Honestly this place is extremely frustrating to live at. I agree with the other reviews that it is very modern and overall beautiful, but the construction noise is unbearable starting at 5 AM. In addition, when the fire alarm broke (2 story high ceilings, so could not be fixed on our own) it took the apartment management almost a week to even get back to us. So we spent a week listening to the thing beep every 90 seconds. I highly recommend choosing somewhere else in central Phoenix. Also the hallways smell like fish.

I made a big move recently, and Park on Central was great at accommodating me. The Leasing Staff went above and beyond to ensure that my move-in experience was stellar. Overall, everything was awesome. Amazing service. Wonderful people. Beautiful facility. The 5-star rating is definitely deserved.

Destaney and Bethany are the absolute best. We started doing work with them a while back and couldn’t be happier working with such nice ladies. The property is beyond gorgeous and with their customer service skills I would have rented if I was looking. Thank you for being such awesome people.

Took a tour two weekends ago. The hallway flooring was pretty dirty. The inside hallways looked rather worn too. There were two different colors of white paint on the walls. I thought this was a new building. It did not look like maintenance was high on the priority list.

The staff at Park on Central has been an incredible. Bethany is a great CD and always helpful. As a vendor, she has been a great partner.

I was house sitting and told I could park right beside the apartment as long as I wasn’t blocking anyone since there were no parking spots left. When I woke up however, my car was towed and the apartment complex lady I spoke to told me “good luck.” Now I’m stuck with a fine and no car and the complex isn’t taking responsibility despite them telling me it was fine to park by my friends apartment for the night.If you’re looking to stay here, I wouldn’t because having people over for parking is literally impossible. Not to mention the horrible service.

The staff has been great and helpful whenever I have anything going on. The stairwells/trash rooms/ and hallways can become dirty or animal feces from time to time but overall pretty good job staying clean. It seems they’re trying their best to build the apartment into a community (new furniture for community areas) and provide unique community events during the pandemic. I personally have not had any security issues or heard of others, and I hope it stays that way. Looking forward to continuing my stay here. Will update if anything changes but I doubt it will!

The people are friend and really great place to stay. We have great staff here and they are willing help any way they can if some one need a place stay. I will recommend them come here.

This review is looooooong overdue, but all in due time because Ive been able to settle into my BEAUTIFUL apartment. So, if youre thinking of moving here -- just do it. My boyfriend and I drove out from LA to visit after seeing the apartment online and let me tell you, the website didnt do it justice. We walked in to be greeted by the sweetest neighbor & Destaney from the front office. She was nice enough to take us as a walk-in with her hectic schedule. My first impression was the cleanliness and beautiful decor of the common area (clubhouse). From the study areas, coffee options, to the big screen TV, it felt very welcoming. I moved during COVID so I was worried about amenities, but the staff does an excellent job of maintaining strict guidelines and cleanliness for the residents safety. The gym is always spotless and everyone does their part to wipe things down. Everyone loves a good pool - especially with the Arizona heat - and ours is always a refreshing reminder of why this apartment building is so awesome. Its on the small side but always gets the job done! Weekends are communal so you will hear music; however, its a joy for me to hear people enjoying themselves since 2020 was the apocalypse. lol. Maintenance requests are always responded to in the QUICKEST manner by Randy and his team. Hes legit the best. Josh, Destaney, and Bethany are always there for you when you have questions or concerns and always make you feel like you matter/ are a priority. During COVID theyve done a wonderful job of creating socially distant events for the residents to engage in. All in all, if youre looking for an apartment complex where you dont just feel like a transaction in the system and value safety, community, and cleanliness, this is your place.

Be careful because these folks do not appear to be exactly on the up and up honest. In my opinion, they will lie to get what they want.

Although I had a change in plans and did not to move to this property, Josh the leasing specialist was amazing! He was very detailed and always provided a quick response to multiple inquiries. His customer service and professionalism made my experience worthwhile and frictionless. I would highly recommend working with him if you are considering this property.

