I wish I could rate no stars. Horrible office staff who makes promises but does not follow through. Then claim they will give you a call back and never do. I gave them a few days to give them time and now my calls are being ignored. DO NOT WASE YOUR MONEY HERE!!
Office management is unprofessional. Lots of homeless people sleep in stairs and common areas. Gates are left wide open at random times. Pay for every spot and even with paying others have access to your parking spots. No room for visitors to park. They have to park on the street. Office manager verbally attacks residents and their children. You can hear people running up and down stairs and above you at all hours. They keep upping the cost of common area maintenance and lights that isn’t included in the rent but don’t really ever see anyone working on those areas or cleaning or anything being done. I will say the maintenance guys are great and friendly when you do need something fixed. Rain water leaks into garages during storms and sits. I do not recommend. I feel like luxury apartments is a false advertisement for this property.
This property has does an amazing job adjusting to new covid regulations in order to keep everyone here safe. I understand that some things have to be closed just during these times in order to ensure everyone can be safe. I’ve called the office a few times and I have always been treated with respect. Any time I have a question or general confusion, brooke in the office is so helpful and nice. She always has an answer for me and is also nice enough to explain that answer to me. I LOVE LIVING HERE!! Thank you for keeping Avenue 25 a beautiful and safe place to live!!
Noticeable decline after Mark-Taylor bought property and replaced staff with their people. Homeless people are allowed to trespass on the property, sleep near garage receptacles, use the buildings water faucet to wash their clothes, and electricity outlets to charge their phones. My vehicles have been broken into and damaged on multiple occasions — managements only response has been to call the police; however, police can do little as there are no cameras around the grounds. My vehicles have been significantly damaged as a result of hit and runs, again, management upon notice only responded condescendingly that I call the police because crime is not their responsibility.Residence pay a community space fee, outside of the advertised rent price, yet management refuses to address the need for cameras and potentially on-site security. Front gates have been broken for nearly a year. Community grills are consistently inoperable.Before moving in, please review these comments as I am not the only one dealing with these issues. If you’ve had similar issues as a resident or previous resident please leave a response or get in contact with me.Any comments that Mark-Taylor will implement anything to protect residents or their property should be taken with a grain of salt until it is actually implemented and working correctly.
Homeless people wander my complex, the grills dont work, the ac leaks water into the wall, and constant maintenance repairs. When I initially moved in my unit had spatter on the walls and blinds. It didnt even look like they attempted to clean it. My air filter had a thick grey cake on it and looked like it hadnt been changed for the entire lease of a previous tenant, and they didnt bother cleaning or changing any of it before I moved in. I had my toilet repaired at least 4 times to get it right, and I woke up to a drenched floor in my bathroom on multiple occasions. I pay $1200/month to live here and literally nothing works. Im breaking my lease cause the awful experience. $2000 to break my lease is significantly more tolerable than living another day in this fake Mark Taylor complex. Ive lived in much cheaper complexes that provided significantly better living experiences.The picture is from when they tried to recently replace my oven with a new one. The new one has visible roaches and roach feces in the clock. This place is a jokeUpdate February 2021. Got a response from management my issues were resolved. Yeah, management gave me a credit for my dissatisfaction but I was paying for a luxury apartment and didn’t exactly get that. My buddy said the gates continue to remain wide open and his car was recently stolen from outside the apartment unit. No thanks to the wide open gates I’m sure. This place is still a joke and 0/5 stars would not recommend
Came as a visitor and seen a homeless man sleeping on the stairs, So much for a gated community. Also someone broke into my freaking truck and stole my speakers. Management was notified, they said they are not responsible for the parking lot. That includes towing. Someone needs to be held accountable this apartment sucks!!!
My husband have been dealing with a broken dishwasher that finally got fixed after we mentioned we just gave birth to our newborn.My husband has been stung by scorpions twice in our bed, and I had to spray and kill the creature and had to spray around my apartment to make sure no more would come. When my husband and I first moved in the windows were tapped, and there was mosquitos everywhere (should have been a sign) there is no visitors parking my friend got towed and we had to pay to get her car back, DO NOT rent these apartments. My husband and I will be moving out ASAP. They charge to much for non luxury living.
4 years ago when I moved into these apartments, it is a great place. Back then management used to respond and address any maintenance requests on time. They hardly used to take half a day to fix it. But, ever since Mark Taylor took over the property, it’s totally different.I reported a damaged floor due to AC drip from adjacent apartment and it took 4 weeks, multiple visits to office and numerous follows to get that fixed. After that AC stopped working just after they fixed the floor! A maintenance guy came at 9 in the evening and said he fixed it. Next day AC isn’t working. I’ve reported the same and they tried to fix it whole day and no luck! They said, they will try to fix it next day. And they never showed up the next day until we call.. it’s so annoying to stay without AC during summer in Arizona. I would not recommend this place anymore.

