every part but the vacuuming leaves much to be desired. The reason I went to them and spent almost triple ( $21.99) what I usually spend on a do it yourself cash wash was that I thought they would do a better job. The dog hair is still all there and it looks like they cleaned the top-removable carpets but didn’t clean under them. In one picture you can see a candy wrapper and a Cheez—it. The one quarter I had is gone ( for the ALDI’s shopping cart) but they left that. I’m disappointed, this was my first experience with them and I think it may be my last. Again, the staff is super nice and friendly, it’s unfortunate.

Paid for a hand wash $50.99 and had the quality and thoroughness of a $3 car wash. Left trash in both front doors. I had to re clean entire interior myself after leaving and both exterior doors and mirrors. Tried to get a refund and the manager said no. Will not be going back.

I came in with my Jeep after going mudding with some friends. I had so many stains in and around my car I thought for sure that they would never go away. I spoke to a young man named Oscar who assured me that he would do everything in his power to remove the stains. He certainly lived up to his word because my car looked/smelt brand new and it was even cleaner than when I first bought it. He was very compassionate, you can tell he is good at what he does. I admired his work ethic and gave him every penny he deserved. I also included my phone number because he was also very cute. I will definitely be back! :)

So first off I’ve been through multiple car washes with rails and my rims have been absolutely fine. But in this foothills car wash they take your keys and drive it through themselves they did the wash and dried my car . Keep in mind I wash my car frequently and know for a fact the scratch was not their prior to this. I got home and when I got out I noticed the huge 8 inch long scratch on my back left rim.So I call them and the manager says he personally saw the scratch there prior to the wash and that he has no idea what I’m talking about, which is a total and utter lie. So it was clearly obvious he was not trying to help at all. So if you care about your car in anyway and have nice rims do not come here at all. They WILL damage your rims and they will NOT help you.Better off washing it yourself .Paid 13$ for get my car damaged.If I could give zero stars I would.

Stopped here because I needed a good wash for the interior and exterior. Paid $20 and was extremely disappointed. This is my back seat after they “cleaned” it. I had to stop at a second car wash to do it myself. I just can’t believe how terrible of a job they did on the interior of my car. 7/31/2021

I came in this afternoon and their crew took EXCELLENT CARE of my vehicle. They cleaned my carpets and seats. My vehicle looks brand new now!! Humongous thank you to FCW!! I can always trust that your place will take exceptional care of my vehicle.

I go here once every 3-4 months to get my inside of the car cleaned and they do a great job on the inside but sometimes it feels rushed and you can see on the outside they miss spots that are hard to miss. They do they overwhelmed here with the amount of cars that come through but it could be better to have them throughly clean the outside sometimes.

Very slow getting thru. Over 45 minutes. Interior not cleaned well. They did run it back for better vacuuming. Front desk person did not provide good customer service and communication.

This car wash is the most professional one I’ve ever used. I’ve lived in the valley for 34 years and have driven high dollar Mercedes Benz’s every year and would never take my cars anywhere else. The owner Mr Tony Young is always available to handle any issues that may arise ( and there have been very few if any in 20 years) This man should receive a Gold metal for his Managemment and Customer services procedures. Once upon a time I thought this place was the best car wash in town.I went in today to get my interior cleaned up because I have a long road trip in front of me but Im very disappointed. The car wash was not busy Its the middle of the day there was really only one car behind me they could have taken plenty of time.Im attaching a photo showing the dust that they left on my dash.How do you like the finger mark in the middle of all that dust would you pay $21.99 for that.Its as if they didnt even try.The only recommendation I have is that you decide for yourself.

Before today, Ive never had a problem with Foothills Carwash. Been coming here for years. The car wash itself is just fine, but the atmosphere felt hostile. Guys complaining fairly loudly as I waited in line about their job and cursing.. The person who asked what kind of service I wanted rolled his eyes when I didnt want to upgrade my service.

I asked the attendant for the best wash they offer but when I picked up my truck it looked terrible so I asked the attendant to address the issues and he suggested To run it through the wash again if I had time so it was run through again and again it came back filthy I complained and was told that in order for the truck to be cleaned it would need to be run through the wash 3 or 4 times.

The work was pretty good. The problem was the fellow who sold me the wash. I tried to ask for clarification on the packages and his answer was a consistent you have to pick one. Not going back

While the gentleman inside was very friendly, the service and speed or lack there of at the begining was horrible! So unprofessional too! I am visiting from NM and we have amazing full service washes their, and this was expensive and poorly done.

Car wash companies just dont ever really do a good job. This one is no exception. I paid for the most expensive car wash, over $30. This was just what I noticed from the drivers seat.

