I lived here for three years, and had a great experience! Great maintenance team, very prompt with after hours emergency assistance. The office staff is super friendly and helpful. The grounds are well maintained, and theres always improvement projects going on.The only small suggestion I have is it would be nice if they banned dangerous dog breeds. I got bit on the calf by an escaped pitbull while walking through the complex once.I highly recommend living here!

This rating is mostly for our maintenance crew. I’ve lived here over four years and, overall, have seen so many changes (both good and bad), here, at the complex. But I would like to point out our amazing maintenance crew! They go above and beyond and are so helpful, prompt and professional! Thank you Alejandro, Julio and their newest team member, Mike (who is always smiling and friendly - they ALL are!), for all your hard work! I appreciate you guys so much!The office staff is newer, but pleasant. Carla (manager) is very nice and has been so helpful even during the pandemic. Like I said, there are “pros and cons” with living here but you’ll have to come and experience it for yourself. :)

We love living here. We moved here from Vegas and has had a completely different experience here. We love our apartment and feel so comfortable here. I also love that the nice ladies in the office makes it a point to learn names and faces that’s so important and cool to know you aren’t just a number.

Misty is a super helpful and cheery lady. She works front desk. This apartment has everything you could think of. They make the leasing process super easy without stress. Highly recommend

I am really enjoying living here. I am new to Arizona from California and I am really amazed at how beautiful these apartments are. How nice the people are. The management is very professional the maintenance people are respectful and respond within the next day. This is a great place to live if you have children. Great place to live.

I didn’t want to get busy and forget to write a much deserved review. I was recently looking to relocate with work from Dallas, Texas to warm and sunny Arizona. I had the opportunity to come and visit this beautiful state recently and also visit The Boulevard Apartments. I wanted to especially thank Carla for her welcoming reception, patience, and knowledge about the surrounding activities and businesses. Additionally, the community was super clean and is my top choice! Thanks again y’all, I am keeping my fingers crossed my employment transfers to Arizona.

I have lived in the Boulevard Apartments since 2010 and feel the community had made consistent improvements over the last 10 years. They have continued to improve the amenities and common areas throughout the years. There are so many residents that have lived here for 8+ years. That alone says a lot about the community! I personally love the staff and maintenance crew. They have always been helpful and responsive to all my requests.PROS: Beautiful and pretty quiet community, TONS of extra parking, great amenities, friendly staff and maintenance team.CONS: The only complaint I really have is that not everyone picks up their dog waste, but I think that happens at all apartments. Also wait to wash your car until Tuesday, because the lawn guys love to blow dust everywhere.

5 stars for your maintenance man Mike, a very friendly and professional guy who fixed our electrical issue in record time. He leaves a good impression of your company. A keeper.

Its amazing how decisions are affected by an act of rudeness and BAD Customer Service. We were liking the apartment complex The Boulevard offers!..BUT the lady staff who accommodated us was rude, indifferent, and sarcastic (there was another staff who was younger and looked polite but she was doing something else - and it could have been a good outcome) ...I honestly felt the lady staff didnt like us...cz of the fact were Asians... I politely asked if they had a bathroom...she said its not for the public... Yeah, thats true, definitely not for the public, but were customers, right? We booked an appointment for viewing and were already showing signs of wanting to lease...but i guess we were just the public...and she showed more worried at my kids looking at the decorations as though they would destroy it. This was about last month. And so, because of the ladys rudeness and sarcasm - thanks to her i guess, we found a bigger and better place with a smiling and accommodating staff who offered us water, and yes - a bathroom break!In conclusion, just like one of the reviewing customers here stated, and i repost: The (Boulevard) office staff lacks respect, compassion, diversity, and cultural awareness. It was a classic example of bad customer service. They are nicer to people who look rich and white - thats what I felt.

You would think they’d be more inclined to help potential interested people.Called option 1 they couldn’t help with apartments only basic information. Was told to call option 2. Called option 2.I’m on a laptop, tried my husbands computer, my phone and a tablet to schedule one of their self guided tours. Nothing happens after I click the date and time, I expected a pop up or a button. Something!So, I called and they didn’t know how to help me. She told me to use a laptop or a desktop and not a phone. Great?I informed her I was using a laptop to which she continued to talk about needing a laptop or desktop.??????That isn’t my issue, my issue was, I was on a computer when I called needing help to schedule a tour. Which I got no help. Basically out of luck with no way to help.I don’t need someone telling me to use something I’m using. Never had an issue with other apartments I am currently considering..Such wasted time I spent trying to view this place.

