My daughter got married here on 9/18/2021. The room was beautiful, the service was excellent, the owners were amazing, everything was awesome. Makes me wish I had my wedding here. We brought our own alcohol and food. Their bartender served the drinks. Everyone was friendly, it was clean, and they decorated her room beautifully. I will be doing all big parties here.

This venue is beautiful, everything turned out amazing thanks to American Royal Palace and their team! They are very friendly and professional and a joy to work with. It is a great place for throwing any kind of party as they have different rooms to choose from all well kept and with more than enough parking outside for plenty of guests.

This place is wonderful food was over expectations super delicious 😋 the staff was so helpful and fast one of the girls she was running not walking 😂 I had my engagement there and planning to do all my future parties there ! The decorations was perfect the dj was amazing Im extremely happy with my experience ! If theres a 💯 I would give them 🥰🥰😍

The food was beyond exquisite, the ambiance was immaculate, and the service was very hospitable. My family and I will never forget the beautiful memories we made at this establishment. Even one star is too much for what happened in my brother’s wedding he Ruined his wedding with serving a bad food old food and we all get poisoned the next day and a lot of our guests went to the hospital and we have Approval with that is such a shame on the owner because he’s getting paid a thousands and u serve an old food worse place ever and I’ll post this one Facebook and Instagram on the Groups ( because u ruined my only brother’s wedding ) shame 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

This place deserves zero stars for the horrible food and service they provided at my daughters wedding. I got food poisoning right away after eating their expired food and I was so sick I couldnt even dance or enjoy her wedding. Thankfully my daughter is in contact with AZ health department to investigate why so many people got sick from their food. If you ever decide to have an event here. Make sure you bring your own catering team because youll end up with food poisoning just like I did. Just look at this picture of the bread. Do you think this is acceptable? Shame on you guys for ruining my daughters wedding.

I recently had my wedding reception here because my wife knows many people who have used it in the past and were very happy. We were very satisfied overall with the entire experience and nearly everyone could not stop talking about how beautiful and awesome the reception was. We dealt with the owner and the son Mark who was a pleasure to do business with.

Our hall was very nice. There are 3 and I am sure that they are pretty similar. They provided the DJ and a nice wedding cake. The system worked great and there are of party lights. It is a nice place to host a reception or whatever your group is doing.

Let me start by saying DONT get fuller by the how the banquite looks its more important how you will be treaded in all ways!!1- the way everyone was working was horrible2- the works are so slow to do anything3-the food was late and cold4- disgusting food5- last but not least is the MOLDING ON THE BREAD that it was almost on each table !!the owner is something else that didn’t care about it at all or was even sorry about it!BTW, we have heard that this banquet is terrible and I’m in shock that this place is still open and in business!

DO NOT have your wedding/special event at this place. I had my wedding here on 05/29/2021 and it’s been a nightmare. Firstly Hermiz “the owner” is the biggest thief and liar I have ever met. We told them to prep seats, plates, and food for 270 people. My RSVP count was 260 but I added extra just in case more people showed up. Dinner was served late. Literally waited an hour for salad then 30-40 minutes for the main course to be served. Then I had 2 of my cousins come and tell me that Hermiz was serving extra plates without asking me or my husband. When we confronted him about that. He had prepared 2 lies which I’m sure he’s used before on other people. 1st lie was that we had 310 guest. 2nd lie was people were asking for extra plates. My husband and I know for a fact that we had less than 270 guest at the wedding. We didn’t even have the 260 that did RSVP because some couldn’t make it last minute and called us to let us know before the reception. Then later on during the disgusting dinner my sister in law brought to our attention that the bread was MOLDING!!! You can imagine the embarrassment we felt after seeing that. And we saw molding bread on our table too. God knows how many other tables had molding bread. I don’t know how that bread made it out on the tables because his employees slice the bread in triangles and place them in baskets. His lame excuse “a bad box from the distributor.” Then the food was dry and bland. I maybe took two bites and threw it away. Another thing I noticed that was frustrating and let’s me know they only care about money is that I bought floating candles to be placed in vases filled with water and place them around the cake table. They were placed but not lit. Which is quite frustrating because I went out and bought the candles and it was their job to place them and light them. The next day my husband and I are getting calls from our friends and family saying they are sick vomiting and diarrhea while we are on our honeymoon day after day people calling us telling us they’re sick and have FOOD POISONING!!My own mother got sick right away after eating and she couldn’t enjoy her daughters wedding because of diarrhea, stomach pain, and nausea after consuming that disgusting expired food. And I didn’t know she was feeling that away because she didn’t want to ruin the night or my honeymoon. She told me when my husband and I got back. I will be contacting the AZ department of health services to report them. They either need to be shut down permanently or need new management. What was supposed to be the best day of my life ended up being the worst day because of Hermiz and his poor service.

The level of unprofessionalism given by staff by the name of Hermiz has me in complete shock . My client requested to cancel mind you her event was not until May, he preceded to get loud, cut me off while I was speaking and wanted to negotiate the refund amount . I will never recommend anyone to this establishment

For a facility that was filled with quite a few people over a short period of time it was fantastic. I could imagine it would be much nicer for smaller parties. That air conditioning was put to the test with the recent event and I dont think it was that bad. I wish I knew how many people were in there but I know it was at capacity! I hope I can come back to a less crowded party here and see what its really like. The bathrooms were clean. I dont know if they provided the food or not but it was decent and the beverage station was great in the VIP area. Non alcoholic beverages at this party. If I were planning a party Id have it there.

