I have taken my son 3 times here but not anymore. Barbers dont wear a mask since the pandemic started. They are always talking loudly about other people and cursing, especially the ladies. Conversations that shouldnt be talked about in front of other people, especially children. Shameful, never going back again.

The guy was nice when we spoke but they charged me $31 for a line up (head and beard). He did 10 mins of work. A full haircut and beard trim is $36. I should have asked the price before hand. Or after the line up I should have told him to charge me $5 more but to give me a fade and to trim the beard. But why would they not tell me anything. Or why wouldn’t they charge me less. Why do they try to squeeze every penny they can out of you? On top of that the barber irritated my skin with the trimmers.

Horrible Customer Service. If youre not family/friend BE PREPARED TO WAIT. The actual- paying customers get left to the side. Pretty Pointless to write your name on that little list. The picture here of this location is NOT what looks like when you walk in. Theyve been needing for a while now someone to over haul clean in there, its pretty disgusting when you take a good look around. Barbers dont wear masks either. I can only imagine how much Covid Is in the air, rubbed on chairs and on the high seats. Im not a hater, just being real. Save your money that they DONT WANT ANY WAY, and go elsewhere. I dont understand how this place is still open after 7 years? Must be cheap rent location🤔🤭

I dont usually leave negative feedback. Especially in these times, but Johnnys was slacking before COVID. I keep giving them the benefit of the doubt for those few barbers that actually know how to cut hair.. but their customer service is just awful, its no longer acceptable. The times we have gone, they hardly ever open on time, customers time is valuable just as much as theirs. The music and conversations are very unprofessional and unpleasant, especially when children visit the shop for a haircut. Makes you feel uncomfortable. If you are a guy and apart of their click, inner circle, you should have no problem at all. Good luck.

This place has the WORST customer service ever!!!! The workers are soooooo rude. I was told the wait was 20 min and waited an hour! Then when I finally got in a chair the girl didnt know what I was asking her to do! The worst place ever! Never Again!

First things first FYI if youre not part of their click and every day client dont go there they make you feel like you owe them something also apparently the owner of the establishment has not taken the time out to teach his young barbers respect and how to treat customers with honor and respect, Ive read a lot of the negative posts concerning this shop and they are all correct and I experienced all of that in only two visits the first time I gave them the benefit of the doubt the second time shame on me I should have known better wont be going back no more. FYI if you are looking for anything in particular dont go there they only know how to do two kind of haircuts thats it you ask him for something different theyll either try to tell you they dont specialize or that theyll have to charge you extra so keep that in mind.

This kid took off a layer of skin with his straight blade. This isn’t anything close to what a barber shop should be. Leave the 18 yr old kids with no experience to Supercuts. Get someone who knows what they’re doing.

Took my cousin for a haircut, recommended him my usual barber shop since junior year. Came in, NO ONE had masks on nor were the seats separated. My cousin and I came out of there disgusted by the lack of care and safety Erik and this new crew have for their customers. Ive had previous problems with the barbershop including them skipping me over multiple times, smoking weed in the parking lot and back room, choosing to cut their buddys hair before the customers that were waiting, barbers playing with their water spray like children, and much more. Reason why I never left is because I preferred my barber but now that he was fired and replaced, I switched places. Im surprised this place hasnt been shut down. Erik needs to clean this place up and put his barbers in place before its too late.

Rudest people ever very unprofessional. The longest wait ever because they let people cut that just walked in the door just because they know each other and they said no appointments. Ended up just leaving after a long wait because my son was getting anxious.

I showed the barber a certain haircut with design on the side of my head and he said he could do it and after the end of the haircut it was NOTHING like what is is the picture. I was disappointed and all the barber said was im going by the shape of your head Umm nothing is wrong with my head! Other ppl did it fine! Anyway I just been wearing a hat smh. You guys need better barbers.. Then he said he didnt know what to do! Smh people seem cool just disappointed smdh

Literally waited an hour and 10 minutes to not get helped. Some employees were just standing around hanging out and 2 people that got there waaaay after us got passed before us. Happens often when I go, wont be going back.

I recently went here to get a haircut. The pricing for the haircut and the haircut itself was pretyy average. . However, they do not wear masks, basically ignore the customer, and Im pretty sure they are smoking weed in the backroom.One of the barbers reentered the store through the backroom and the whole store ended up smelling like marijuana. I dont recomend going to this barbershop.

The barbers could use a lesson in customer service. Walked in, wasnt even acknowledged by the staff. Dude could barely be bothered to look up from his phone at incoming customers. Not to mention masks are not being worn by staff or clients. Wont be coming back here.

Took my kid for a haircut for his birthday and the Barber in the back used adult clippers on my son and shaved his neck which caused a rash that looks like ring worm! This place is does not clean the equipment and it causes a bad rash that won’t go away!

Can I give less than a star? Ive had better cuts at Great Clips. Stay away from the guy with the black pony tail. Apparently when asking for a medium fade with a four on top means being left bald with a patch on the front top. Then you have the nerve to say its a blend on the side and try to charge me after digging the clippers in to my scalp majority of the cut.