Poor attention to detail, broke my popsocket holder in my car, left dog hair all over the seat, unwiped corners of the windows and sales heavy staff. To be fair my car was very dirty but I took my car to the self wash after and was able to get all the hair out in 5 minutes. Glad I didnt buy the detail package they were selling as I wont be returning.

First time visiting the establishment and I am happy with the services. My car is gorgeous and smell nice thanks to them. I will be back again

Their rail system does not have the proper wheel/rim scratch prevention! This was my first time and I will not return!! It’s scratched my rims. I recommend you find a belt driven system if you don’t want your rims messed up!

I paid for the #3 wash. Which for my car is about 38 bucks. First off, I have three kids who get food everywhere. After my car wash I noticed there we’re still gold fish and crumbs on my seats. The doors of my car still have dried milk splatters and my console cup holders were not even touched. I’m sorry but why did I pay 40 bucks for someone to wash my car when I could have done a better job on my own.

We ordered the 13.99 exterior wash. They spent 5 minutes pretreating and washing the bugs off alone. We drove through the wash which had a mechanically operated dryer. They hand dried the entire exterior then sprayed and washed the windows again! They opened the door and did the driver door trim and spruced up our tire shine. The service here was quick and amazing.

Great job. They do a very nice hand wax and will treat your car well. There is a on scene window repair that caters to the insurance companies. They do a good job as well. We all know the roads in AZ have plenty of rocks thrown from tires. The repair is done on site and will cure before your car is dry.The best time to go is any time. The line moves rather quickly. I truly appreciate their efforts. I will continue to take our cars here.

Didnt clean inside of my car good had to go back

Ok so been here before. And like then and today nothing has changed. Over priced for what service you actually get. I paid 32.00 for a basic circle k 3 dollar wash. And a tip to boot.I just finished washing my rims here is a pic. But really I didnt have time to show all the flaws. Wont be back. And pls head the warning. A 3 dollar was is just as comparable. But the girl was friendly at the register so props to her. Sorry foothills but giving you the boot.

This place is not as busy as it used to be. They always let some spots in my car. And I have to asked for it to be clean. The staff is very unprofessional. They always skip the greeting and just point out to their notebook for you to select the service you want.

Paid $34 and they didn’t even vacuum, dry car good or spray air freshener. I agree, they need some competition on this side. Sams club car wash did better than them. Totally disappointed. Especially, since I just moved to this coast.

It was my first time coming to this car wash and the man who I first interacted with was very unprofessional with cursing casually, joking around about stalking, and asking questions that had nothing to do with my car. I felt extremely uncomfortable and will not be coming to this location again. The car wash itself was decent, it was just the interaction with a guy who has piercings wasn’t pleasant.

I take all 5 company/personal cars here and am never disappointed. Perfect every time, not even streaked windshields which is impossible to find.

Inside is fairly clean. Outside of car horrible. Water marks all over the place. Wheels about 3/4 clean. Extremely disappointed. I have given these place 3 try and all 3 have been the same result. Not qorth the money. Will be looking to go elsewhere.

The $32.00 I pay was worthless. The first time I was there I only got the basic. And it wasn’t bad but this time my car need it a bit more work. So i decided to pay more for a better clean up. It was just a waste of my money. I will never go back.Don’t waste your money and just pay pay for the basic it will look the same anyway!

They left a large thick unbuffed smear of white armor all on the front dash, there was a twig sitting on the rear bumper along with several missed spots. I shouldnt have to do work to clean my car after paying someone else to do it.

Been going here for years. Great staff, and the pricing is very competitive. You can get 5 full service washes for $45, which doesnt include scent or tire dressing but still a great deal. They would not hesitate to do anything over on the spot if I needed it, but almost have never had to point anything out. Good greeting card and accessories selection. Have not tried their detailing yet.

First negative review Ive ever written. I paid extra to have floor mats washed and I think the first guy forgot to write it on my car window. I did not notice until I got home that the mats had not been done. Not going to go right back for that. On my way home I noticed that they broke my windshield shade. I fixed it but they should have said something. Also the radio/screen was still very dusty. Inside there are very few seats and outside is hot with no fans or misters. Will not be returning.

I went and got my car and hubbys car washed, just a $8 wash with basic wax which I appreciated, but at the end of the drive-thru tunnel there was no one there to wipe down the splotches and the blow-dry blew my mirror around backwards.. I would go again if they put someone at the end, give them a good roof over their heads, to do finishing touches.

