Eli and Camilla are literally the best! Since the moment I walked in, Eli was so welcoming and helpful. They make everything so easy for their residents. Camilla is such a pleasure and the sweetest. The community is small and feels homey. I love that everyone is so welcoming. Beautiful views and the apartments are absolutely stunning! Would definitely recommend to anybody looking for a small intimate community near South Mountain. Little gem without a doubt.

First and foremost great staff and I can’t say enough. Had a issue and was resolve within days. No complaint here and the community is diverse and friendly. The property overall is well maintain with a daily pool service. No issue with parking I mean you get a garage and a parking space in front. Plus guest parking as well. Overall I enjoy living here.

Having recently moved from being homeowners in MA, the support from both Camilla and Eli has been very helpful during our transition. Adjusting to our new life has also been eased by our spacious and well maintained apartment. We were lucky enough to get into a 3 bedroom with a beautiful view of the mountain. On our first day, we met Patrick, who was welcoming and helpful as well. Overall, we are very pleased and happy we made the decision to move into Senderos.

Since living at senderos Camila and Eli have been absolutely wonderful. They are both very kind and always welcoming. They really go above and beyond and really feel like a second family . The communication that is always provided by the staff is outstanding and we would definitely recommend Senderos to anyone looking for a new place that’s safe and has the best team to help you with any and everything.

Living at Senderos at South Mountain provides a sense of peace in knowing they take care of their residents. Five months ago I wrote a review and want to update it. I have been here for several months and absolutely love this property. Moving to Phoenix from the South East I am all about the hospitality. When you arrive on the property you are met with our management team in the office with a smile and conversation. If you have pets, they are pet friendly and enjoy meeting the new furry friends. I often just stop in the office to say hello when picking up my mail at the box. If you are looking for a place to call home, this is the place. You may contact me through Google should you have any questions and want to hear how the tenant feels :)(5 months ago - Submitted a maintenance request and it was completed with a few hours. Maintenance left a note to update me on the progress and they cleaned up after themselves.) I enjoy living here at Senderos and highly recommend them to those looking for a home.

First month here and it blows away my last complex. The community is great and the grounds are always clean. Also the food trucks Tuesdays have been pretty good!

Just moved in today! Camilla made the whole experience easy. I put down the first initial payments/deposits a month & a half before my move in date, but I was not rushed or pressured to move in quicker. I was able to view all the floorplans the same day I walked in. The office gave a welcoming-good vibe and the grounds looked very clean. I believe the complex has only been open to leasing since early 2020, So im moving into a brand new unit, first person, fresh new smart appliances, two balconies and an attached garage. Im coming from a very crowded complex and was looking for some place less busy. The Senderos complex/community is relatively small compared to similar places in the Valley, which is a positive IMO. Less traffic, No one stealing spots, no more looking for a parking spot, Less foot traffic as well. Nothing but good first impressions from the staff/office/grounds... im looking forward to my stay at Senderos.

I dont know where to start because there is so much to say about my five star rating. The communication is impeccable. The apartment is beautiful. The location is superb. The views are astonishing. And I am glad I took my time to find this perfect place.

I’m moving in next week and I have the mountain view! I love this place and I’ve been so excited to finally get to move-in day! First time moving into brand new, luxury apartments and i’m pleasantly surprised!!

5 Stars all the way around. This community is unlike any you will ever live. City views are amazing, the overlook of the valley/sunsets from my balcony are one you will never ever see every sunset is different and more beautiful than the next. And the amazing view from my master bedroom every morning is enough to wanna get on those trails on South Mountain. Dogs are very welcome on the property, so many friendly furries around here. My unit is the Beverly and it has much to offer, closet space is huge and extra large bathrooms are what sold me on this unit. Open kitchen with island for entertaining is another plus. The Senderos team is one you’ll never meet! Eli, Camilla & Mirria are absolutely wonderful and so welcoming! Not to mention maintenance is on point, thanks Patrick for all you do!
