I would highly recommend this business based on the professionalism of management and ownership!!! Plus my car was really clean after going through the car wash!!!

Very clean facility. The service was good and although you pay a little more than Clean Freak, the quality of the cloths is better and they give you an air freshener. You spend more time in the wash itself and my car felt cleaner. Vacuums were great!

Recommended if you dont mind spending 15 bucks to get only the very top of your car clean. I wont be back.

Probably the best value car wash Ive ever been to! Was looking to get the $5 wash and the employee offered the medium value wash for half price ($6 total), gave me a free air freshener, and a rag to clean the inside of my car, plus free vacuums and compressed air dusters.

It wasnt a bad car wash. It didnt get everything on the car, for example the area around the windshield wipers was still dirty even after the pre scrubbed it and sprayed it down. Now sure if the top tier wash was really worth the price in the end. I think I would have gotten the same level of clean with the basic wash.

This will be the 2nd time I have been here. The staff were great and paid great attention to what I wanted done. I never had to ask them to redo anything once it was completed. Very pleased with the service and the price. Will be back for the professional services offered here. Thanks folks.

Employee was very friendly and did a mini-wash of front bumper/windshield before the wash began, it was great. It appeared that all the washing equipment was new as well. Very impressed.

Payment systems very flaky, wash system hit bottom or car hard, employees really do not seam to care or help. Stuck in payment system with other cars for long time.

Decent wash, not the best tho. Paid for the supreme and was a little disappointed. Tire scrub and shine only did half of each tire. So next time Im going to skip the supreme and get the delux. Basic wash is exactly what it says. Overall not a bad carwash but not phenomenal.

Went in the AM, they were NOT busy, and I asked the gentlemen of they would wash it inside and out. They said I could drive through, and do it myself. I asked a second time if they offered full service, they said no. And yet, as I got done, they were doing others. So frustrating!!!!

Alone, $5 car wash was good. Difficult to drive thru/in when busy; also hard to get to vacuums when bus too. $8 dollar was good, worth it.

Would do minus if I could!! The guy in the beginning spraying down my car hit my rear view mirror so hard it pushed it in, and when it was done I got out and saw a chip in it. I complained and they said “oh no that was just the water that pushed it in, that chip was there” and I said NO it was not I want my money back and they continued to argue and say the force of the water pushed my mirror in. I don’t think so!!!

Best car cash in central Phoenix. They do a good job wiping down the interior of the car which seems to be a lost art in the car wash game as of late. There is also a $65 quick detail and they do it all...takes a while but worth it.

The staff was to the point and did a great job! The car wash is automatic but you do put your tire on the track and the car in neutral. No brakes! Itll push you along through every phase. It washed my car well and the staff did a wonderful job cleaning it. I would come back!

Went in today to get my car washed, have always had great results. NOT TODAY! Paid for full service (which I did not get as per the list below), what I got:-water spots-dust on the dashboard & inside the car-no vacuuming of the trunk or drivers foot area (I am the only driver so other area were clean-mirrors were not cleaned and full of water spots-trunk was not opened and dried (very water spotted)When I got home I had to re-vacuum,re-wash the car to remove the spots, redo the windows and mirrors, and re-dust the interior.I had a short lady with dark hair do my exit from the tunnel of foam she was a disaster in cleaning the car. I would think hard before going to this car wash again.

This is an amazing car wash. Full service starts at 13.00. I decided to go cheap and get the 13.00 one. This included the wash, interior cleaning and wipe down, tire dressing and all. For basic full service at most car washes, they start at 20.00. You really get a great deal here.

Went in the to have the car washed. Paid a good price, the employees were great, and they were thorough and the car looks very good. Cant thank them enough. I will be visiting them again.

Friendly staff. Unlike other car washes, at USA car wash express, I did not see any minor scratches post the wash. Would definitely recommend this place. I reduced one star because I have been to this place just once and I am not happy with the pricing.

By far the best car wash Ive been to. Their $18 supreme wash makes your car look and feel like you got a full detail. The only downside is it takes a little longer than other places but its definitely worth the wait. Wont go anywhere else for a car wash.

We have been using this place for years. We drive from Deer Valley to come here. We pass probably 20 other car washes on the way here. These guys are always great here. Our car is always spotless. The price cant be beat. Highly recommend it.

Very cool . They don’t try to up sell any washes . I accidentally dropped smoothie drink in my car and looked from r a car wash place. This is first time I am using this business. Person who checked me in also asked about some windshield damage on the glass and checked with my insurance to get it fixed as well. Turned out it needs to be replaced and they called insurance right there while I was waiting for my car to get cleaned from inside and set up an appointment to come out and replace the windshield.Thank you Classic car wash !!!