I’ve been living here for almost 2 years and have nothing but good things to say honestly! Ana and Julissa are amazing and always super friendly and helpful. I’ve lived in 3 different units (1, 2 &3 bedroom) while being a resident here and have never had an issue! The maintenance staff is amazing as well. Very family & kid friendly!! Parties and celebrations are always held in the front office during holidays too 😊
I lived at Avenue 25 for 6 months. I enjoyed living there. Id still be living here if it didnt take 2-3 hours of my day just traveling for work. Julissa the manager was always helpful and maintenance was always great too! I really dont have anything bad to say. Thanks you Avenue 25 for a good experience. 😁
I moved in a month ago and management has been fantastic and super accommodating with anything we needed! The apartments are in great shape with recent updates, and the maintenance staff is so friendly and prompt. The location is great, with easy access to freeways and close shopping centers.
Julisa and Ana are always so helpful and friendly. The staff here are amazing and quick to respond to any issues. I highly recommend Avenue 25 for a peaceful place to live. It has been an amazing 2 years living here and I don’t plan on leaving anytime soon. Very luxury and clean. Gym, pool, clubhouse are all great.
APARTMENT MANAGER and Ana are very friendly and cooperative . Maintenance is very quick and they respond quickly for any issues . They have lot of fun activity during the year. APARTMENT renovated few houses . Very nice gym facility with advanced latest equipment with 24/7 open for the residence. Awesome team they have to help everyone.

Management and services are good. The action for the request was quick. The staffs and manager are so friendly. The facilities here are very nice. We have had a great experience with management, their response time to our work orders are prompt and thorough. Anna was great and made our move in process easy and efficient. We recommend this property to anyone who wants to live in a safe and nice area.
I am staying in this apartment for last 3 years. I really like the apartment, it is new and interior is really good with black appliances and wooden flooring. Anna at front desk is really helpful and considerate with all our queries. We get 1 free covered parking, only ISSUE is there are no parking spots left for guests, as most of them are reserved by people having two or more cars. If any guest is visiting then you have to search for parking or else park the car outside the apartment building, which sucks.
Living here was great, the front office was always understanding, the apartment when we moved in was clean and ready. The only thing is is the PARKING! Like wow I dont think anyone will ever struggle to find a parking spot after 6 PM like you would here. I wouldve stayed but they would increase rent by 7% or something and while I liked living there, it wasnt worth it.
Nice area and decent apartment, good size for the one bedroom, but the current owners of the place are SO money grubby! Oh, my gosh, they will nickle and dime you to death. Its not worth living here just because of that. Before they came in, the fees for area maintenance were $8 a month. Very reasonable. Now they fluctuate every month so you can never budget and they range from $30-$40! And when you ask what that covers, they cant really tell you. When I asked, I was told, Well, for...gas...and things... Its an all electric complex! What gas? And when I moved out, they charged me $100 to shampoo my carpet, which had only normal wear and tear on it. Legally, I know they cant charge for normal wear and tear but it was cheaper to just let the stingy jerks keep the $100 than to challenge them in small claims court - missing work to appear in court wouldve cost me that much anyway. I think they are hoping thats what youll do. Trust me - its cheaper to live somewhere else.
When I came to Avenue 25 Apartments I was extremely impressed by with the property, the pool and hot tub, the gym and of course the layout of each apartment. The staff is friendly and attends to all my concerns and needs. Come see us here, you wont regret it.
I’ve been living here for about 9 months and I love living here, the apartments are always clean and the exterior is always kept up. The front office ladies are always nice and will do there best to help you with any situation. Definitely recommend living here.

