Had our wedding here and it was Raul he was amazing and so helpful throughout the whole process especially since we planned the whole thing during COVID. Would highly reccomend this as a wedding or event venue. Plus he has great connections to other vendors that are equally amazing. Thank you Raul for everything!

Our wedding at the Hidden palace was August 2021 and it was absolutely perfect. Honestly, the entire wedding planning period wasnt stressful at all. I kept feeling like I wasnt doing something right because I wasnt stressed. Nope, they just make it that easy for you! The day of, we did not have to worry about LITERALLY one thing with the venue. I couldnt believe it. Raul took care of EVERYTHING. They set the venue up the decorations exactly how I wanted it and it looked beautiful. It was the wedding of our dreams. All of our guests raved about the beautiful, unique venue and One guest came up to us and said wow I totally get the name of this venue... Its truly a hidden palace right on . Its seriously a magical place and we are so happy we chose it as our venue. Thank you Raul for giving us the perfect day, we will cherish it forever!!!!

Cane here for a friends wedding and was super impressed at the decor and staff. Very friendly even with Coviid still going on. Everyone enjoyed the food and the service was easy going with the buffet style! The cake was beautifully made and decorated!! The buttercream frosting was to die for 😋!!!! The strawberry cake was a hit with everyone (just stated they wanted to taste more strawberries) The only complaint was that the DJ wasnt playing any requested songs from the wedding party🤷 We would definitely use their services again (DJ pending playing requested songs 😉)

Its hard to put into words how amazing our experience was with The Hidden Palace, but here it goes.From start to finish we have been extremely happy with Raul and his team. The first time we met with Raul for a tour and to talk about pricing we were kept informed, given lots of detail about how the planning process would go, pricing, and how the wedding day would be laid out. Also how the catering would work out as well and we were very happy! We wanted to think on it for a day before we made the jump and Raul was happy to meet with us again after we decided to sign :)Raul understands that not everyone wants to spend their entire life savings on their wedding and makes sure to give you options (and packages) based on what you are comfortable with. We wanted to have the ceremony and reception in the same place and we wanted the venue to cater as well (much easier having everything in one place!) We also wanted to bring our own appetizers and he told us that wouldnt be a problem and that he could set them out on nice platters for us and everything, which he did!He and his wife Ruby were so kind to us in the months leading up to our big day and it was so appreciated. Its really stressful planning a big day and they definitely understand that. The rehearsal was ran by the two of them and they did such a great job getting our bridal party/family in line so we could get on with the day and make sure all of the important topics were gone over.The day of the wedding wouldnt have gone as well as it did if not for Raul, Ruby, and the rest of The Hidden Palace/RC Catering Team. As always, the two were so nice and really chill (which I personally appreciate because I was definitely not chill haha) yet professional and made sure everything was done and perfect.-something to add that really stood out to me:as the bridal party was walking down and it was time for our two ring bearers to go, the youngest one of two years decided he didnt want to go (just as little ones do) and Ruby made sure that he would stay back and not go running down the aisle. Once we came back after the ceremony there was Ruby holding our nephew and taking care of him. That was seriously so kind of her and it was apparent that not only do they care about their clients but they seriously care that they day goes as smooth as possible. Seriously, thank you for that!-The bartender - Tom? - AWESOME. We had so many complements on how cool he was and how great he made the drinks! We absolutely loved him ourselves as well!The vendors that Raul recommended that we ended up using were the catering, the DJ, and the bakery for our cake.Catering is run by Raul himself and that was another thing people still come to me about and tell me (two weeks after the wedding) was how delicious the food was! Everyone was happy and full and we also really appreciated that they have a kids option with chicken fingers (just be sure to specify how many kids you plan of being there and how old they are so he can provide enough, of course!)The DJ - DJ Jam Star, kept the entire night filled with music from before the ceremony to the very end of the night! He was awesome with our requests and our guest requests and kept people on the dance floor all night long!Bamboo Bakery was great for our wedding cake! We chose pink champagne for the flavor and it was SO good! Gave us everything we asked for and the owner was very nice!Thank you to The Hidden Palace, Raul, Ruby, and the rest of their team for making our night (and the planning process) so pleasant and memorable!!

I love this place and is really wonderful place to organise parties. Management is really helpful and place is very spacious and very reasonable price to rent.

Just days ago my Wife and I got Married at The Hidden Palace, not only does this place truly live up to its name but it exceeded all expectations.A year ago we began to plan our big day. We had constant communication with Raul throughout the planning process. We had lots of hiccups with Covid and head counts changing due to stateRecommendations and requirements. Finally we we were a month away from the big day and we found ourselves with more questions than ever and at every turn Raul was there to assist with catering concerns, the DJ, cake and operations with Covid concerns. At the Wedding Raul and Ruby tended to our every need and kept the flow of the wedding moving so effortlessly, they were huge assets to the success of our wedding.Sanitation was a great concern, we had a lot of guests in the High Risk category and The Hidden Palace delivered. They provided proper signage and sanitizer and put fewer guests at tables to allow for social distancing.Let’s not forget about the food, oh my goodness was it amazing. The Tacos were unbelievable and the sliders and Cake was amazing, not only beautiful but delicious.I don’t write many reviews but I can’t help but try to find the words to express how beautiful and smooth and amazing The Hidden Palace made my special day.