I went to this car wash because I hadnt washed my car in a long time and it looked like a decent place. I even got the $17 wash. Right when we pulled into the wash the machine stopped working. They had us pull out of the wash manually and then had us sitting in the parking lot with a half-washed car. Eventually a guy came to dry if even though it was all spotty by then. He then proceeded to ask me if I wanted the inside cleaned to which I responded The car isnt even clean. He ended up grabbing the manager who told me he could have them hand wash the car. So I just did that because I was frustrated at that point. Basically we paid $17 for a hand wash and some armor all. And we didnt even get our vanilla air freshener. I know they didnt expect for the wash to break but I kind of wish they handled it better or given me my money back.

They offer a $5 quick wash but the dryers don’t do a good job of completely dying the vehicle. I usually bring a drying towel and finish it off. You can pay $7 and they will dry it for you but you have to wait. You do ride in your car through the wash. They have more expensive washes than the $5 & $7 if you’re inclined to get that.

This car wash is so great that I come here from Buckeye because the drive thru wash does the best job with cleaning both the exterior and interior. Their detailing is excellent! And I can vacuum myself and dry my car myself when I have time.

Had used the drive through in the past which was just average but I’ve been very happy with the hand wash. Well worth the $25 for that service.

Great fast car wash. It was gentle on my Tesla. The manager was friendly and professional.

Needed a car wash and was pressed for time although I had about 40 minutes which should have been plenty of time. As I pulled in I could see that this was not a big area and it seemed very tight with not a lot of space. It also seemed a bit confusing on where to go. I could see ahead of me a booth and automated pay process where you pick the wash you want and pay by credit card. There was one car ahead of me. I waited and waited for the person ahead of me to move through the gate. After at least 10 minutes, it was clear there was a problem. One guy finally comes over to my car and states that they had to reboot their computer system and it will be a few more minutes. I waited a total of 20 minutes before the person in front of me went through. By this time there was also a long line behind me. I paid $12 for the wash which included my car to be vacuumed and hand dried. After I went through the wash there was a sign to stay left in a very small area where they vacuum. I pulled my car in a spot. While waiting I walked into the waiting area which was tiny and had a few vending machines. The workers seemed very slow to get to my car and since now I ran out of time, I just had to go. They did offer for me to come back and finish my car but I wont be coming back.

This car wash used to be my go to, but the car wash machine hasnt done such a great job checking my car the last few visits. The prep worker who scrubs before entry does a better job than the machine does...

I used to work nearby and went here for my car wash. I really enjoy this place. The workers are great, I rarely have problems, my car is clean, its fairly inexpensive, and they even clean your trunk. Now, I dont work close by anymore, but I still make my way back to this place even though its way out of my way.

They took their time which some complain about, but I couldn’t be happier! They got into nooks and crannies that have been dirty for probably two years because other car washes never take the time to get in there, even though I bribe them with compensation if they do! I am so so grateful that a full service & detail car wash still exists.

Nobody here speaks a word of english, which in and of itself is not a big deal except I told the guy spraying my car down twice that my tailgate handle was cracked and not to try to open the tailgate, he did it anyway and broke it off completely. Also, the only way to get cash for a tip if you care to give one, is from an ATM inside that charges $3 for every transaction.The only reason I gave it even two stars is because the lady at the end did a decent job with the finishing.

Used to be great but the guy that pre sprays the car only sprayed off half of my car instead of the full car. When I asked him to spray the other half, he ignored me and went to the car behind me. It only takes 1 bad employee to lose a customer. Its common sense that the car must be wet before you wash it.

Great place to get a quick car wash. They even have a pretty wash bucket which you can use to clean your grill of bugs or excess dirt (and tires).

Terrible! STAY AWAY. EMPLOYEE DID OVER $600 DAMAGE. OWNER Does not return multiple attempts of contacting them. They state they are never in and will call me. If your employee on 3-21-17 guides you into your carwash and does not tell you to turn and ignores my valuable property, causing damage . It is your fault as a owner. I followed their directions, period. At this point, you will now be occurring legal fees. My lawyer will be in contact