Julissa and Arvella in the office are amazing! So helpful and kind and have answered all questions we had. Gene with maintenance is also awesome and has come out multiple times on weekends to help us out with our A/C.
I was very interested in this complex until I realized there are less than a dozen parking spaces for visitors. So I guess tenants can’t have friends over 🤷🏼♂️
The little Mexican lady working at the front counter just screwed us over. I called and asked for a showing. She said if I was there before 4:30 shed show us the room. We drove miles through traffic in the heat, got there at 4:25 and there was nobody at the desk. She comes back at around 4:40 and said she wouldnt show us the room because it was after 4:30, even though she said she would on the phone. Screw this person, definitely will not be renting from this unprofessional establishment
Nicest apartment complex I’ve lived in. All the ladies in the front office are nice and very understanding. And do the most for you every time. Would highly recommend this complex.
As a resident in the complex, it’s sad to say but these apartments suck . Ever since it went under new management everything changed ! The gates NEVER work, there’s multiple dog parks but there’s ALWAYS dog poop EVERYWHERE!!! There’s so many additional fees that they charge but everything is going downhill so what’s the point for extra charges . The maintenance people suck . You have to call multiple times just to get anything done (if they even answer) . The staff SUCK (except Ana) and only care if you have your rent check . Definitely not worth how expensive they are 👎🏽 After these few years of calling avenue 25 my home, I unfortunately will not be renewing again .
I own a small financial planning firm that needed some new marketing materials. It was apparent from the beginning that Ave 25 listened deeply to who we are, who we serve and how we work. They created a new logo from scratch and a very impressive Introduction Kit. In addition to the print material, they were open to helping me with my website that another vendor was creating. My interactions with all of the employees has been very pleasant and professional. If you are looking for a firm that offers unique and quality work along with nice people to work with, I highly recommend you hire Ave 25.
Avenue 25 Apartment complex is nice and well maintained. The staff including the Manager are awesome. They are always there to help you with your inquiry. The complex has swimming pool for adults and one for toddlers where the family can enjoy themselves together soaking in the water and then relax under the sun. They also have a gym for those wanting to do exercises first before going swimming. The complex is also near everything, like nice restaurants and shopping mall. It is parallel to I-17 and 101.So far my experience with Avenue 25 is brilliant and would recommend this to my family and friends.
The response on the service request and maintenance has been pretty quick and the working staff have been more patient and polite on handling all the queries. The apartment is spacious and clean with all required amenities. This is a nice place to live at.
I love my apartment! 24hour pool is amazing for late night jacuzzi adventures and the effort they put into making sure the apartments are well taken care of outside is awesome!
I have a very busy bee lifestyle. All the running around, traveling here and there throughout AZ, my daily working hours(including overtime), church events, preparing to move, weddings, trying to hold myself together and stay awake to spend time with family and friends (not be the party pooper); I praise and thank God for Anna and her staff for such a smooth transaction in the moving process. Their patience with me and my fiance was phenomenal. Anna was more caring and inspired in helping me to get settled in my new place than just being a property manager. The property and environment overall is like a breath of fresh air. Thank you Anna and team for your gracious attitudes and wonderful hospitality. God bless all.

