I made an appointment for a haircut, however after arriving, it appeared as though this location had closed or moved, but that their Google listing was left unchanged. I combed the area back and forth on foot for forty minutes following a forty minute walk to get there, all to no avail, before returning home. Finding a decent, or even reliable, barbershop in Ahwatukee is like somersaulting through a ghost town.

If you need braids, come here and see Heaven. Her braids are awesome.

I came in this past Saturday to a barber shop I had never visited before. It felt like home and took me back to the days when I was a young teenager or Air Force enlistee, visiting the local barber. I got the best haircut that Ive had in many years. I received many compliments at home and at work. Nate took his time and carried on a friendly conversation too. Ive been to many of the franchise barber shops that look glamorous, have TVs everywhere, and even have pool tables. No offense to the barbers at these places, but I want the best haircut I can get. Besides, I prefer to support the local, small business man/woman, especially those who bring diversity to the neighborhood. I found my barber.

What can I say, GREAT people, GREAT hair cuts and I felt like I was at home, Nate and Dell are true Artists, and they are good with kids also.