I been using the car wash for years to bring my vehicles for a detail service. I have a small dealership, and I would always bring my vehicles there for detailing. The cars have always been cleaned very well, and I had never had any issues. I would even bring my own personal vehicles for a car wash.However, at this time I will never bring my vehicles back. The last week I had brought two vehicles for a detail. Normally I would bring my vehicles in the morning and would drop them off. I would then pick them up in the afternoon.I dropped off a car, and the lady took the keys and assured me the vehicle would be detailed. I came later in the after noon and the vehicle was not detailed because they got busy. Not a big deal, sometimes we get busy. I left the vehicle over night, and picked it up the next day while dropping off another vehicle to be detailed.Now this carwash is really bad with phones. Half the time I call they will not answer. I can not call to check if the cars I dropped are ready. Now sometimes I get busy myself, and the cars I dropped off are moved inside. I was not able to get the car until 2 days after I dropped it off. I went to pick it up, and the car was parked exactly how I parked it 2 days prior. They didnt bother moving it. I went up to the lady, and I asked her if it was washed, and she was confused. She said again they got busy, and were not able to get to it.I paid in advanced for the detailing, I already paid. This is twice in a week. I asked her for a refund, and she said they were not able to. I already had paid for a service. I will not be bringing any of my cars, and I will be disputing the charge.

Was here with 2 cars and the service was timely and great care was taken.

The service was horrible and the car wash was even worse. When I first got there to pay, the guy working the gate wanted a $15.00 tip!! What the!! I had my car washed and there was still soap and bugs on my windshield and bumper. I tried to talk to the manager but he refused to talk and listen. He said you have to buy the most expensive one for us to clean it I got frustrated and asked to have it washed again or just give me my money back and I can go down the street to a different car wash. He response was No!, you lost your money and just walked off. What a jerk!. I would have to say avoid this place and go down the street for better service.

I am pleased with Classic car wash, after taking my vehichle around Phoenix trying to find a car wash that can simply wash my vehicle, regardless of price, but offer me what i was looking for.

I told the manager that my car was still dirty on both sides and he just pretty much shrugged me off. When you pay $12 or $15 for a car wash and get subpar work it is just not ok. I usually dont write reviews but this experience sucked enough that I feel someone in charge should hear about it....So this place closes at 6 right, I showed up at about 5:18, the rude guy at the front tells me theyre only doing the minimum car wash, for whatever reason, I think because they were trying to rush it closed....so I pull up to the wash after paying, the guy at the wash entrance waves me in sarcastically like Im an idiot for not seeing his direction right away( I was the only car)....so coming out of the wash I pull around to use the free vacuums, and the front guy talks down to me like a child lol, tells me I have five minutes, I laugh to myself....so I pull in..as I grab the vacuum one of the other guys (another employee)could clearly see I was about to use the vacuum, and he began unplugging the others, then turned it off completely right as I started to use it...WTH!!! At this point Im getting f&$@ing livid...so I politely point at my vacuum, and he gives me the were closed signal..at this point its like 5:32, let me remind you that they supposedly close at 6....So I tell him the other guy says I have 5 min...so he angrily goes to turn the vacuum back on, then half ass plugs the open hole with a Dr pepper bottle, wow real professional!!!, So needless to say there was no suction, so my interior wasnt done...at this point I give up...I love getting mean mugged by the entrance guy on my way out....that really topped it off for me....PS it was obvious that they were rushing people out..if Im gonna get half ass service, then tell me youre closed from the start, Ill take my money elsewhere.....PS I sat and watched next door for a moment...they had the entire place packed up, locked, and almost every employee gone by like 5:40..... So maybe change your hours to 5:00 .. this place wont last if thats how its run

I have been there twice and both times I was not happy with work or workers attitude. The sign says free vacuum, but when I went to get the upgraded wash . The manager who is named Juan refused to do it. Juan also got aggressive and went into a do what I say or Ill fight you mode. They also left water spots that he would not take out. Take it from me this has been the worst experience both times. I regret giving the benefit doubt. Take it from me GO ELSEWHERE!!!!

No car wash will ever receive five stars.I went here my first time about a week ago and it was very close to my home so thats the reason I chose it.I proceeded to exchange my dollar bills for coins and then began the car wash. First off, Ive been to several places where the pressure handel has two modes, a beginning and then the actual pressure. This one does not its flat out harsh on your car and the hose holder above your vehicle is so close it, the hose smacks your car, thats a disadvantage to the small cubes it has. You have to start with $3 for 3 minutesMy bad but not careful EITHER.

They serviced someone that was behind me in line and when I questioned this, the young man at the entrance tried to make up a story as to why that happened. He was antagonistic and told me next time I’m in a hurry, don’t bother stopping in !!! I’m probably old enough to be his grandmother and felt he was very discourteous and disrespectful. I won’t be going back.
