Love this place. Classic barber shop with Boris, Erik and sometimes Emanuel cutting hair. Good, honest, no fancy rubbish with excellent quality - neck razor, hot towel, and back massager all to finish.

Probably one of the most aggressive barbershops outside of army barbers. Did the job though and wasnt too expensive at $25

Boris and Eric are both professionals. They keep a tidy place. They listen to your requests and execute them perfectly They treat you like you have been a long time friend of theirs.

Visited this place yesterday, we were greeted very disrespectfully by Eric the older barber .Didn’t wash his hands after smoking a cigarette and and overall was rude and aggressive. Didn’t warn my boyfriend before suffocating him with the warm towel over his face and tells him “don’t worry” . I suggested this place to my boyfriend because of the good reviews guessing those are fake or on lucky days . Idk what his problem was but damn who taught this man manners!? Go to CHINOS on 24th St and Indian :)

I work in the same center and heard from a friend about the quality of work they do on their customers hair. I walked in, and I have to say that this place is awesome. Its more than affordable and I love the cut. Ill keep going back now. They do both men and womens haircuts - kids too. If youre looking for a barber definitely give them a visit. Youll leave with a smile, I promise. You dont know what youre missing.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐I just moved to this side of town. So was looking for places to go. I havent had any luck finding a good place the last few cuts I went to. I found Arcadia Barber shop online and reading everyones comments. So I decided to take my chances and try it out. I went in and was greeted right away. The Place was clean and very roomie. Boris is the barber who cut me hair. Ill be honest, my hair wasnt cut properly from the places I went to before but Boris fixed the mess I had. Boris did a fantastic job! Im so glad I found Arcadia Barber shop. I highly recommend this place and I will definitely be back.

I am super picky because I dont like getting haircuts. I have been to so many that claim good haircuts but dont deliver. Arcadia Barber Shop has delivered three times in a row with no mistakes - THEY ARE MY GO TO GUYS NOW!!!

I went in on my lunch break and was given a cut by Boris. Very professional, fantastic haircut. He listened and gave me exactly what I wanted, as well as his expert opinion. Great first experience!

I visited this barbershop on a business trip to the area. I walked into the shop with a bit of product in my hair. Unfortunately the cut was not only subpar, the gentleman cutting my hair just seemed very upset at me and immediately began violently combing out my hair hard and with product in it. He was literally dry combing my gelled hair without first spraying it with water! It was very painful and I could feel the hair ripping out of my scalp! I would have gladly paid for a shampoo should it be necessitated but my regular barber usually just sprays a bit of water or is professional enough to let me know when I need a shampoo. Besides the painful combing and subpar cut, the gentleman had a very strong odor of bad breath. I highly recommend the use of mouthwash prior to engaging with customers at such close proximity. I paid in full and left a tip despite the bad service but I will not be returning.

Was waiting for my wife to get off work down the street. Decided to kill some time and get a haircut and found this place. Very nice and clean shop. I dont cut my hair often so I dont have a regular barber. But after the great haircut when I do, Ill only coming here from now on. Great prices for such attention to detail and nice environment. Honestly not a single negative thing to say.

Finding a good barber to me is like finding a good doctor. It is a must. Boris is my hair doctor. Great environment and relaxing as hell experience. As long as Boris is there I will always get my haircut there. I met him as he was taking over the shop and have gone to him ever since. He has the place dialed in for a great experience for all. Horrible barber for the price and what you get. These are not skilled barbers they are basic run of the mill barber. I brought in my two sons to simply get trimmed up my youngest has a buzz cut. They charged me $34.00! $17 for kids cuts is insane to me already but for a 5 minute trim up?? Ill never waste my time or money here again I suggest the same to you. VIP barber right down the road is a better option IMO prices and barbers are way better!

Basic barber for not so basic prices. Barbers seem confused at times and not aware oh basic trends like a hard part?? I knew I made a mistake as soon as I sat down. Plenty of other better options around. This place wont be around long..