Ive lived at the Boulevard for almost two years now and overall I have very mixed emotions about my experience here.The GoodThese are pretty nice apartments. And when you look at the base rent alone vs. the square foot, its seems like a good price for what youre getting. The community here is very friendly and VERY dog friendly, which we love. The grounds are very well kept and clean.The BadCOST: I cannot stress this enough - they will nickel and dime you for every single cent they can. I paid rent today and what I owed was almost $400 over my base rent charge. I know they add in taxes and fees and other things, but this is excessive. Theyve also added additional fees recently. We didnt used to have to pay to use the online portal and now theres a fee to pay my rent and I dont have any option to pay without being charged a fee. My rent has somehow gone up month over month since the start of the year.SAFETY: Our cars have been broken into SEVERAL times over the last few months. They have a patrol that comes through a couple times a night on some nights but the staff has done nothing to rectify the continuous break ins on the property. One neighbor that has lived here for several years says its just the norm and shes always had problems with her car being broken into. UNACCEPTABLE.STAFF: Depending on who you talk with at the office sometimes its helpful and sometimes its useless. Overall, they dont seem to care much about being helpful or addressing residents needs. I almost always have to get to the office manager to get anything taken care of. This has only gotten worse since COVID.POOP: People DONT pickup after their dogs. They even have maintenance pickup dog poop and its still usually everywhere. One lady a few units down lets her dog out without a leash, which wouldnt bother me if her dog didnt charge me and my dog upon seeing us. I know Im not the only one who has notified the office and theyve done nothing.MAINTENANCE: When it comes to maintenance they try to cut every corner possible. We had to call and have someone come out to look at our fridge (which was straight up not working) 5, yes 5, times before they would replace the unit. Theyve shut the water off 4 times this year so far.Overall, its a nice place to live, but there are definitely a lot drawbacks. After all the extra fees they charge, its not really any cheaper than other places in the area or even closer to downtown.

By far one of the best apartment communities in North Phoenix. We moved in 2 months ago and have been really pleased - here is why.The price. We looked all over the valley to find an apartment that suited our budget, but that was worth the amount we were going to be spending. For a larger renovated unit - we are paying substantially less than we would be elsewhere. With all new appliances, and an updated look - we are so happy to be able to call this home.The staff have been nothing but helpful throughout any interaction weve had with them. We love that we can pay rent online (doesnt cost any extra!) and dont have to hassle with a check every month. The grounds are well-kept and any maintenance has been quick and painless!The neighborhood. What a great part of town to be tucked away in. The Boulevard is close to anything we need. Sprouts, Target, Half Moon - all within a 2 minute drive!Parking is great - There is always enough spots for our friends/family to park in and we have a covered spot close to our unit.Overall, if you are considering The Boulevard - look no further. We love it here!

We were drawn to The Boulevard for the short-term rental option. It has been a little over a year and we are still here. The staff from management to maintenance is is friendly and helpful and responds quickly. The grounds are clean and the amenities are of good quality. The price is reasonable compared to competitors and the apartments are clean. Our 2-bedroom has a great layout and we appreciate our kitchen pantry and large closets for plenty of storage. It is a 5-minute walk to the grocery store, Target, and plenty of other shops and restaurants. Right down the street is a really nice community park, also within walking distance. The property is quiet and safe. I would recommend this place for short or long-term living.

Every time I contact the office Lisa answers the phone and she is always Awesome☺️ She makes sure before that call hangs up that she answers all your questions and she is always pleasant and courteous.

I am usually very picky about where I live, and have a long list of requirements when choosing an apartment complex. With that being said, the Boulevard has far beyond passed my expectations. To begin, the self-guided tour was smooth and had an easy flow. The front staff and management are so friendly and precise with their responses. The units are cleaned absolutely to perfection, and the landscape is stunning. I feel like I am at a getaway in these apartments. If I could give them an extra star I would; it would be very well deserved. Based on all the positives, I have decided to live here, and I am going to recommend this to anyone who wants to live in such a beautiful and caring complex.

We have lived at The Boulevard for the past 2 years and have truly loved it. Moving from the Midwest we werent familiar with areas but knew we wanted something quiet but it close proximity to any and everything. We found that in the Boulevard. The staff is AMAZING they have always followed up quickly with any questions or concerns including maintenance. Weve truly appreciated them helping our first two years here be a great living experience.

