Been looking for a good haircut for a while, finally found one in this area highly recommended great guy

IQ came in clutch for me today! I received a mediocre at best haircut from another barbershop close by. Luckily, IQ let me come by to work his magic and fix my fade. Anybody looking for a clean cut in this area.. look no further than IQ barber shop. He’s very professional and provides great conversation. I travel a lot with work and have got hair cuts all over the country. I will say without a doubt that he’s my new go-to barber in the Phoenix area! Thanks again IQ!

IQ is awesome! Im very picky when it comes to my barber. So much so that after moving I continued to drive half an hour one way to my old barber for a year. I finally decided to move on. Spent two months searching and found IQ. He goes above and beyond. Couldnt recommend more.

This gentleman is great ive been there repeatedly and he always does such an amazing job but this last time I paid cash along with a tip and I obviously gave him a hundred dollar bill instead of a twenty and he didnt hesitate to catch me to inform me. I definitely recommend IQ.

I took my son in today for a haircut & I was super pleased with our experience. Instead of it being just what I wanted (mind you, I was asked on my thoughts & wants) he asked what my son wanted his hair to look like. He continued to check in with both of us to see what we liked & how it was coming along, as well as getting to know us. He also showed how my sons constant wearing of hats is hurting his hairline & skin. He explained it to me & my son which I’m grateful for.In turn we ended up leaving with a great cut at a great rate & absolutely will be returning!Thank you for your wonderful service today, we’re thankful for you!

It was my first visit to this barbershop. Moving from Peoria to this area, it’s pretty hard to find a REALLY good place to get a haircut. I’ve been to many places around this barbershop and they’re somewhat okay. I thought why not give this one a shot since it’s just down the street to where I live, and oh boy, the dude who gave me the haircut was incredible. I’m pretty impressed by the professionalism and his genuine opinion about cuts. He gives his personal opinion about what I wanted and man, hands down the best haircut ever.

Great guy iq and his brother omar they both cut the hair for me and my son I live in south Phoenix and I dont mind going over there that how good those guys are.

I tried the barber as i am looking for someone in the area. The place seemed good, but I was put off by the barber that was either a fill in or the first day on the job. I am sure he had No Experience and i wanted a straight razor shave. He stared out using an electric razor and i had stopped him, reiterating the straight razor. The other barber told him a few things in a foreign language, which i am sure were instructions. I cannot believe i let him continue but people still have to learn. i do not want to be the guinea pig unless i am informed and I agree. He continued and seemingly has never wrapped a hot towel for a shave. he tried and then at the end went over my face with the electric razor again! it assures me razor burn so i asked for something to address that and we packed it up and left. i will not be going back at least to that guy. i may give them another chance, but it will be due to limited options.

Ive been getting my haircut at a big brand chain for awhile and decided it was time to find my barber. Looked around my area and this place had good reviews so I decided to give it a shot. Place was very clean, modern, but still had a comfortable vibe. IQ sat me down and gave me an awesome experience! The cut was clean, he took his time and it made sure I looked good. Definitely found my guy!

First time at IQ for a cut. I just moved into the area and was looking for a barber close to home. This is an excellent neighborhood barber shop! I got a great cut and an old school straight razor clean up which you never get at the cookie cutter shops. And the price is very reasonable. Highly recommended! This is my new neighborhood barber shop. Great job!!

Have been getting my hair cut with IQ for over a year. Always the best cut and unlike others no rushing or cutting corners...best skin fade in town. Love the pre and post wash and quality hair products. Best value in the area give it a try wont be disappointed.

Came here because of the stars I walked in and a lady said she will cut me. After the haircut I looked in the mirror she gave me a unicorn horn going toward the back of my head right in the center of my hair line.In all of my 26 years of living on this earth never have I had a barber do that in the center of my hair line prior to coming in my hair line was completely straight.Before the cut I sat in her chair she asked me just because I thought she was a women I think she can’t cut. I replied back telling her that I have had several women cut my hair.As she started to cut she asked me if I was ok I told her I get nervous when new barbers cut my hair.She replied back saying it’s just hair it will grow back!I should of gotten out the chair instantly when she said that.But I feel like she dam near guilt trip me😂.It was so bad that one of the other barbers had to leave his client and tryed to save my hairline.A hair cut is your lively hood looking good is a priority. Especially for your professional and social life.My 30 dallors went right down the drain if a barber sees a client and they don’t know if they can cut them right.They should just let someone eles handle it’s thats more suited for the job. That’s how good businesses work.Im surprise they let her cut clients hair to begin with.I knew something was wrong once I seen the other barber turning his neck and squinting at me as she was cutting my hair.Now I need to walk around looking like wolf man for 8 weeks until my hair line fully recovers so I can get my next cut.