My fiance and I booked our wedding at this venue, paid it off in full and things went downhill from there. Covid came and we were forced to change our wedding date. With arizona becoming a hot spot and how everything was happening, unfortunately we decided to cancel our wedding, thinking about our family and guests. These people are very bad about answering phone calls or even returning calls. When we finally got ahold of them, we set up a meeting with Mark who we never saw or talked to. The meeting went downhill very fast. I had no issue paying the $500 cancelation fee, not only did they take that money but on top of that they took 25% of our gross amount. They could never justify taking it, I asked them numerous times to justify what they are taking that money for, when I no longer wanted their services. On top of everything they said as a business they had no money to pay me out and that they would need 2-3 months. My fiance walked out the meeting in tears and very upset, when both mark and his father started getting loud and very unprofessional. They sure as hell loved taking our money but when it came to getting our money back, they didnt have it and became very nasty and unprofessional. In the end they took the $500 plus 25% of the gross we paid, and said $1k can be used as credit if we wanted to do business with them again. THEY WILL NEVER SEE A DOLLAR OF MY HARD EARNED MONEY EVER AGAIN. With this management and leadership I dont see this place lasting long, after people start seeing their true colors. In the end I WOULD NEVER EVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE WITH SUCH UNPROFESSIONAL AND CUSTOMER SERVICE LACKING INDIVIDUALS. THEY DESERVE NEGATIVE STARS.

They hassle me and they take the deposit money and bad food and they told me they have security but no one there and they show me picture picture for a cake but when I go there everything was different they lying they bought a cake from WalmartI don t recommend for anyone to go there (Hirmiz) The biggest liar

This was a unique venue for a 710 Cup. They did the best they could for July, installing portable a/c units. It got just a little warm when they started letting in general admission, and it was packed with bodies. The restrooms were maintained and ready for the large crowd.

I attended the 710 cup here and the festivities were AMAZING (of course) but the venue was SO EFFING HOT!! They were not equipped to handle that many people and the air purifiers they had going were TINY! I gave 5 stars because, hey, they were still willing to let 200,000 weedheads come hang out and smoke for 7 hours. . .not many businesses would.

Our wedding was 10/1/2016 and it was BEAUTIFUL!! Booked this venue since October last year.. Linda and her husband are The BEST!! did Everything for us.. Wanted us to relax and enjoy not only the planning but the wedding.. The hall is Gorgeous and the service was 100% amazing.. Linda went out her way to help us.. The day of the wedding everything was Perfect. I would definitely keep this hall in my contacts because its just beautiful, Big, and the service is great. Thank you so much Linda and husband for Everything. You made our wedding The Best.

This place is very nice, very good insulation. There was a loud wedding in their other venue(s); however, you could only hear them in the main lobby, when the door was opened. Bathrooms were small but well maintained. All in all, very good venue!

Very spacious with lots of seating. Great for large conferences and even a ball for Cinderella. Adequate area in back for cooking large scale meals also, say for Thanksgiving.

Attended my first Alchothon here just before Christmas of 2018. It is a very nice venue... Could be used for just about any event... Quite large and very well lit, with kitchen onsite... I want to rent it for a DJ event ASAP...

The place is not what it seems from the outside. It get done up very nicely and takes you to a different atmosphere with one step inside. Very spacious with room for hundreds.

I come here all the time, probably 3-4 times a year. I myself have booked for parties. The cost is moderate, and the rooms vary depending on how much you pay. The decoration for each party, however, is pretty much the same. The food used to be amazing, and made me look forward to the parties, but recently it’s been changed to replace vegetables with bland mashed potatoes and chicken breast with chicken leg with the bone still intact (although that might’ve just been what the people who booked the food paid for).

If I could give this place ZERO stars I would. Came for a wedding and their security is ridiculous. The bridal party had their wallets and phone stolen out of a room that was supposed to be kept locked and their cameras were conveniently down for two days prior to the event. Nobody saw anything and the security was extremely rude and defensive making it seem like they were in on it. They KNEW their cameras werent working, they should have had more security and been paying closer attention. Way to ruin one of the biggest days of someones life.

This is a great place to hold an event. The wife and I had iur wedding here in October and we booked our date one year prior. From the time we walked in for the first time, there was nothing but great service from the owner and his wife. I want to thank them for the great memories they helped us create. 👍

Nice large space, right off the freeway, had a smoking area (which was awesome).Someone fell face forward going outside.. Maybe she had too much to drink or the banquet hall needs to check the safety of their doorways.

Had a big birthday bash in a small hall, perfect size, open early for a set up. Couldnt ask for better service: staff was very nice, patient and open. Bartender was awesome, food was great and plenty. Hall was set up great for band and desert and gift table. The owner and office crew worked with us thru the whole process, and it very comforting to know that people with such experience were so forthcoming and comforting. I would recomend this place any time. Oh yeah-prices were just right, and they offer multiple levels of food and services, for any budget. Plenty of parking-well lit.

These folks are bad neighbors. Our street is close to their location and when they hold an event it becomes choked with cars, making it practically impossible to get out of your driveway or even drive down the street if theres someone coming the opposite direction. They dont seem to care that their guests park in front of fire hydrants or throw their trash on our lawn.

I was at the American Royal Palace and was amazed. It is a gorgeous place. I was a vendor there for the Quinciera Fashion Expo and I had the opportunity to stage dress the models with my designer jewelry and accessories.

Went for the fellowship. Great food, great company, lots of pretty ladies and laughter galore. Who could ask for more?