I have now been dealing with this property for half a year- I thought it was bad with the original staff but now its gotten even worse... I dont even know where to start!When I moved my parents into this complex, I was told several things would be handled (such as damages to the interior, cleanliness of the balcony and area at the main entrance, an ice maker for the fridge), and these things have gone unaddressed or fixed MONTHS after the requests were put in.The gated communities main gates were broken (and left open) for almost 2 months... Whats the point of a gated community if the gate remains open 24/7 because the landlord cant invest on fixing the gate?And just when I thought things couldnt get worse, now my concerns are completely dismissed and no calls are no longer returned. You can rest assured, I will be moving my parents out of this pathetic excuse of an apartment complex over absolutely horrible management!You should all be ashamed of how you handle your clientele.
I have lived here for 3 years and I absolutely love it!! I am very proud to call this place my home :)The office staff and management (Arvella, Anna and Julissa) are by far the most friendliest and helpful people I have ever encountered in the renting world. They are all very professional with a bubbly personality. Also the Maintenance staff are very good at what they do and are quick to respond to any work orders I have placed. I would definately recommend Avenue 25 a place to call your home.
This place is continuously going down hill, since I moved in the gates have never worked, one of my neighbors cars was stolen from the parking lot, my truck was broken into, there’s been many cars parked in my reserved parking spots which I had to pay extra for and the the staff doesn’t want to deal with it so they make me call the tow service and deal with it myself, even though I pay them for the service. They added a new CAM fee which they said was for all the wonderful amenities, but the gates are always broken the grills are always dirty and never work and the property gets dirtier everyday. Security here is terrible and there are always homeless people walking around and going though our dumpsters. And after all of these issues the management staff will just reply with some generic answers like we’re sorry you feel your experience in our luxury apartments is not to your liking... I don’t think they really care the only thing they care about is getting the rent check on the first of the month.
Moved into the apartment late April and things were easy to get started. The lobby provides complimentary water, coffee, and fruit. Staff is friendly and has always been helpful to me whenever I have a question or concern. The apartment location is very convenient, within a 4-mile drive from Target, Costco, Sprouts, Frys, Sportsmans, Ross, AMC, and plenty of restaurants. Whenever there is an issue the staff usually has it fixed by the week and overall the place is kept up really well. The only critic is parking.
Nice amenities and front office staff is nice and accommodating. Ladies in the front office are very pleasant. Apartments are a nice size and neighborhood is quiet.
Been here for a month. Gave it 4 stars just because the patio area had a lot of bird poop on it before moving it. So far, maintenance has been great. I submitted a work order yesterday and they stopped by today to review the issue. No issues so far.

I felt like an A list celebrity when I moved in about a year ago. Everyone is the office was AMAZING! (except Susan) Received a letter stating Berkshire was sold to another company! Highly PISSED OFF! Office etiquette when you come to a new building you should have experience, customer service knowledge and know-how on how to run a large complex. No one in the office is professional, they seem like they dont know how to keep up with records or payment information, i dont see any maintenance employees on the ground. I put in a work order almost a month ago and no one has come to fix anything! I can see already this place is going down hill. Cant wait until my lease is up! I looked into another complex that this company bought..... Went down hill as well. Good luck to any new tenants!
I have been living here since April, the staff is very nice and accommodating. The location is very convenient, you’re next to basically anything you’ll need including Costco, Walmart, an AMC theater, and tons of restaurants. The layout of their apartments are spacious and nice because they offer nice laminate flooring and considerable living spaces. Quick freeway access, plus they are located between the sections of the Loop 101 and I-17.
Everyone has been great around here. The courtesy patrol is very helpful. I even once lost a credit card and someone turned it in! I really like the inside of my apartment- it is really nice. The parking is good for guests.The location is really nice for groceries and convenience.
The grass is infested with mosquitoes. The dog park is filled with poop and the rent went up. Theres groups of people that walk the sidewalks and stare at my dog and I. Its creepy. The gates are always breaking and arent repaired for months. Where does that extra money I pay go to?Update My neighbor literally murdered an animal in front of my house. I saw it happen this morning. Unfortunately I was too late. I can not even put into words how disgusted I am by the community here. Ever since management has changed they have been letting trash people move in here. I will not be renewing my lease and I will never recommend this place to anyone. Avenue 25 apartments is officially a hell hole.Another update :) when we thought it couldnt get worse, it did. I actually liked the pool but honestly Im scared to use it again. The waters were cloudy and last time I went I saw residents with oozing wounds go into the hot tub to soak. Now that I know they dont properly sanitize their waters I refuse to go into the water. Also I got bit by a mosquito for the 20th time this month and got a skin infection. I had to go to urgent Care twice! Cant wait until my lease is up:)

I found the office staff really accommodating and polite.The apartments are well designed and provide ample space for storage, which I found to be a plus point considering growing family needs.The amenities are also sufficient.