I dont even live here but horrible experience so far u would give 0 stars if I could. I dont have a laptop or desktop only a cell phone for some reason the self tour will only let you schedule an appointment on a desk top and the lady in the office refuses to accommodate or help. She refuses to answer the phone I was calling back to back 4 times just watching her outside the window not picking up. Until I knocked on the glass and scared her then she wanted to apologize but then refused to just type in my name and number ask me a few covid question and take my ID so that I could view the place she wouldnt help at all. I dont understand why its so difficult to do your job and rent out a place Im looking for a big 2 bed 2 bath or 3bed 2 bath why wont anyone help me or contact me. GET BETTER MANAGEMENT

Ive been a resident at The Boulevard for 4 months now and wanted to tranfer to a lower unit. The ladies up front had me in a new downstairs unit before I could unfold the boxes. Great serve and a sweet place to live. Thanks 👍

All i will say is proceed with high caution! A lot of vehicles continue to get broken into! Maintenance is slow and attention to detail lacks tremendously to say the least. Steer clear!Over priced, i think these 5 star reviews are not from actually residents and more so staff, management and friends of the company IMHO.

I am a current resident, working from home, and was informed by the front office that there would construction going on the apartment below me which was understandable, as there was an accident that cause damage to the building. I had just ask that the front office to give me a courtesy and notify me when the construction would start. This was more than a month ago now and the front office never notified me, I had to call myself to ask about how long this might take. As I mentioned I work from home doing customer service so it’s the only reason I’m making a big deal about this as it’s hard to get my work done with all the noise going on below me. I was told that the manager would call me back, but again did not receive any response and when I called today, I spoke to Carla who was very polite and apologized about the situation, but there was nothing she could do for me. A bit frustrated with how the situation was handled so just wanted to make this public

Since Ive moved in, love the area and the community. friendly neighbors with respectful with the noise in the pool area. couldnt have picked a better location for home with all the stores 5 minutes away and variety of places to eat. now thats a community where Id love to stay and live. and i do and love it so far

Hands down the best apartment complex I’ve ever lived in and property management team I’ve ever dealt with. The property is beautiful and I was so happy with my unit. I had all the modern upgrades at a really fair price when compared to similar floor plans in the area. The size of the rooms, closets, patio, and bathrooms were incredible. Maintenance was quick to address any issues I had, there is only one area of the unit I could hear the neighbors (in the bathroom sometimes, but I was surprised how much I NEVER noticed having neighbors in connected units otherwise), and the grounds and gym and pool and clubhouse are kept really clean with minimal traffic. The management company cares, and they’re constantly doing tenant appreciate events that make you feel like a valued part of a small community. I’ve never had that experience with any other apartment complex. Sometimes they’ll send me an email just to tell me they’re glad to have me — such a small gesture that goes a long way with me. Renting is so expensive now a days, but this property is worth every single penny. Thank you to the boulevard staff for making me love the space I live in and come home to every. single. day. I would recommend this space to anyone.

The Boulevard Apartments has been a nice, quiet and affordable complex to live in. I have lived here for about 8 months and have had nothing but a great experience. They are fast at responding to maintenance requests and the management staff is very great with communication. The apartments are well put together and they have remodeled to make the apartment look very modern. I would highly recommend living here.

Over priced projects.This place was the most peaceful place when we moved in 3yrs agoNow pitbulls, Gearman shepherds are just running loose.Its become very Loud.If you call after hours security.They tell ya.WE HAVE MORE IMPORTANT THINGS TO WORRY ABOUT AT OTHER COMPLEXES.But on a good note the Maintenance is top notch. Probably the best I have ever had .But as far as the high price you pay.Its not worth it.Especially if you have kids.The roaming dogs with no owners.I CANT GET OUT OF HERE FAST ENOUGHSAD TO SAY.BECAUSE THIS PLACE WAS A PEACEFUL RELAXING, BEAUTIFUL PLACE .BUT NOT ANYMORE.LIKE I SAIDCANT GET OUT FAST ENOUGH

From speedy maintenance when my AC wasnt working to amazing front office staff members who are constantly working their tails off to keep us happy. The staff is friendly, the units are polished clean, and the atmosphere is pure bliss. I highly recommend these apartments.

