I have been using Raceway for about a year and love it. Its convenient to my house and I have the membership so I can go every time I drive by it which is daily. Everyone is nice professional and friendly. I wouldve gave it 5 stars except sometimes the vacuum hoses dont work so I have to pull into another spot to find one that works but besides that this place is great. Washes the car really good and love that they give you a wash rag which helps because I never have one in the car. Overall a great wash at a great monthly price and washes the car really good with no damage to the vehicle.

I pay for monthly unlimited car wash. Makes it easy for me to go right through without ever rolling down my window. My vehicle looks good once washed and tires shine. I vacuum inside myself when needed, which I prefer doing it myself since I dont want anyone inside my vehicle. Very good for the price. Been using 35th and thunderbird location for several years now.

I got the free car wash that you simply just text to and wait a few days, this place is super friendly and worth the extra mile drive for me, not too crowded, and when you do the free car wash they get you a mini car wash set up with your very own baggie, micro towel, freshener, and a wet wipe inside. The gentleman who handed to me caught me by surprise I really didn’t think they would hand me anything (which i was lowkey was sad) but then the second guy leading me to my car wash handed me this kit and i was super happy and very appreciative

I have had a subscription to their best car wash and I pay like $28 and I can have as many washes as I want during that month. Its so convenient!

The Vacuum system has no suction . Hard to find a good stall to Vacuum from.You need to invest in upgrading this car wash or I will probably go to a newer Carwash.The people are always friendly but they need to stop calling me Boss. Don’t like that.

I went to RaceWay Express car Wash to have headlight restoration and was greeted by Roy Carroll. His customer service is out of this world not to mention the prices are so reasonable nearly half of what everyone else charges with the same quality. I would recommend their service to everyone I know. You wont regret it.

I didnt really know how to answer this. I liked the vacuums, The people were very nice, but the actual car wash itself didnt work. I got stuck at the very beginning of it. They already started scrubbing the car down as I was supposed to go through that tunnel but something broke and I got stuck in there for a little bit. They were very nice about it offered me a refund but I have a monthly plan. I ended up going to a different location because after they scrubbed the car down It had water spots so I went to a different location. It was pretty funny and I felt sorry for them. So I didnt want to Ding them but these requests for a review are relentless. So I just wanted to Explain my lack of a star.

Roy was awesome!!! I have two injuries, a sore shoulder and I am limping. I was leaving town for a couple of days and I am enrolled in the highest tier program that gets me a free detailing once per month, which I found out today can only be done at the Chandler location. Roy hooked me up and vacuumed my vehicle, and added a scent booster, without me having to drive to Chandler. Which I did not have time for!! Thank you so much Roy!!!

It is a low price option that is good for some people. I drive Uber and need to keep the car clean inside and out. Change my monthly pass with them to another car wash company who hand cleans the windows inside and out and vacuums the entire car. Of course it is twice the price but driving Uber I get the car clean multiple times each week. Would be nice if they had drying towels as the back of the car never gets dried. Friendly staff.

Wouldnt recommend buying a membership. Not many locations. Vacuums and other equipment always broken. They dont provide towels to hand dry your vehicle.

The dryers at this location dont work very well and then when you get out of the actual drive-thru wash the air blowers at the vacuuming stations dont work very well at all, they have no pressure and do not remove the water like theyre supposed to.

I have been going there for 6 months with the monthly payment. And always gets my car clean and with free vacuum. I will recomend it for everyone. Great place frenchy workers.

Their spot free is not spot free anymore, I like this location as it is one of the well maintained ones, but theres always spots left after pulling out of the tunnel and have to get on it really quick or youre ended up with spots and its hard to be removed.

Roy at the detail shop did an amazing job on my car! There was stains and dog hair everywhere in my car. I got it back looking brand new when I got i bought it at the dealership years ago. There was no sign of any dog hair and everything was perfectly shampooed and wiped down. I will be back, no doubt!

I visited the raceway on Thomas this evening and had a very disappointing experience. I was having trouble lining my vehicle up to the conveyor belt, when the employee Adrian, started yelling at me saying that he refused to help me because I was just trying to mess up his machines to be funny. This was so confusing to me, as I was just trying to get my car washed, not some odd alternative agenda...The manager was able to calmly help direct me onto the platform, but the whole experience was weird, unprofessional and unpleasant. I will be cancelling my membership.

Better than many other car washes, yet not the best. However, if you’re looking mostly for a “lower price” not “higher quality”, than this is the right place!! The prices on the monthly subscription is very competitive and comes with a fairly good service.