I just left Foothills Car Wash a couple of hours ago. The staff was very friendly and courteous. I did not have time to turn around and go back when I noticed how dirty the windshield was around the perimeter. When I got home I decided to check the vacuuming, I lifted the drivers floor mat and was disappointed to see debris along the edges. I am not sure about the tires, they were partly glossy but certainly not completely wiped down. I paid $38.00+ not including the cash tip. I do intend to return and give them another opportunity to get it right. If they dont, then shame on me for giving them a second chance.

I ordered the top of the line ($31 dollar wash) and the inside was barely cleaned (still dust and dirt everywhere); they actually *added* smudges to the back bumper of my car (that I had to push them to address though they did); and they didnt even do the tire dressing. Been to a lot of washes in my day, but this was probably the worst Ive had. Never coming back again.

So i spent 105 dollars today to have my car shampood and fully detailed,i coulda got a better job at 3$ car wash they left stuff all over my back seats, all in all bad service bad everything never again go some where else

I was planning on writing a really poor review, like 2 star kind of review...and perhaps 4 stars is generous.Ive been going to Foothills Carwash for years, & have always been happy with the results. However, over the past couple months, 2 out of the 3 washes were subpar considering the price for the wash & the fact Im paying for the middle one not the basic or (least expensive) & I had always been happy with that level in the past, but as mentioned, the last 2 were anything but great.So yesterday, I went for the #3 best wash, and was pleasantly surprised at how great my car looked. Now at $32 plus tip, Id hope the level would be better than the $22 middle version, but again in the past, I never needed to pay for the super deluxe to be impressed with the service.So all that said, Im sure Ill continue to go there, but keep in mind that if I want more than just the AZ dust removed from my car, Ill need to spend at least $32 to see the results.

They wipe down the interior and leave more lint from their rags than the dust on my dash. They also use the same rags to wipe down the windshield, leaving lint all over that as well. No option to use matte dashboard finish, only glossy. Somehow the exterior didnt get completely washed? One last thing, they left my seat in the full forward position.....Im 64.

My mother and I were driving back to Yuma and had a very bad blow out on the freeway. We made it (barely) to the corner of the car wash and this amazing young man named Ryan Parker came out and immediately offered to help us! He was amazing - offering to change my tire and told us how to get to the store to buy a new one. He was never asked to do it, never complained while doing it and graciously helped us in a terrifying situation. His fellow workers were sweet and allowed him to help - his boss was helpful too by giving him the time to assist us. What a great place. Im from out of town, but if I lived there they would have my business for sure! Thanks everyone - you were great. Mari

Great car wash worth the money

Went in after having a few bad experiences months ago. Thought I would give it another try. I actually got the $180 custom interior detail with basic exterior wash. I figured if I opened my wallet a little more, they would give me my moneys worth this time. Well safe to say, it wasnt happening again. Seats still had pebbles and crumbs in the seems, streaks on the cluster, handles still has dirt and debris inside them. I had to tell a few of the workers they missed a lot. I even was so shocked they missed so much, I asked for a towel to do it myself. Usually when you pay $180, you shouldnt have to grab a towel to get stuff they shouldnt have missed. Safe to say, I will no longer get anything above the cheapest car wash, if I am in desperate need of a wash and I happen to be over on this side of town.

Quality of service has gone down the drain. I was pcharged for a van (for the greedy gain of $1) and generally they do only a fair job of washing our cars. Adios you lousy cheats!

I Payed 28.99. they didn’t even vacuum the car or wiped the interior. When I told them about it they still didn’t wiped the dashboard right and there was still stuff on the carpet.. defiantly didn’t get my money’s worth.. I should have just gone to the 3$ car wash and vacumed and wiped it my self.. I will defiantly not be coming back.. and I do not recommend this place..

The first impression I got was that they didnt care. I pull up and the guy is just What do you want? and is super unfriendly. Then the cashier was also just very customer service oriented. The car wash itself was fine, nothing special. I probably wont be back here, but it wasnt awful, just okay.

I use to really love thumis carwash but a few employee changes and they are not as customer service oriented as before. They are also nickeling and diming me vs. Taking care of little things and securing a long term customer

Being the only full service carwash location in the ahwatukee area it make them a must see. I have washed my cars with them on many occasions and Im always left feeling like Ive been pushed through, still dirty, and end up taking the car back home to clean it again. Today will be the last time I use this car wash. For me it has been nothing more then a $3 wash and a quick wipe down. Ill try the new cobblestone next time.

Horrible job cleaning my SUV. I paid $35 and they didn’t even vacuum right or wipe off the dust. Never again! On April 15 I did decide to give these guys a chance and I was really happy with my service thank you guys

My windows were not wiped on the inside or my mirrors. There was a smudge on my rear bumper that I wiped with a rag myself! Friendly yes but they did a horrible job