Waited 3 hours, always on their phone, talking to one another, took their sweet time, jumped through list and had people just walking in and sitting while we waited for a cut

My little dude is 4 years old and never wants to sit still. Every one is always so patient and understanding with him here. Theyre really good with kids. I appreciate that about them and I always walk out of there very happy with the quality cut my son receives. Keep up the good work guys and thank you!!

I like the atmosphere and its a great place been going on and off for a few months but I give it 3 stars cause they charge you more than what they have listed and unless you notice it they will take it plus their tip I went and spent $50 on just haircuts plus tip and when I asked about why they over charged they said it depends on which barber you get. I thought that was bull and because of that I will no longer go there. Their good but not at my extra expense

Not very friendly if youre not a regular. Was way over charged for a kids haircut when the sign clearly stated the cost of a kids cut. Last of all, the haircut was mediocre and not what my son asked for. Will not be returning.

Friendly great atmosphere staff food is right on point energy is good. Id recommend anyone to come out here if you havent yet.

I’ve been here three times.First time: I loved my cut!! One of the cleanest cuts I’ve gotten.,Second time: I left without a cut... there was a line in front of me (which is ok). What wasn’t ok is that there was only one barber for like 8 customers and that one single barber was walking in and out of the shop to the place next door...Third time: it was 15 min after opening time and the shop wasn’t opened yet...there was a line of people waiting outside in the hot Arizona summer sun...Amazing barbers but so unprofessional and posted business hours aren’t respected....

They are super organized and very quick. They always have a good amount of barbers working so I have rarely had to wait for too long. Some barbers need to be more careful when cutting hair since they have cut me a few times but besides that, its a great place.

The guy would work for 5 min then be on his phone for 2 min, at one point he left and went to the back for about 15 min. Wasnt even going to complain but the haircut isnt even good. Very unprofessional

First time going here, took my son here after school and I was super impressed with how the guy took his time cutting my sons hair and was very detailed with it. My son is very happy with his hair!

They favor all there homies versus going down the list like they should I was the very first one to come in and now been waiting 1hr 30 mins. Random people will come thru the door and go sit right down. (There homies ) bad business. Step it up before you start losing faithful customers.

Dont bother coming and putting your name on the list and wait almost an hour to get into a seat to then get pushed back to friends of the barber that just walked in and got seated right away. So unorganized and they take forever cutting your hair mostly due to them to talk to each other like yall cant multitask yall dont need to stop cutting to talk finish your job. Horrible spot wouldnt recommend.

Waited for about an hour with my children, each barber consistently cursed at one another loudly in front of my kids. They had no shame and were extremely unprofessional. These guys will no longer have my money again all the barbers are disrespectful kids who dont know how to act like decent adults.

My grandsons both 18 and 19 get the hair cut and styled here they are on point so good that now my 13 year-old wont go anywhere else he just wont have it LOL this place does a great job and its a nice relaxing upbeat environment

My boyfriend comes to this shop & its so unprofessional.. the guys are never on time. They make you wish like 30min just to start. The continuesly go to the back room to smoke and always cuss I front of there customers. Even if youre the first customer to get there and a friend come in they always cut the friend that just walks in. Where is the boss in all this? Last time he comes here is so unprofessional!

LONG wait times. Plan at least 45 minutes to an hour. Barbers let friends and family short cut the line making times even longer. Saw customers coming through the back door. Dirty bathroom. Explicit music.No sense of management here.

I pay you guys to do what i want with my hair not for you to argue about what i want.There are a couple very ignorant barbers, one noted to be the Older bald gentlemen in the middle station to the rightHe was trying to tell me what he wanted to do, I asked for a Taper faded out and he replied rudely Well Do you want a fade or a taper?like im some sort of idiot. Terrible.The only person i can recommend in there is a guy towards the middle of left station very light skinned, skinny, and a fade. He does my hair greatIf you want your hair cut and you dont mind doing a little extra driving find somewhere else.

Worst barber shop in town! Its a whole bunch of young kids cutting hair. They act like the shop is their playground, i took my kids to get a hair cut and they had no respect for their customers they where cursing at each other eventhough kids where present. And to make things works they kept walking back and forward into a small room. The young man at the end with glasses walked out holding a 40oz beer and started sharing it with the other barbers while they where cutting hair. And they did not do a good job cutting hair either.This place is a joke and should be shut down.

Terrible horrible Worst experience ever today. The guy name Eric was rude and very stuck up. He was quick 15min on my brothers haircut and it looked aweful. My brother cried and i complained. He was more of getting you in and out for your money.did not care on customer service or satisfaction. All he cared about was getting you in and out . I will also file a complaint with state Board. If you want a place who doesnt care go there. I dont recommend this place to anyone!! Terrible service,rude and very disrespectful guy. His name is Eric not sure on last name but he has a pony tail. His work station is the first one near register. He had no care in his eyes. No apology just a rude disrespectful comment. Never again.. terrible terrible place.