We rented The Hidden Palace on September 16, 2017 for a Mexican Fiesta - 50th Birthday Celebration. Raul Carbajal the owner of this beautiful hall deserves more than 5 Stars for the experience. Raul is extremely detail oriented and listens to all your needs in order to make your special day come to life. He was always available to respond to every single text with any questions or concerns I had during the whole planning. Everyone raved about the Mexican food Raul prepared. It was not an easy task for him, since we had a lot of very picky eaters who were thrilled with his cooking. Raul also made chocolate mousse, churros with crème fraiche, and Mexican rice pudding for dessert that were to die for. I will definitely recommend The Hidden Palace to any family or friends looking for an elegant, affordable and cozy hall for any event of 150 people. What a beautiful place we chose to have our Wedding! Such a welcoming vibe from the beginning. Raul was so patient- meeting is to tour the venue, any questions we had, or going over decor a hundred times. When we walked into the venue on the day of our wedding, he had the decor, chairs and tables set up, it took so many worries off of my shoulders. He was hands on with the guest and the many request of the day. He was so responsive and genuine. I will recommend this venue for any event that you may have in mind. Raul is awesome!

Very affordable and beautiful Hall. The owner is very respectful and helped us as much as he can to make my brothers Graduation spectacular. I have checked banquet halls all around Glendale. Nothing can beat the price and looks of The Hidden Palace. Will be doing all my Parties here from now on as long as they dont raise their prices like the other halls.

This place is good for weddings/parties. I like the staff but the location is in a very sketchy area. I think that’s why I felt a little sketched out being here. Other than that it’s a nice space. The catering that they have in house is pretty nice and the recommended vendors are very good.

My daughters wedding was held at The Hidden Palace a couple weeks ago. The venue was elegant and all inclusive. The wedding and reception took place at the same location...big plus! We were able to bring our own additions to the decorations provided. The catering was delicious (and the tasting session prior to the wedding was as well). The cake was beautiful and included in the venue package. I would TOTALLY recommend The Hidden Palace.

I cannot express how amazing of an experience I had at the Hidden Palace. My wedding was beyond perfect and by far the most affordable option- not only was it inexpensive for everything the packages include but the food was to die for and Raul the coordinator was AMAZING to work with. Everything was perfect on my special day, my wedding was masquerade themed and the servers went above and beyond and even wore masks to give the full effect. The outside just looks like a normal shopping plaza but once you go inside it’s like walking into a fairytale. If you don’t want to be overcharged and still have a magical event this is honestly the best option. Thank you so much Raul for making my bride dreams come true!

Raul went above and beyond to make our wedding reception perfect. We were so happy with the hidden palace! He provided a lot of things we didn’t think of, and was very quick to communicate. It was affordable, and beautiful! I also HIGHLY recommend using their DJ Jaime, he made the wedding have a really smooth flow to it. SO many people said it was the funnest wedding they have ever been to.

The Hidden Palace is exactly that! A gem tucked away in a little shopping plaza. From the outside it appears very humble. Once you step inside, you cannot believe the transformation to a lovely, well decorated and lit wedding venue. Raul and his staff are top notch! So responsive and he goes the extra mile to ensure the happiness of the bride and groom and their entire families. Our experience was 100% positive. The decorations are beautiful! Hes a rarity these days, a true gentleman whose devotion to his profession is evident in everything he does. So much fun! Wish we could do it all again and the wedding was only two days ago. All the guests raved about the food and décor. Everything is clean and updated. Just wonderful.

We celebrated our annual International Holiday Party at The Hidden Palace. This place is a real hidden gem in N Phoenix. Raul, the manager of the venue, was so helpful from beginning till end with every party details. Nicely decorated room and tables made our Holiday Party memorable. Also his wonderful, friendly staff made everything easy for us. We had such a great time no one wanted to leave at the end of the night. The Hidden Palace truly is a hidden gem! The interior is gorgeous and perfect for a wedding or party. The prices are extremely affordable, there is ample parking, and the staff is always great! I would highly recommend the on-site catering. There are so many great food options, and the mashed potatoes are the best Ive ever tried!

I highly recommend The Hidden Palace! Recently got married there and we had the best experience ever. Raul is great to work with and can accommodate any theme you are looking to achieve. Very affordable, great location & amazing staff. It was also convienent to have both the wedding & reception here so our guest didn’t have to travel to different locations. I was stressed about a location for our pictures, but Raul had great locations for beautiful pictures. Extremely satisfied, I would give more stars if I could.