He over buffed my car hood- I can still see swirls in my mustang and sometimes the tire shine gets on my rims and its harder for me to wipe off. They some 20s but I keep em clean, lol

It was awful I actually quit taking my automobiles there which I had a monthly subscription but today I had my old truck so I went down there just like usual air hoses either do not work or theyre missing some of the vacuum poses dont work or again theyre messing overall not very happy

If youre looking for the best customer service, you HAVE to go to this place!!! I came here for the first time on Saturday evening (5/12) to get my truck washed. Chris, the manager there helped me out tremendously!! When I pulled up to the pay station, I was greeted by Chris and told him that it was my first time and that I wanted a good wash that would clean my rims and tires. He said the 12$ was the best wash and said he would make sure my rims and tires were squeaky clean. As I paid and pulled into the wash he came over and started scrubbing the wheels and tires! Most express washes just send you through and wish you luck, not this one! They actually care what the customer wants! Thank you Chris for going the extra mile to make this old man happy! Im ecstatic that I decided to bring my truck here as I wont be going anywhere else!Thank you again!!

Nice auto car wash and free vacuums

I take my car here for a quick wash and the free vacuum is nice. Great customer service. The first time I went, the wash was excellent (my car, for the most part, was not wet when I came out.) Now I feel like they shortened it and half my car is wet when leaving from the dryers. I make sure to stop and wipe it down so there are no spots. Also, when you silence the radio you can here the brushes scratch the car, my paint is silver so it doesnt bother me as much. I recommend hand washing your car if you have a darker paint color. All in all i take my car to this one since it is closer to my residence. However, when I want to wash the undercarriage I take it to Chevron on Rural and Baseline, worth the extra trip if I want to deep clean my car.

I drive for a living and have been a monthly member at three different car washes and frequented several more. This hands down is the best! The service, the amenities, the wash, all wonderful! I LOVE that they have air hoses it makes such a huge difference and their vacuums are always great! But their service is truly what sets them apart, there is a younger gentleman that always helps me in the morning and he is goes above and beyond to make sure that my car is taken care of and is always polite and has a smile. I recommend this wash to everyone that asks and will continue coming here for years!

Love it! Zip in, Zip out... or, stay and use the vacuums and blowers to really clean your car. And as an added benefit, all the folks at work there are very friendly and very helpful always smiling always trying to keep the line moving always patient. I have the monthly pass so I go there a lot.

Great fast same day detail work

This place is expensive and they give you a little like paper towels to dry your car.

Paid for one of the better washes. Was first car through right after they opened. Was trying to get road dirt off from driving in snow and slush. Very bad rinse that left a lot of soap on vehicle. Looked a little better but basically exchanged road dirt for soap scum.

On a recent Saturday I pulled in to get my car washed. The gentleman was very polite and helpful to this older gal! He recommended the twelve dollar wash as I wanted a nice wax job. Upon my paying for the wash, this gentleman noticed an odd noise coming from under my hood. He told me about this concern and asked me to please raise my hood. In doing so he found a cap to my coolant container that was loose. He kindly fixed it and politely refused my offer of a monetary tip. My husband told me that if the cap had remained loose, my car would have eventually overheated and I may have been stranded on a highway as my business takes me out of town frequently.I am very appreciative of the gentlemans awareness of this potential problem. My car completed the car wash and it looked so nice and sparkling. To summarize, it is the little acts of kindness that create a welcoming atmosphere in a business. I finally was able to retrieve this gentlemans name (Chris, Kris). I asked him if I could please have the name and phone number of his immediate supervisor and he explained that the supervisor was Mark but unfortunately he was unable to provide a phone number for privacy purposes.Again, I am tickled pink to have found a great place to take my car in for care and especially impressed by the professionalism and kindness of the employee Chris.Thank you!

I have the high end membership and have visited many locations. Every time I come here though there is always an issue, from the vacuums not working, the wash itself down. They just had the wash entrance blocked with cones but no explanation. For some reason the air blowers frequently have water coming out, kind of defeats the purpose. Raceway should drop this location, the ones at Glendale and 43rd and northern are exceptional.

They have great deals for a car wash. Been coming here for almost 3 years. Always friendly staff. Today, after I went through the carwash and parked near one of their free vacuums, I noticed that the vacuum was not working. I started to get in my car to park in another parking space with a working vacuum, but before I could get in my car the owner of Raceway came out to me and apologized for the inconvenience. He also offered to let his staff vacuum the inside of my vehicle. Went above and beyond. The did a great job! I will be back to have my car detailed my them one day. Thank you!

Beware, these people will steal your money! You will have to end up cancelling your card and they will do nothing to refund you. I made the mistake of getting a membership with them. After cancelling the next month, I kept getting charged by them monthly. Because of miscommunications with my bank, it continued until they had raked an entire $300 from my account. Now, Ive gone to the Tempe location with evidence that theyve been fraudulently charging me and they treat me as if I was a lying trickster. Do not come here ever!