Walked in and in the get go the staff was professional and friendly. Brian showed us around the complex witch was super clean and organized. He also talked to us about the price and didnt B.S. anything. Was a straight shooter and got us the apartment that we wanted. The apartments are very nice and have the modern look that we all want. Gym, pool, and BBQ areas are also kept up and maintained to the best possible look they can give it. Highly recommend Avenue 25 apartments to anyone that is looking for a luxury experience at an affordable price. Pet Friendly too !!!
My maintenance team is great. Leasing staff is wonderful and helped us get into our place quickly and on a very tight schedule. The manager is fabulous and it’s just all wonderful.
As a paying tenant of Avenue 25 Apartments, I was appalled to find that they are so desperate for money, that they are tied in with the a Phoenix towing company, in which Avenue 25 receives a cut! As a gated community, I should be able to park my vehicle without the management nosing around to see if my stickers are up to date. THAT IS NONE OF THEIR BUSINESS. What they shouldve concerned themselves with was that broken gate which was left OPEN for six weeks - and in that time, many tenants had their cars broken into!!! This place has ZILCH security! They do not care about their tenants safety AT ALL - only money, money, money. This place is forever changing their policies, and tenants complain that they cant keep up. As soon as they send emails out saying Ave 25 tenants will no longer need parking stickers as every apartment is assigned a space. They sooner CHANGE IT BACK WITHOUT NOTICE! Avenue 25 tagged my car for a tow with a nasty bright orange violation sticker which was pressed so hard against the glass, I had to use a professional strength glue remover to get the sticky muck off my window, then go have it washed. I didnt believe my neighbor when he warned me how Avenue 25 stoops that low, but heres the proof (Ive uploaded a pic, but I cant see it. Hopefully its public)! Ask yourself this - Does this look welcoming? Does THIS say home to you?
I am very pleased with the way I have been treated form the first day I checked this place out to my transition to moving in. Anna pineira was awesome, very friendly and made the process enjoyable.
Excellent place to live-in and all the staff goes above and beyond to help the customers.

Jodi and Bryan were awesome! My move-in couldnt have been more easy. Paper work was fast and easy and they had me in within 24 hours. The complex is beautiful and worth taking a look at for anyone in the market for an apartment!!
This place completely denied my best friend any option to break her lease when she was diagnosed with an illness that made it unsafe for her to live alone. If you are ever concerned that you may need to break your lease for any reason, let alone your own health DO NOT LEASE HERE. The management has been completely uncooperative and apathetic despite definitive proof and notes from her medical team.
Theres something really wrong with these apartments. Every time I walk outside there are groups of men walking together watching me. When I went to the gym last month two men followed me all the way to the front of my apartment and then kept walking like they werent following me. Last week someone knocked on my door and ran away as soon as my boyfriend had left my apartment. Other women have told me they feel uncomfortable as well. I wouldn’t advise any women to stay here.
I really enjoy living here so far . The staff is friendly and the apartment is gorgeous . To the owner. I do not consider the service one star . Four stars all the way !

Small to medium sized complex. Clean amenities. Apartment layouts are great and up-to-date with modern lighting, CAT wiring and USB wall sockets. The immediate surrounding area isnt the nicest. There is quick access to the freeway, shopping and grocery stores. Definitely worth checking out if youre in the market.
If I could give them a negative number I would. They have an infestation of crickets. And what has the main food source of crickets??? SCORPIONS!!! Inside, outside...it doesnt matter. Theyre everywhere!! Had some in my daughters room including on her bed. My dogs were stung! Avoid this place!!!!
Avenue 25 looks like a good place to live but the gates are always broken the grills never work and the handles are broken on the grills. People tend to come into the area that dont live there, its too dark at night and its really unsafe for me as a woman and my child. I told julissa about the issues but they havent been fixed for months. Definitely considering breaking my lease and moving.

Mosquito infestations, dog poop, obnoxious residents and pollution is what youll find here.This complex is absolutely concerned with looking good to outsiders, I often hear them lying to potential customers on tours about how often they clean. The parking situation is ridiculous, they even have illegally marked disabled parking lines done in hard-to-see brick right at their front office. People are constantly getting tickets from parking there because its so hard to see.Despite the kind management, the people who call this place home and swampy pollution are not worth living with.

I just would like to say that I have never lived in an apartment complex with such a GREAT management team.they are always willing and ready to answer any questions or issues that might come up... mind you there have not been many.When I come in Im greeted HI within seconds, and offered coffee, teaand a morning treat. Ive never been called at any apartment complex when Ive received a package and here I have... I pay way too much year for our maintenance to not respond and not be on time. They have lost one of my expensive packages as well after they had signed for it from usps and then brought up that they are not liable for anything without even looking for it. Front office ladies are not very helpful, and very rude. The apartments look great but the service is horrible.