I just moved into the Park on Central about a month ago, but so far Im really happy! The management staff has been great! They haveconsistently responded to any of my emails or calls very quickly, and were very on top of getting my questions resolved right away. That is so refreshing, knowing that the management staff is actually there to make sure the residents are happy and taken care! The amenities are great too! One of the reasons I like living in an apartment is because of the social aspect of it, and the management has done a really great job of setting up fun activities for us! Like I said Ive only been here a month, but already we had a socially distanced to-go buffet holiday dinner, a night where they had a local company bring up samples of different local beers to your apartment if you wanted, free online yoga, and a fun email bingo game with prizes. Im excited to see what we have next month! I love the rooftop dog park. There arent a lot of apartments in the downtown area that I found with a dog park inside the complex. Its nice not having to take my dog outside the complex late at night to go to the bathroom, this feels much safer (oh, and its always clean, not like some places Ive lived where the dog park is disgusting). All of the amenities have really been great... the lounge areas with tvs, the coffee bar, the huge screen TV in the lobby for sports, the electric fire pits downstairs. Anyway, like I said Ive only been here a month but so far Im really happy I chose to live here.

I do not reside at this community, but was in town visiting a resident here. I had the chance to snag the corporate suite and boy was it impressive. Fully stocked, furnished and prepared to allow me some much needed R&R! You can tell the management team really cares! The entire community was epic! Extremely clean, lots of parking, walkable reassurance and somehow the elevator smelled INCREDIBLE! Can’t wait to come back and visit again!

I posted this on Yelp, but thought to also post here... Ive lived in this property for a few months now and I can say that it is easily one of the best apartment living experiences Ive ever had! Josh in the leasing office ensured I was taken care of from day one and supported me during my move in process by doing everything he could to facilitate a seamless transition from my old apartment. I am particular when looking at apartments and amenities so getting a 5 star review from me is saying something. From the CLEAN pool to the CLEAN gym to the IMMACULATE resident lounge area (with a HUGE tv), I am impressed many times over. If theres one suggestion I could offer for improvement, it would be to put wipes/sanitation stations, like the one in the gym, in all the resident common areas. Common areas are constantly cleaned, but a little extra would mean a lot. I saw a review stating that the person was made to sign forms. Personally, I have never encountered a situation with an apartment community anywhere where I was made to or forced to sign papers. Also, I get packages - a lot of packages - and Ive never once had any of them from UPS, USPS, or Amazon delayed for delivery due to inability to access the building, regardless of what day of the week it is. The community is quiet (the walls are almost sound proof), and trust me - I dont tolerate noisy apartments. If you choose to live here, and I really recommend you do, anything youre not satisfied with or need clarified, just ask anyone in the leasing office. All my questions/concerns are resolved usually within a day. Its so much easier to tell someone in management whats wrong versus not telling them anything, not having your problem resolved, then leaving a bad review... My actual apartment is beautiful and you can tell that things are constructed with premium materials. Carpeting in the bedrooms and closet was clean on move in and Ive had no issues at all. If my carpeting wasnt clean at any apartment, I would do a walk through before move in with a member of the staff and simply just request it be cleaned. For the price of living in this community, I promise its worth every penny!

Worst place to live. Check out Yelp. I finally got a response from Alta Central. They are correct I am no longer a resident of Alta Central it cost me $4500 to get out of my lease. Ask them about the transients that were living in the vacant units, ask them about the bicycles that were stolen from the locked bike room asked him about the two young men that were shot with a pellet gun outside the lobby door. Ask them about the seven page non-disclosure statement they wanted me to sign to get out of my lease. Ask them about the gate that opens to the garage pull up to it and watch it open. Then when you’re in the garage you can walk in any floor of any building because the building is not secure. ask him about the harassment I got after calling the City Of Phoenix out there because of the garbage dumpster is overflowing in the parking garage and the equipment while it was under construction blocking a majority of the parking spaces. Ask them about Wood Partners construction which is part of a Alta Central. Read the reviews on yelp! Ask Alta if any of the people who talk positively on any website or actual residents of any of their properties. Ask them about the harassment I received in the form of 2 10 day notices for violations which never occurred. One of the 10 day notices that I was harassing the staff because I recorded the conversation between myself and the manager and then I was posting negative things online about them the other one was because they accused me of putting cameras on my balcony and mounting them to the wall. The cameras were wireless and were never mounted to any wall I never took them down until I moved. send me an email I’ll send you pictures, a copy of the ten-day notices and the recording between me and the manager.