I do not deny the good haircuts my 6 year old son and I have received. However, the customer service of one individual employee, whom was cutting my son hair, ruined the entire experience. I do not know his name but he is the so called barber who cuts hair in the second chair from the window. First of all he slightly raises his voice at me in an aggressive tone while I was explaining to him the type of haircut I would like my son to receive (nothing off the top, and a half on the sides). Secondly, after looking over his haircut while Im also in the chair, I ask him to cut a little off the top. He becomes irate and yells you said nothing off the top! I calmly reply yes I know but after looking at it Id like a little off the top. While maintaining an aggressively high tone he replies, so 2 inches off the top!? 3 inches!? At this point I tried to maintain my composure due to the outlandish attitude I have received in front of my 6 year old son and 8 year old daughter. I then reply, I think thats a little too much dont you think!? The ruined experience ended with my barber receiving a tip while my sons barber did not. This whole thing caused me to have to give my children a lesson on the type of rude people there are in the world. I would not go back and I recommend anyone not get their haircut by the individual in the second chair from the window. I wish I would have received his name but there are plenty of other barber in the area who deserve your business.

Boris has been cutting hair for decades, and is absolutely amazing. In fact, hes so good that I refuse to have my hair cut anywhere else. His prices are also very reasonable in light of his attention to detail. I only wish I lived closer to his shop.

Fine barbers all led by the inimitable Boris, a most worthy wearer of the tonsorial smock. Attention to detail, patient and friendly, a hot towel, shoulder massage and European football on the screens. Great location and ample parking, I inevitably leave there a happy man. There arent many reviews of Arcadia Barber because there is nothing to complain about. They do a great job. The guys here are professionals. I left this Barber feeling fresh with a smile on my face. I will happily return again and again.

Im bald. I stopped in to ask how much it would be for them to use the electric clippers, just to trim down the few hairs I do have on the sides of my bald head. An action that would take less than 3 minutes to execute. $25.00. -I went home and did it for free in 3 minutes. The employees are filthy, smoke heavily, and in the shop, so it stinks of smoke. Save a dime. Dont go here.

Ive seen men of all generations with varying hairstyles leave the place satisfied. This barber shop is a great value, provides an exceptional cut and does not make one have to suffer through idle chatter common with the typical chain establishment.

I didnt have time for a straight razor this time but will most definitely be back. You can tell the moment he starts that he knows what hes doing even with my cut which is not easy or standard. Not only that but my hair is crazy thick and the clippers always snag but not this time! He takes pride in his tools and what he does and I look forward to many more cuts!

I have been here a few times and usually got reasonably good haircuts. But the attitude of the guy on the second chair from the window has always been annoying and irritating: he is super arrogant and treats people as if he is doing them a favor. Today I walked in half an hour before closing. He sent me away after I sat down, because they wanted to close on time and could not serve everyone in half an hour. Needless to say that I found another barbershop and will not be back.

I wont go anywhere else. My kid loves it too.These guys, Boris and Emmanuel, not only know how to cut a mans hair. They have their space dialed-in, too. The magazines. The A/C jamming. Sports and news on the TV. Good conversation if you want it. Silence and get the job done if you dont want the chatter. That they came from Brooklyn and brought the NYC barber sensibility to Phoenix speaks for itself. Im a fan and I hope they get a nice customer base. Lord knows there are plenty of guys who want a no-nonsense place to get their hair cut, too. Prices are right. They treat kids well, so if youre juggling dad duty, go ahead and expect the candy treats for the kids so they sit there quiet while you get your hair cut.Straight edge razor? Done. they have that.Theyre shomré Shabbat too--so dont try on Saturday. Respect that kind of discipline these days. Its rare, I think. Anyway... I cant recommend these guys highly enough.

I think first impressions are everything when it comes to me returning for a haircut. I came here because of the reviews.1. When shaping up (round) the bottom backside of my hair the barber shaped it with the fuz that was already there and not my hairline.2. Where the side and top of my hair meet, the barber left long strands of hair where the hair comes down the side of my forehead. So it looks like its not faded, and just an awkward look.3. Sprayed my face/mouth with hair spray and didnt notice.I always give a barbershop 2 chances but i will not be a returning customer for the older gentlemen closer to the window. The clippers this older gentleman used pulled hair which he had even mentioned and tried to correct... and my nonexistent line up left for a dull look after i left the seat. Not to mention i had to style my own hair before he told me he was done and it still was too long for my liking so i had him correct it before I left.
