This was a fantastic first time experience for me! The haircuts are excellent, and the staff is courteous and competent. The rates were very fair, and it was budget-friendly. Ive had some of the best haircuts Ive ever had. Ill be returning to this location on a regular basis. All should read it! Service that is both fast and effective.

Had appointment for 2 pm. One stylist finishing a womans hair. Finished at 2:15.Stylist just kept talking to customer without working. Finally left at 2:30. Terrible service. Sad for her cause Im a BIG tipper.

I have been meaning to write this for weeks, but Christine really helped me out. I explained what about my hair bothers me and then she highlighted and hid my greys. And the haircut is beautiful. I’ve never been so pleased with anything done to my hair before—seriously. And she fit me in first thing in the morning, I’ve felt better about myself ever since! Thank you.

You cannot call yourself a hairdresser if you don’t know how to do all types of hair. I came in to get my hair straightened and trimmed. The lady told me “She didn’t know how to do my hair type” mind you I came with my hair blow dried. This is very unacceptable!

Got a good haircut but when I went back to get my hair colored I was told they dont do color after 5pm. I had to make an appointment so we will see how they do this Sunday.

I came in June 2018 to have my hair done brunette . I left the place w red hair, semi brunette. Their bleaching was horribly done and patchy all over .When I got there I showed them the hair I wanted MULTIPLE times, before, and basically throughout the whole process, yet I ended up with this. They finished around closing time, so they got me in and out of there in a rush. When the owner walked in, the manager asked her what she thought and she said it looked fine to her . (I think she said this because they didn’t want to fix everything they did to my hair since it was so close to their closing time). I’m a shy person so when leaving I didn’t really say much, as soon as I got to my car I realized I just paid $170+ to have my hair bleached and dyed ONE color yet it’s nothing like I wanted so I went back in and I talked to the manager. Again, she said it looked just fine to her but to come back in two days so she’d put something in my hair to tone down the red dye. I went back two days later but there wasn’t really any use. When I left again you could hear the owner, manager and the lady who did my hair talking about me. They made me feel so-uncomfortable and honestly upset . Last but not least, when getting your hair done they usually throw in a trim, and at least style it for you after they’re done dying it, these people wanted to charge me . What was the $170 for? Just messing up my hair apparently . That picture was literally taken 10 minutes after walking out of the salon.

If I could give them a zero I would. Very rude. Horrible customer service. The first thing I was told when I walked into thier establishment is everyone left. No greeting no smile nothing to indicate I was welcomed. It seems she was annoyed I had even came in. When I informed them I had an appointment she said she could not help me! It was only after I asked for thier names did she say I could do it. I dont have too but if you wait a little while I will but again I dont have too. They need better customer service training. I dread what would have happened had I actually let them do my hair.

Got my hair fixed here after a stylist from another salon butchered it. My stylist was Mariah, and she did an outstanding job fixing someone elses horrible mess up. Very happy with the new cut. Thank you so much!

Found a gal to cut my hair just the way I wanted it. The management treated her badly, didnt value her, so she got a full time job elsewhere and only worked here part time. Then they really laid it on so she quit entirely. They kept changing the rules for customers too. No more Senior discounts, then the next time it was back again. Then it was you could only get a disvount if you got a wash cut and blow dry( my hair is very short so thats a waste). I was just so unhappy after she left I stopped going there. I would not recommend it.

Love the hair dye they use just wish I wasnt being judged by the color of my skin very uncomfortable i wont be returning sylist left hair dye all over my face & let me walk out like that i am visually impaired did not see it untl i got home had I kniwn that would hv nevet tipped $20 couldnt even hide the fact they didnt want to do my hair had no problem taking my $ had i not been in a crunch I would hv elsewhere to spend my $$ where I felt welcome never again

Worst place ever, omg! Totally messed up my hair a while back. I tried to go back for “free” touch ups like they had said, and they ended up charging me. Not to mention they made my hair color seem patchy, it was super embarrassing going home to my fiancé . I was a hot mess.