My husband and I took a tour of the apartment complex and wow everything is absolutely beautiful, from the views to the complex. We were assisted by Santiago, he was very informative, friendly, and inviting . We are very interested in renting

Just finished touring this property with my friend who is moving to Phoenix and I just couldn’t wait to say how amazing Nancy was. A great blend of salesmanship as well as just being an awesome person! If I ever personally moved to the Phoenix area I would absolutely rent here. I loved the whole experience and the property is beautiful!

Paulina was wonderful to work with upon moving in. All of the staff is super helpful in anyway that is needed. We absolutely love our place and the location Alta is located in. Our apartment is brand new and designed great. The gym is brand new and never crowded it’s wonderful!

I HAVE BEEN LIVING THERE FOR OVER A YEAR AND I RECENTLY MOVED AND MY OLD FRIEND LEFT MY DRESSER AND MY TV BY THE FIRST FLOOR ELEVATOR FOR ME TO PICK UP, IN THE MIDDLE OF MY MOVING PROCESS, I WENT TO PARK THE UHAUL TRUCK SO DOESN’T HAVE TO BE IN THE MIDDLE OF TRAFFIC, MY TV GOT STOLEN SO I ONLY MOVED MY DRESSER. I CALLED PARK ON CENTRAL SO THEY CAN CHECK ON THE CAMERAS, A LADY ON THE PHONE TOLD ME THAT THEY WERE GOING TO CHECK THE CAMERAS AND GIVE ME A CALL BACK, A COUPLE OF DAYS PASSED AND DIDN’T GET ANY PHONE CALLS FROM ANYONE SO I DECIDED TO CALL THEM BACK AND NOONE PICKED UP MY PHONECALL, I LEFT A VOICEMAIL FOR THEM TO CALL ME BACK AND NOONE DID, I CALLED BACK ONCE AGAIN AND THE OFFICE DIDN’T PICKED UP MY PHONECALL SO I LEFT ANOTHER VOICE MESSAGE, IT’S BEEN FOUR TIMES THAT I KEEP CALLING AND LEAVING VOICE MESSAGES AND NOONE RETURNS MY PHONECALLS.THESE PEOPLE ARE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL THAT CAN’T EVEN RETURN MY PHONECALL.HAS HAPPENED BEFORE WHEN PACKAGES HAVE BEEN LOST FROM THE HUB ROOM AND NOONE WANTS TO DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT.THIS PLACE WENT DOWN PRETTY BAD, NEVER USED TO BE LIKE THAT BEFORE, PPACE LOOKS DIRTY INCLUDING THE STAIRCASES AND TRASH ROOMS.

This is the perfect place for me and my fur baby. They even have a rooftop dog run, so I don’t even have to leave home to get a quick workout in. I also really love the modern look & unique fixtures throughout the building. It doesn’t hurt that I’m in the middle of everything, so it doesn’t take me long to get where I need to go!

Sleek modern lines meet the cozy industrial fixtures here. They have such beautiful artwork and tons of bright warm lighting. Friendliness. Check. Luxury without pretention. Check. Excellent location. Check. Just do it.

Management in this complex is the worst. A dog has PARVO and no one bothered advising residents of virus going around in the complex. Luckily we have neighbors that care about our fur babies & spread the word. Office management is aware & didn’t bother advising, instead office manager addressed it as a “rumor.” Make sure your pets are up to date on there vaccinations, if you decide to move in.

Very cozy and home feeling also seems like a very safe environment! Lighting is really good all around this property, artwork is a major point around the building also. Great place in a great location!!