I just recently moved back to The Boulevard I love it ! It’s always been so quite and calm! Ronnie from the office has always been genuinely helpful and Maintenance has always responded quick I never wait more than 24 hours for them to show up. It’s always so clean! I’ve noticed pool gets cleaned every morning around 8 am that’s increíble !! I highly recommend this apt facility !

Water off February 11th 9am-3pm; Water off February 15th 7am-2pm; Water off February 18th 10am-2pm! They never shut the water off on the 11th and 15th BUT management never tells you it was Not going off, so you rearranged your days. Running the dishwater or laundry is scheduled around the water shut-offs! Water was shut off in January and now February had 3 shut off notices and I doubt its the last time this month. And, the BIGGEST lie management tells you is that that water leaks are not affecting the water bill that we pay. Simply not true.

All office staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Carla answered all my questions and went above and beyond. Beautiful community well maintained. Wonderful experience!

Moved from out of state and having to pick an apartment in three days is one of the hardest and most stressful things ever. I was lucky enough to find Lisa Fullington in the office. She is so courteous, helpful, communicative and responsible. She made me feel comfortable enough to apply. She helped me finding a right unit in an amazing deal. Thanks for that ! The move in process was seamless and fast. Overall, this is very beautiful apartment, spacious floor plans, close to everything, awesome amenities and very friendly leasing professionals! The staffs, service and location have changed my perceived value in apartment life. I rate this establishment 5+.

Run!!!! It has been problem after problem since moving in. So far the the fridge broke, the dishwasher broke, the AC broke, the doors have issues, and there’s a bug infestation. On top of all the cheap appliances and bug problems, we have neighbors that play loud music all night every night of the week.On top of all that I have a head ache every single day from the kids screaming at the park right next to my apartment. It’s completely miserable. I’ve considered breaking the lease at least 100x. And people say “kids will be kids”. And that’s great, however I’m paying high price to live somewhere I am super miserable.And last but not least....the parking lot is a nightmare! Do yourself a favor and keep looking.

I lived there for 3 years loved it, it’s well kept pool is always clean, however once the new owner took over he kept jumping the rent up and just my rent right out of there if it was more affordable I would go back but I don’t see that happening. The Ladies in the office are great

When my friends heard it, they were straight up wtf is wrong with them? Greedy? Maybe. For sure, there’s a lot wrong about this apt complex.Never ending leaking/plumbing issues. They have shut the water off 4th time this year. This is unheard of. It’s inconvenient already for adults but when you have babies and kids and no water all day? Smh.Also they sent a notice saying it’d be back on by 3:30pm today but it’s 4:30pm right now, still NOT on. Sigh sighA few months ago, on a hot summer day, there was an ac issue downstairs, the maintenance(ac pros) came in without ANY notice, knocked on my door saying they needed to cut my walls to check inside. I called the office to ask what’s up with this no notices situation, the office lady said even if I wasn’t home, they would just call me to notify me that they’re coming inside whether i liked it or not because it was “emergency”. And I have a dog but they would let the strangers come in my place due to downstairs problem without my permission..I would’ve still let them in for my downstairs but how the office ppl responded made me speechless. And then, they took a month to fix my wall. I had 3 big holes on my dining wall for a month. I guess 3 big holes on my wall wasn’t an emergency so who cares right? Smh.Then a few months in, my ac started leaking, the office mng sent the aptmaintenance ppl 4 times over a couple of months period to just patch the pipe when the pipe was actually BROKEN and I happened to find that out. So I complained then she finally sent a professional ac guy to do welding on the pipe. It took almost 3 months to fix the leakage THEN I started feeling sick out of blue(I’m a healthy person), felt nauseated and exhausted all the time for no reason, turns out there were BLACK MOLDS inside the ac vents. Wtf... they fixed it and I felt better but the whole experience was absurd.One last thing, I have a dog and I’m a responsible human to my dog. The past few months, I see so many dog poops everywhere especially small tiny ones. I thought they would fine the residents if you dont pick up after your dogs?It was organized and nice until the mng changed. Now all they focus on is holiday decorations and stuff which makes me think this place has become superficial but hollow inside, has so many many issues.Honestly can’t wait to move out.Hope people would listen to the negative reviews because those are real. One last time, it looks nice on the outside but inside? Hell nah.Only the GREAT thing about this apt is the apt maintenance team. They are awesome.