This is a newly built complex that has many luxury amenities and nicely looking apartment.The only problem is pest infestation around the apartments. You can see lots of ants, roaches and scorpions everywhere, outside and inside the apartments. Even though the pest control company spray the area but the problem is not resolved yet.

Mgmt has been pretty good since the changeover from Berkshire. Pleasantly surprised.My only small complaint is the need to turn off the pool airators when it starts to get cold. I know it makes your pool pretty but your residents cant get into cold water.

Gates never work, in fact one of back gates is broken in half and propped against the rest of the broken gate(and has been for as long as I can remember), tweakers roam freely through here and break into apartments and cars, people don’t know how to clean up after their animals, trash, food, drugs, etc thrown throughout hallways and stairwells, nickel and diming tenants, wasting our hard earned money on CAM FEES ($50/mo) on remodeling the entire front office and even redoing the POOL TABLE. This place has been on a fast track downhill since AMC took over. Slumlords. The property was immaculate when Berkshire owned it, and I felt safe amongst my neighbors. NOT NOW! This property is one section 8 tenant away from being the slums. Oh yea, guess they’ve started allowing section 8 here...only way to describe the questionable, trashy people they’ve been allowing in here. Ugh. I’m beyond disgusted with this place and CANNOT WAIT until my lease is up this year. If I wanted to live in the slums, and amongst people alike, I would’ve moved into one of those areas. I moved here to get far away from all that. Thanks AMC for bringing the slums to us! And please don’t bother leaving me your generic message stating you can’t find my residency on record...it’s called anonymous posting. 👍🏽 And please don’t attempt to undermine my review by stating we can’t help who our neighbors are when living in an apartment. Us tenants can’t control it, BUT YOU CAN CONTROL WHO YOU ALLOW IN HERE! Stop disregarding tenants concerns. Generally speaking the staff is quite friendly and accommodating. The neighborhood itself is questionable, especially if living alone. The gates are continuously broken, which may not entirely be the staffs fault. The power to my building has been manually disconnected by a stranger (unable to determine who) 3 times in the past 6 months and the main disconnect has not been locked down. Someone attempted to break into my apartment 4 months ago during the night, but the intruder was scared away by my dog. Overall safety is my primary complaint with the surrounding neighborhood. Landscaping and common areas are well-maintained by the staff. Little effort made by many dog owners/residents to clean up after their pets, again this is not the fault of the staff as reminders are continuously posted to promote cleanliness.
So, just reading these reviews, seems like Avenue 25 is NOT a good place to live cause from what ive read several times... fix your gates, fix your grills, and customer service skills!
He was very professional and knew exactly what the problem was I appreciate the help that given from him and the people in the front office the lady I spoken was very nice and made sure I got the help I needed all can I say is thank you for everything your people are wonderful
So. This will be a long review because I wanted to provide as much information for you guys as possible. Ill start off with the good.The good:The apartments look nice. inside and out. The landscaping is well maintained apart from people not picking up after their pets all of the time. I feel the maintenance does a great job of keeping up with it.Susan is great. Other than the old maintenance manager (who has since left) Susan is the only person I enjoy working with. She is helpful and understanding.The Bad: I know, not much good was there? Heres why.Management. Old management sucked (Jodi). I had constant struggles with her and I even had to go through corporate to get things done. She has since moved to work at a different community. Now with the new management. I have yet to even speak with them. I have requested to speak with them multiple times, sent emails, and I havent received anything in return. Nothing. She is pretty much non-existent.Maintenance. This part will be long. On the bright side, maintenance is very speedy to come look at requests. but how they handle it is insane. The first apartment we had in this community had issues with our AC. We called out multiple times due to it flooding, smelling, etc. All maintenance with do is take some dollar store Fabulouso and clean out the coils. Eventually we got mold in our walls, had discolored base boards, and our flooring was ruined in that area. They had to cut open the walls, work up the floors, and make holes in the wall to fix it. Eventually it got so bad they agreed to move us to another unit because of the issues and the fact that we wouldnt be able to live in the apt while they did the work.Now, despite changing the filters in our new apt (which they told us was the issue and it wasnt) our new apt has flooded as well. Not nearly as bad, but we had to live with a loud air dryer and they had to cut a hole in our wall to dry it out.The maintenance man himself is terrible. Only agrees to continue working there because they pay for his apt. They dont know what they are doing, or they built the AC systems in these apartments incorrectly so