Valley of the Sun Active 20-30 Club and our charitable arm Valley Kids Foundation held our annual fundraising event VIVA, in May 2021 at Warehouse 215. The staff, specifically Mina and Riette were amazing to work with throughout the pandemic and our multiple date changes, and incredibly flexible with our ever-changing needs. The venue itself is beautiful and our guests had a blast. Highly recommend this venue!

I could not book my community clubhouse for the baby shower I was giving. I was scrambling to find a space to rent for 50 - 60 guests that would not devastate my budget. I made a lot of calls & luckily found Warehouse215. It was beautiful, the right size, it has parking on site and the price included food & drink. The staff was fantastic, very responsive and helpful. The event was beautiful. You will be happy you booked this venue for your event here.

What a beautiful venue and attentive staff! I delivered a wedding cake here and they emailed me a week prior to the date to touch base, send maps, and answer any questions. Mina was SUPER friendly and I was shocked at how stunning the venue itself is. Its in a great central location and can be easily adapted to fit any theme perfectly. Everything went so smoothly, I would definitely recommend hosting an event here!

Cool somewhat rustic, semi industrial looking venue. Tons of space including multiple sections and rooms.I’ve seen the place completely transformed for some really cool events. Of course the staff is super great, accommodating and friendly.You will have a great time if you have an event here.

Warehouse 215 is a beautiful, clean, functional and comfortable venue. I highly recommend it for any event! I just hosted my daughters wedding reception there and the staff is amazing. Very attentive, kind and fun to work with. We had 150 people and were comfortable and well taken care of. Lots of bathrooms and just a cool place to host an event!

Excellent venue for large and even intimate gatherings. Staff was extremely helpful and attentive helping with every detail. Thank you again for taking care of our needs and making sure the party went off without a hitch.

My husband and I recently hosted our wedding here! I could not say enough nice things about this venue! Mina was our main contact person and she was so personable and got back quickly to us whenever we emailed her. The venue looks perfect at night and we had so many people compliment us on what a cool space it was. The team was sure to make sure everyone felt safe during COVID and made sure everything went smoothly on the wedding day. HIGHLY recommend.

Boycott this venue for being inflexible and ruthless to young couples who signed contracts before COVID and were forced to keep their wedding dates or lose all their deposit. They had promised to reschedule to a like date next year, only to offer one choice, a Wednesday in March 2021 (instead of on a Friday). I was so disappointed with this place and hope they know that I will be forever affected by their actions. You cant make up for ruining someones wedding.

This was a cool place that we went to for a work party. The venue was very wide open and plenty of room to mingle. The dance floor was huge the ambiance was just right.

Worked a few events here. Nice art and well maintained venue in a sketchy part of Phoenix. Really elegant and beautiful events Ive seen here. It is a diamond in the rough.

The organization I work for has used this space for multiple business events and it has been nothing but accommodating and amazing! We are so grateful to have the beautiful Warehouse 215 in our backyard and always look forward to hosting our larger meetings there. The venue is perfect for all types of events and the concierge team is quick to answer questions!

Great building. Classic retro warehouse. Ridiculous parking lot. Had to inch my way out of my space by going back and forth six times. Would never consider having an event here.

Great place. The art work was nice. Easy to get to. Had company party there. Romeros transportation brought us over. Great experience.

Spacious gallery, well lit with plenty of room for large installations. Great venue for showcasing intriguing and varied art. Parking was adequate but still took a while to find a space.

If you want an event done right - do it at Warehouse 215. Not only one of the best warehouse settings in the Southwest but the staff is incredible. From start to finish my client and I were treated with the best customer service. Always being one step ahead and making sure we were organized I felt like part of their team instead of an outsider.If you havent - book now - you will thank me later!

Somewhat difficult to find, no signage. Big, old renovated warehouse. I typically like the feel of such places, but this one just felt like an old renovated warehouse! Was there for a business breakfast. It was ok...not great.