There is an old lady in the front office who is extremely rude & not helpful at all. The manager & rest of the staffs are helpful and nice. Overall it is a decent place, little bit extra priced though.

I have lived at the Boulevard over 14 years. I have seen 8 management teams and 6 owners come and go. Finally, after so many years we have a management team that is caring, professional, and completely knowing their job. The new owners are able to pour money into the Boulevard to upgrade, repair, innovate and beautify our development. Today repairs are made by a great maintenance team. They get to the repairs fast. I love it here for its convenience to shopping and highways. I give the Boulevard 4.5. Rich

I really love my apartment. Depending on where you are you have really great view of the mountains. They keep the property really neat and if you ever need maintenance theyre always fast and on top of things and always being friendly! I really like the people in the front office to theyre always so nice and have helped me with all my means no matter how big or small. Great bunch of ladies who Always go Above and beyond what I ask for. The places are super big to which is hard to find nowadays. Lots of stores around to to pick from which is always cool. Cant wait to use the pool either looks quite inviting. The gym is super quiet every time I go and I love I dont have tons of people around while Im working out. Looking forward to my life here!!!

It’s been the worst experience I’ve had with an apartment front office in my life. Moved in around October and they emailed me the paperwork for a different resident with his personal info so I can only assume someone else received mine. Someone hit my car pretty bad while in its assigned spot and when I brought it up to the office they basically told me to go f myself. And just the other day they told a friend that they assumed I was a liar for walking her dogs. I’m convinced the only reason that front office is held together is because of Lisa who’s always friendly and helpful when you go into the office. Unlike the rest who just act like you’re a huge inconvenience.

I loved living here. It is a very nice and quiet community. The neighbors were a delight and there is even a playground for little ones. The staff is amazing. Ronnie and Kathy are amazing and willing to work with residents if something comes up. There is a residents portal app that you can pay your rent thru and order maintenance when needed and maintenance staff is very quick and thorough.

Went by The Boulevard to see if they had any one bedrooms available. When I went inside the lady with the short Grey hair didnt greet me or my boyfriend but literally stared at us as if we were bothering her for even coming in. Told her we wanted to see a one bedroom she then replied by just saying well our one bedrooms are $1200 even though the website clearly says $1085. She was very rude and unprofessional and for that I just walked out. Glad she showed those colors before I decided to look any further.

I was living at this apartment complex for 2 years. The WORST 2 YEARS EVER!! 7 months into living there and they had a big water flood and had to repave concrete. Since that day COCKROACHES HAVE BEEN COMING FROM THE WALLS. They did nothing but spray and spray and nothing got resolved. We asked to be relocated and they wanted to try and charge us $150.00 to relocate! ARE YOU SERIOUS!?!? The AC leaked for over a year and nothing got done. The maintenance guy even told us from his mouth that the AC was installed 100% INCORRECT! We tried numerous of times to get this fixed and the OFFICE DID NOTHING TO FIX IT! CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS COMPLETELY.

Scammers. Just moved out and and got a letter stating 2533 in damages. Claiming they had to redo the whole floor and repaint the whole apartment after we moved out. Do not move in here!

The wife and I just moved in about 2 weeks ago. So far so good. Its very spacious and quiet. The pools are awesome. Parking is great even if you dont have a designated parking spot. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Id recommended this place to anyone.

The property is great, the landscaping and amenities are beautiful. I work in the same industry and I understand how difficult this business can be. The one thing the blows my mind is a 100 plus unit property and the office staff acts as if they are running a town. Getting them to answer the phone is useless, the office is always closed because there is a total of 3 people including management that works in there. I have a sink thats leaking and Ive been calling the office since 9am until now 1:46pm and there has been no answer. Went to the office and the sign was flipped stating they were closed until 1:40.. still have not made contact. On top of that I have been here one lease term of 12 months and I have had about 3 notices of inspection. I understand what inspections are usual because like I said I work in the business but 3 in one year for me is a little invasive. They have only had one resident function and property managements are typically big on these parties so that says a lot about this company. Also speed bumps are constantly being painted I would say this staff is pretty bored and probably should start answering the phones so they can find other task to do other than painting curbs and doing apartment inspections.