they just have issues no matter what.The maintenance guy also was rude when we had to get work done in general. He tried to argue with me when I contacted corporate because nothing was getting fixed and the issue kept happening. He was upset because he got in trouble.Gated Community: gated community, with on call security. So basically they get called after something has already happened. I have issues with neighbors blasting their bass through the walls at 11pm at night and the security guy was rude because he was 30 minutes away and had to come out for a noise complaint. Yet, when i contacted the office instead, they told me to call security when it happened. Multiple car break ins. People always ram their car into the gate so it breaks and it takes them over a month to have it fixed.People walk to take out their trash but instead of placing it inside the dumpster, they just leave bags of trash on the ground leaving the area a huge trash pile.Last month the property management company changed so we had to make all payments in person. They said we would receive an email this month with the new website. Its almost the end of the month already and we still have not heard anything. I am now unable to contact corporate because they no longer manage our company and we have no clue whats going on. and now our property manager wont even return our calls.So all in all the apartments are not great at all. Way overpriced for the area. Youre better off renting a house because even in north phoenix, its around the same price. Definitely not worth it.
Worst apts ever.. Gates always broken, rude staff... Always confused with account info, cops all the time, no security, random people walking in and out, bugs everywhere, grills never work, worst parking so crowded you come home and are forced to park outside of the gated community that you pay for that never works anyways because they never fix the gates, they change staff and management ALL the time, you have to pay extra just to pay your rent online, plus the fact that they always change portals and fees makes it confusing and a pain to actually pay the dam rent, they waited till the 6th of month to tell me my water was over due after AMC told me what the rent was going to be on the 1st, every neighbor here has had the worst experience when deciding to move out staff always gives drama and charge way to much fees just to get out of this hell hole. when we first moved here about 4 years ago it was great lovely and helpful staff never a problem, now its a rip off and not worth the horrid experience ! I regret putting faith that they would figure out how to run the apartments again and get this place cleaned up! I never write bad reviews but holy hell people need to know what their signing up for if they decide to move here
The units look nice. Thats it! Parking here is a joke, seems they have too many people living here and not nearly enough spots for vehicles. If you do decide to live here do not choose the first floor, its awful.
This community used to be great before the current management, AMC LLC, took over. I lived at this community for 3 years. Halfway through my 3rd lease it was announced that management was changing. This new management nickles and dimes tenants for everything possible. This is no longer a luxury community. Its the year 2018 but if you want to pay your rent online you have to pay a $10 set up fee to have access to the system. After you are set up they charge you $2.99 to pay your rent even if you are using a bank account! ACH costs the apartment complex nothing! This is a blatant rip off. If you dont pay these fees youll have to walk a check to the office every month. The previous management allowed you to pay online and have access to the resident portal FOR FREE! Because of this and the way the community now looks and is operated I decided to move out. The new management has made moving out a hassle. I paid for a few extra days on my lease to give myself time to move and out of nowhere the management is stating they are charging me for an extra day because I was not moved out with keys turned in before their office closed at 5pm on a Sunday, even though my lease states that I have until Midnight the day that I move. They also dont have a drop box for you to leave keys or rent if you work an odd schedule. And of course they charge you for the full 24 hours even though they are saying you have to be gone by 5pm when they close. DO NOT MOVE HERE! The previous management was great and it was a luxury community but that is no longer the case.

I had recently moved into AVENUE 25 apartment, its a new apartment with clean and friendly environment, leasing office staffs are very helpful. Appartment is spaces and worth the money we pay.
I have been staying here for almost 5 years. The management has been changed recently and the new management is unfriendly and rude. I have referred many friends in the past and i would not refer anymore.
$999 for a one bedroom! I dont think so!
My A/C has been down for 3 days now. I’ve left 2 messages at the office and 2 with the emergency maintenance line. Finally had them look at it today (end of day 3) and they said we don’t know have to call the AC company to look tomorrow. I was advised they would not pay for a hotel for me and my small child to stay and would not reimburse me for my aps bill. My air has been set at 72 running for 3 days and it’s 93 in my apartment. No sympathy, no urgency, no call back! Worst customer service I have EVER had!