Had a Samsung event here and went very well. The space was nice and well lit. They even set up an escape room. Lots of fun and the venue was just perfect. 😀

We went to three warehouse-style venues within a one mile radius of Warehouse215 when it was time to start planning our wedding. We immediately knew Warehouse215 was where we wanted to go. Riëtte and her staff were very knowledgeable about the venue and were very good at anticipating our needs (we invited 200+ guests).As the wedding date approached, Riëtte was always accessible and quick with her responses to our questions. She offered helpful suggestions as we nailed down the details.She also quickly and efficiently helped with our rehearsal and was mindful of our time. On our wedding day, she made sure everyone was taken care of and remained professional and positive through our whole day.The venue itself is a beautiful and unique space offering so many different options for the set-up and flow of the event.Were so glad we chose this spot and would recommend it to anyone!

Not impressed with the food. Beef wasn^t out when guests arrived. Then they took it away and said it was coming out later. Ordeurvs where and the pate. Nice ambience.

Nice venue in industrial area of downtown. Exposed brick walls, high ceilings with exposed wood rafters, large versatile spaces. Outside catering, noise ordinance is probably 10pm, shared parking lot, would have to uber hotel room.

Not in the best part of town, all in all the warehouse has been renovated nicely. Plenty big for large events.

We rented Warehouse 215 for a video production shoot back in May. Riette and Gianna were very accommodating, sweet, and helpful. The pricing was reasonable and the facility was beautiful! Well be using Warehouse 215 for future productions and would recommend this location to anyone! Thanks Riette and Gianna for a great experience :)

I would give 10 stars if I could! Riëtte, Taylor and the entire team were absolutely phenomenal! Not only were they able to accommodate our event for 1200 guests, they made it happen in three days, yes I said THREE DAYS! You would have never knows how quickly the event came together. Every detail was meticulous and thought out from the linens and lighting to the floorplan and super professional support staff. The property itself has a great upscale industrial vibe that you are able to transform to fit your needs. This property is an amazing fit for any event: wedding, prom, corporate gathering. There arent enough words to portray how amazing the overall experience was. Hands down, without a doubt I would recommend this location and team to any and every person I meet! Thank you for everything Riëtte, youre a true life saver!!! :)

Between the stunning and original venue space and Riettes incredible organization and professionalism, there was simply no question that we would pick Warehouse 215 for our wedding.The space itself is amazing - exposed brick, modern walls, unique touches like lit chandeliers, and large, beautiful spaces perfect for dancing. We loved that even though the space was large, it could be made cozy and warm with candles and lighting, perfect for our intimate wedding.In addition to falling in love with the space - different from any other in Phoenix - we knew that we were in the right place the moment we heard about Riette. During the year and a half of our engagement, every vendor we sampled, every DJ we met with, every coordinator we researched knew Riette Bartlett instantly by name and raved about her dedication, demeanor, and amazing team.Throughout the entire process, Riette reached out monthly, repeatedly reassuring us by demonstrating how incredibly on-the-ball she was on every aspect of the wedding. Riette responded to our communications immediately, stayed on top of every detail, and worked perfectly with every vendor we selected. Day-of, Riette was kind, flexible, and so reassuringly in charge. She made our day incredible, and we are truly grateful to have had the opportunity to be married in such a unique space, overseen by such an amazing person.

A great venue - the warehouse atmosphere is lovely and spacious, and the art gallery attached is well worth a visit as well.

Had corporate event here. I would not use it for my own event. Cramped for our meeting portion and the dinner area had many reflective surfaces making it hard to talk due to background noise. They offered some outside areas, but the temp was around 110, no thanks.The food was decent. The wine selection was limited, but ok.

Great fit for our event(seminar/luncheon type event) and will recommend the facilities to others.

The space inside is beautiful. You would never guess that this is what is waiting inside of that building. The only knock that I can say about it has nothing to do with the Bentley Projects at all, but the neighborhood that it resides in is really sketchy. Me nor my girlfriend felt comfortable in being outside. The did have security in the form of off duty Phoenix PD which helped but man...