Nice apartments, just a little bit expensive, but close to my work

I just moved out of the apartment and understand the negative reviews now. I moved in and there were so many issues. Not only did they give me paint to repaint the walls and baseboards because there were hand marks and brown marks on doors and walls, the toilet was stained and had pee on it, the tub had to be refinished because it was filthy and scratched, the outlets were installed incorrectly in the kitchen and werent replaced till I argued, the patio needed to be cleaned and painted, the dryer was not in working condition for weeks because it was not properly fixed the first time I called maintenance and they interrogated me when they came to fix it, the washer/dryer doors needed to be fixed twice because those weren’t done right the first time, the garbage disposal is on its last leg and I had to have someone come out to fix that twice, the baseboard in my dining room closet was hanging off and they had to fix that, they never installed the handles on the cabinets as promised a couple weeks after I moved in, and I can go on. I pride myself on being very clean and took extremely good care of the apartment. I had a visiting pet a couple times (watched my moms declawed, neutered cat when she went out of town) and they charged me a $163 fee for that. A $163 fee is quite a bit to pay for a pet to visit but okay, I get it. However, they charged me a total of about $630 for carpet replacement for pet damage. I know that the pet did not do damage I do not feel like they did the right thing or being ethical since I am being charged almost $800 because I watched a cat for a few nights. I would understand if the cat did damage or if there were any noticeable stains on the carpet; however, I vacuumed weekly and never even allowed shoes on my carpet. There was not even one visible stain on the carpet. At this point, I would give them 0 stars if I could and would never recommend anyone move in to these apartments. If you do, take lots of before and after photos!

We are going on three years living here and we love it. Like any apartment complex, you’ll run into some issues, but the front staff have always been amazing at getting things resolved. Maintenance has always fixed any issues within a day or two of me calling them, and the grounds are always clean.

I have lived in a few apartments and nothing compares to this place. For the quality of the place, the price is great! If I have any issues they are right on it, every week they have people there cleaning up the area, and every morning there is a pool guy. Only reason I would move out if I bought a house. Everyone around is nice, the main pool is amazing, and the gym is all new. I was worried to move into another apartment but there hasnt been one problem. I am thankful for this place and what it has to offer. Whoever is looking for a new apartment should move here.

Been here almost a year and love the spacious community. Thanks for making our first apartment a nice place. From a large home in Iowa to an apartment in Phoenix was an easy transition. Thanks to Ashley for her kindness and professionalism.

Absolutely love the property, spacious floor plans, and affordable prices ! The Staff is very professional and courteous, especially Lisa, she was able to answer all our questions and truly goes above and beyond. 10/10!

Hey everyone just a heads up on something they wont tell you, their apartment are infested with bed bugs would have been nice to know.

The place is quiet and peaceful.The staff at the leasing office are so mindful in particular Ronny.My wife loves her too coz of her openness to help.

I guess it looks nice but if terrible to love in?.... I saw these apartments when I was 13 when I lived in phx, now married at 20 and needing a place I was so excited to look it up but I guess I will definitely not be living here based on these reviews... Sad

I gave my holding deposit of $150 signed that I had 48 hours to change my mind I went back less than 24 to let Ronnie know which she informed she would debit it back Thursday 6/1/17. It is Sunday 6/4 have left several messages nothing. Do not sign anything here unless absolutely sure they obviously forget about customer service if you have change your mind. Guess I will have to go higher up seriously if they can debit your card and take the money in seconds and say they are going to debit it back should not take days.

Nothing special. Definitely not luxury as they advertise, but not bad. I would say slightly better than average apartment in Phoenix, but they are overpriced. Great location makes up for the high price.

I have lived at the Boulevard for 9 years and would not live anywhere else. Granted the apartments are not worth the price, but the convenience of shopping and its location more than makes up for it. We have had really bad management and maintenance in the past, but the current teams are a vast improvement. There are to many kids and not enough for them to do. I believe that the residents that claim there are to many rules, would break them anyway.

Staff in the leasing office is rude. They are not luxury apartments like they advertise. Expensive compared to the quality of appliences etc. Pool is nice, gym is nice, location is great. Thats about it

Natalie in the front office is the best she helped me out alot getting into my first apartment been here for about 5 months and i love it no problems at all maintenance is quick and helpful . robin is also very nice and always helpful i was going to move out after my lease is done but i might stay here another year ! super convenient lots of stores around ! would definitely recommend living here !!

