I attended a concert that featured In This Moment. The concert was great, but the overall experience of the theater itself was more bland. My party and I got to the concert early, even though we had our assigned seating, to make sure we could get any snacks or anything extra before the first band came on stage. The food and drinks were way over priced, but this is not uncommon. We couldnt bring anything into the theater so its kinda of a situation where you are just stuck. We sat down at our assigned spots. The first band started and the theater wasnt even full. Our friends who were a bit farther away came and sat next to us so we could rock out together. More people came in, but we were able to meet up again for the last band. The concert was great despite a few errors from the sound techs, so I can say if that was the concert halls fault or not. The concert hall itself was just boring though. The band could have performed anywhere and still been great. If you like seated rock concerts this place is fine. I would have preferred to be outside, even if I had to stand I had no real issues with it or the staff, but I was not amazed in anyway by the place.

Very good venue for going and seeing live shows of all sorts. Weve gone to multiple concerts here and every one we attended was an absolute blast. Parking isnt too terrible and you can generally park within walking distance of the venue. The prices of concessions are definitely high priced, as is expected for concerts, but the real issue is the quality of said purchases is less than it should be for those prices. Do yourself a favor and grab a bite before going to your show from one of the many amazing restaurants around the theatre, youll be much happier overall.

We purchased last minute tickets, I was lucky enough to find VIP Suite tickets. Great tickets in Suite 7 booth for 54.00 each plus 20 service fee. VIP Suite tickets come with free parking, 3rd floor VIP Lobby/bar and nice bathrooms. Drink service in the booth. It was a nice experience. When I received our tickets from a 3rd party, they didnt setup the parking pass.I called the theater, but found out you have to email requests, I wanted to see if parking was free and it was, the previous ticket holder didnt give my name, but the office gladly put me on the parking list. Great reserved parking and a VIP Entrance.A wonderful evening. The office was very helpful. The view was great and we enjoyed the concert without fighting the crowd. Thank you Eric Larson and Kristie Sloan for all your help!It was hard to get pictures and they do no justice for the great view we actually had.

The venue has decent acoustics but just had to share a weird and strange experience. Last night at Pat Benatar we had to wear a mask for the VIP experience. At first this might not seem that strange, but wait. The group had to sit about 75 feet from the stage. The Q&A was a whopping two questions and then for the concert where there were far more people and much closer to Pat, no one had to wear a mask. So they made the people who paid more for the private experience wear a mask, this after proving no one had covid. I love live concerts but no more VIP until after this world returns to some semblance of normalcy.

We’ve attended several shows here but were disappointed that at the last minute (less than a week before the concert) you changed entry policy to either vaccinated or a negative COVID test. We got tested and had a positive for antibodies test (which a vaccinated person would to) but were denied entry. As the antibodies will be in your system for over 9 months it is not fair to discriminate against people for not having the vaccine if they are immune or have iG antibodies. Studies have shown even vaccinated people can transmit COVID so why not make everyone get tested? This policy is not based on science or you would require testing from everyone, furthermore you’d be intelligent enough to know iG Antibodies in your system means it’s not a current infection and that iM would be an active case. Don’t waste money on concert tickets to where they can change the rules on entry AFTER the purchase.

The logistics of getting into a show here are terrible! We were there for the Lindsey Stirling concert and they had us all lined up, literally around the block and two city blocks down the street. Their security team was extremely slow getting people through - mostly, their team was made up of a bunch of older folks that were clearly on a power trip.Unfortunately, with less than half of the patrons inside, it began raining out of nowhere. It was down pouring! Yet, their security team was unwilling to speed up the process. They stood there and chatted with one another - chatted with patrons. We stood in the rain for 35 minutes before we finally got in. I was soaked from head to toe, as were 80% of the entire audience. Then, as everyone was soaking wet, we get inside, and the air conditioning was set to nearly arctic temperatures. We were cold, we were wet. Finally, the waitstaff. We were in the suite, which was extremely nice! But the waitstaff had no idea what was on the menu. We asked for a honey Jack and coke. She said they didn’t have honey Jack. Thinking that must be wrong, we walked to the bar and, sure enough, they had honey Jack. This occurred even with the food. So, we paid for suite seats with wait service, and we STILL had to go get our own food and drinks. It’ll have to be someone I REALLY want to see in concert before I choose to attend a show at the the Arizona Federal Theater.

Talk about an experience 😩 I recently was invited last minute to a concert here for Lindsay Sterling and there were so many things that went wrong for instance doors did not open on time, it started raining (obviously not the venues fault), devices for scanning tickets were lagging, the drinks and food/snacks are absolutely over priced. Three Dasani water bottles for $20 dollars????? That was the kicker for me. I wonder how much those pretzels and nachos were at the concession stand. Either way, Im not sure if it was just a off night but it couldve been much much better.

The venue is nice, but the tickets should plainly state that the time of the event is actually the time the doors open! Thousands of people waited in the pouring rain thinking that access inside was available, when in actuality the concert didnt start for another hour and a half after the doors open. So DO NOT arrive any earlier than the time on your ticket, or you simply will not be able to enter the building! In my opinion, a huge fail on Arizona Federal Theaters part 👎

Has been a favorite place to see shows for many years. Great sound, generally & I like the option to purchase seats. Concession prices are pretty extreme & I dont dig their new pour policy at all. Not sure who dictates that, though. Seems dumb/wasteful to buy something in its own container, only to have it poured into a plastic cup. Definitely makes me rethink buying any drinks at all.

Not theaters fault, but the theater didnt think about having a line at what should have been the correct time. The line wrapped around the building & back& forth 4 times. Okay. Wed, Sept 1-st, 2021... the show start time was 7 pm on the website but 8 pm at the venue. The venue security was not notified of the time change and that caused about 1.5 hr. delay. People were waiting on a mile long line - and the pouring rain meant that everybody got wet and shivering for about 2-3 hrs. to see a surrogate show ( after pandemy a lot of second hand shows are popping up like mushrooms after rain). A mediocre violin player with only a drummer and a bass player and 4 cheerleader as dancers did not manage to elevate the show quality to more than a high-school rehearsal. A lot of noise but no music- - This scam-show was made worse by the terrible acoustics that this venue has. Never again .

The staff we interacted with were all friendly and helpful, easily approachable and all smiles even through the crowds and kids and controlled chaos. The venue was easy to get into, everything was clean and although the outer sections were blocked off there were plenty of seats for watching the show. The stage was large enough for an awesome show while being small enough not to overwhelm the audience. There were also plenty of snacks and drinks available at the concession stands, both before the show and at intermission which was awesome. (Better prices than the movie theaters, fyi!)Definitely recommend buying parking passes ahead of time for events, the garage is situated just across the street and makes things easier, just be prepared for a longer exiting time period.

Bathrooms were clean but I wish they had an in door and an out door. Was hard to exit the restroom while everyone else was trying to come in. Other than that the show was fantastic and we had a great time! Seats are decently comfortable but if you are in the middle it is hard to get in if people are already seated.