This place is cool. A small banquet hall perfect for small/intimate engagements such as Bday parties, anniversaries or graduations. You will need to provide own alcohol & food although a bartender is provided. There is room for a DJ and a room for photo booths.

I got married on September 21st, 2019 to the man of my dreams! Hidden palace banquet hall was amazing and their RC catering was sooooo delicious! We chose the taco/chip bar! It was setup beautifully down to every detail that I wanted! All my guests wrote me about the beautiful night and tacos!! Raul and his staff went above and beyond! It was definitely the best night of my life! Rauls communication via email was spot on! I had no stress or doubt that he didn’t have it handled! Had our wedding there in April. Juana & the staff made sure to that we had the wedding of our dreams. The food was phenomenal, the price was a great deal & the venue is beautiful inside. HIGHLY recommend it.

Very Sorry that Marisol Arnold feels this way. It was written on her contract on how many pictures were included, and that the album was not going to go to print until we received a written approval from her. Unfortunately she procrastinated and waited till 10 months to send me her approval. Marisol had been threatening me to take me to court and all other types of things because I did not give in in giving her free pictures and stuff, blaming The Hidden Palace for her mistakes. When I told her to take me to court she backed off because she does not have any proof of any wrong doing on our part. I do, however have the proof of emails going back and forth on the album, (she waited six months after we sent her the first proof of the album, before she communicated on what pictures she wanted changed)! I have a text record on the the date that she finally sent her approval.Its unfortunate that there are persons out there that want businesses to give them stuff for free when being threatened like Marisol did.As far as the buffet. I guess Marisol has never been at banquets where they serve buffet style and does not know the procedure of calling table by table so that its organized and not everyone lines up at the same time. The buffet went very well and her guests raved about the food and on how great her wedding had turned out as it was booked one month before the event!

We hosted my grandmothers 90th birthday celebration at the Hidden Palace and it was everything we dreamed of! Raul was amazing from the moment we met him, all the way to the last minute of our event. The food was amazing, the venue was clean and the decorations were perfect! The servers were on point and took really good care of us. We would certainly return again!

We had our daughters sweet 16 party there this past weekend. Raul was one of the best host to work with, helpful the entire event was beautiful and she couldnt have asked for more this is the best spot to book a party if you want an intimate beautifully decorated setting

We just had our wedding reception there and we loved it! The decor was beautiful and just what we always wanted! The owner fronted my stressed out self and very overbearing sometimes rude family with nothing but accomidation and kindness. Truly would suggest this for anyone especially those on a budget!

Finally a banquet hall that focuses on you the customer! I have been working with Raul now for 5 years and i have never met anyone who cares more about food quality and customer service than him, and the newly remodeled facility is perfect for all your special occasions.

OMG ... I love this place.... I had my daughters 15th birthday celebration( Quinceanera) the food was amazing.... Raul the owner very polite,patient with my ideas and thoughts... he is the cook and he has a great hand in the kitchen... his staff was ok ... only major issue was the bartender would disappear after showing up about 1-2hrs late... but Raul took over while she was out oh and she told the guest we were out of drinks and I ended up bringing a ton back home... so very disappointed with the BARTENDER .... but other than that I we had a great time...

My fiance and I just got back from taking a tour at The Hidden Palace. We had a 9am appointment with Juana to check things out and based off the pictures on the website, we were going to make a down payment. We sat outside (in already 100 degree Phoenix heat) for fifteen minutes waiting for Juana to show up before I called and asked where she was. She said she had forgot that she had an appointment with us and that she would have an employee let us in and show us around. A sweaty mexican opened the door and said I working in kitchen and then disappeared so we wandered into the banquet hall and seated ourselves hoping that someone would show up to talk to us. We waited another 20 minutes before I called Juana back and asked her when someone would be here to talk to us. She said Oh my employee doesnt speak english so I thought you could just look around at the hall and call me with questions. Seriously? I guess well just sit here and talk details and prices to ourselves then. Or, better yet...the GIANT cockroach that was crawling on the wall near the lobby. This place is ridiculous. And I had assumed that there were separate rooms for the ceremony and reception, but apparently there isnt. I guess you just have to have your guests scoot against the wall while the clean up crew rearranges the chairs? So basically Juana wont be getting our money. If you decide to go here then I hope you have a better experience than us.

Went in to tour the place to potentially have my wedding here. After Juana rescheduled our appointment twice, we finally made it to the venue for our appointment. When we arrived, all the doors were locked and no one was there. When I called Juana, asking where she was for over appointment, she said she had forgotten about our appointment and she could be there in two hours. This is so unprofessional and absolutely ridiculous. Do not give this venue any of your money. They clearly do not care about the customer.