My family and I have been here for about 2 weeks, and everything has been great so far. We came from Tempe to live closer to my job, and it was an amazing experience with acquiring an apartment here. We had the pleasure of working with Lisa and she was very transparent and we felt a very good vibe right away with her and the other ladies in the office. My two year old daughter warmed up to them very quickly, which is rare for her; so that was another good sign for my wife and I to make this place our home.I have one major thing to give them credit for: My lease at my previous apartment was up the 29th of May, and we were kind of stretched with our finances since we just paid our last month of rent there, and we looked at an apartment with Boulevard that was within our price range, but the move in date was for May 10th. We didn`t have the funds to move in on that day and we didn`t want to miss out on this apartment, so Lisa talked to Monica about having us move in on the 18th instead, which she was not necessarily obligated to do. These ladies have gone above and beyond with presenting outstanding customer service, and they really made a great impression on us for sure.If you have read up to this point, then you`re a trooper!!The apartment is bigger than the one we had in Tempe, and it`s proportioned very well, and the air conditioner works great with the ceiling fans. The grounds are maintained very well, and the pool is great.The area is pretty quiet aside from some traffic, but nothing to scoff at. This is the first apartment that I`m considering to renew my lease with next year, unless of course I want to purchase a house instead.

After catching Momma B short and nasty comment about our staff...........I am choosing to complete my take on The Boulevard Luxury Homes/Apartments....Staff ... both Administration and Facility Maintenance ....Im Beau ...and... certainly do not mind using my Real Name to leave my insightful review..To this day....which includes a 2-day Facility Repair Appointment I just have had completed with The Most Efficient two Very Capable Handy-Men on Staff ...Alejandro and the famous Keelvin .....to say the least; It takes a complete and satisfactory work order completion to impress me....Im very handy myself ( having grown up in a Mississippi Cotton Belt Delta teaching family ) ...My most talented Dad was Famous for his Agriculturally Trained Teaching Status as The Best of the Best in the state of Mississippi....who taught me Everything I know....and I realize at 68...I know a whole Lot....My Beautiful True Genuine Southern Belle of Coffeeville Mississippi...as was my Dad (Sweethearts from a very very young love inspiration...) was the Life of Everyones Smile !!! I am actually quite shocked to read any negative reviews. I moved here from out of state and was able to do everything virtually and with E signatures which made life a lot easier. I also had a lot of questions and anxiety due to the fact that I had a very short window.Monica and Ronnie made everything smooth and painless. I have been so impressed and taken back not only by both these lovely ladies, but the maintenance staff as well. I honestly can say that I have never lived anywhere that has been so prompt and on top of communication as this staff at the Boulevard is.I also had an influx of boxes being delivered to my place during a time that I was traveling. I asked if they would be willing to assist me in possibly putting the boxes in my home and guess what, they did it, not only did they do it, but these boxes were heavy and there were a lot of them, talk about going the extra mile!!! And with a smile lol !!!The apartment itself is great as well. I love my patio and the overgrown trees and the grounds are kept beautifully. It is spacious, has high ceilings, big bathrooms and awesome closets!! The air conditioner works great and the apartments is in great condition.I am so happy that I moved here! It is an excellent location and work is now a 10 minute commute. You cant get better than that! You have major highways all within about a 5 minute drive and multiple stores EVERYWHERE - SHOPPERS HEAVEN! Anything you could think of really is nearby or next door. Great restaurants within walking distance.Its also very quiet which I like, I dont hear anything disturbing ever.You should also ask about the incentives they have for certain companies, which I had no idea about, however, they offered the information and now I get a little discount!!! Every penny counts, doesnt it!?!?! How nice that I didnt even have to ask about it, they told me!!I could go on and on, but long story short, Im very appreciative of the level of attentiveness and service I receive on top of feeling like the staff that works here, really cares!!!KUDOS TO ALL THE BLVD. STAFF FROM THIS HAPPY & THANKFUL RESIDENT!! PROUD TO SAY SO!!!

These people wanna take your money right away but when you decide you dont wanna live there geting the money back is a problem a week once youve told them u donrt want to live in then they dont want to answer the phone when calling for 2 hours strait After being told they woild call me when the mail come in.Very shady business and management.

Worst place you could ever live.. too expensive for what you get with their cheap appliances and thin walls. they are under new management, I assumed they would be better managed but Alyssa the new manager is worse than the last. I should of went to Vaseo before coming here.. Dont get me wrong they have a nice pool but thats about the ONLY thing going for them
