If youre a new customer, a woman planning to go here alone, or not one of their friends---Id suggest finding a different business, unless you have time to waste, and willing to be disrespected as a potential customer. There is no predictability with this business. Google says this business opens at 9 AM, but I did my research and found their social media page that said they open at 7AM. I arrived at 7:35, but no one was there. I left a message the day before and the morning of, and hadnt heard back. So, I thought maybe they actually open at 9AM instead. I arrived at 9:18, AM, no one answered the front door, but there was a man working in the back speaking to a customer. He and I made eye contact as I stood by their front door, so I thought hed take care of me next because I was the only new person to arrive. This didnt happen. Instead, another man rolled right up to him and he was taken care of instead of me. When I finally got to speak with the worker, he told me that the man who arrived AFTER me was their last customer. I explained that I came at earlier at 7 AM, and also came before their last customer--they did not care or accommodate me. Harvey then came out, and told me that I did not arrive at 7 AM because he left at 7:15, so when I showed the 7:35 AM timestamp on my phone---he told me that I lost my place in line, and that he was pretty much all booked by 7:35---even though he was only at the shop for 15 minutes.... I asked about the last customer, who cut in front of me--Harvey says that that customer already talked to him weeks in advance to schedule an appointment. I was confused because he makes it clear that its walk-ins only, first come first serve. Ultimately, Im sure theyre competent in installing tint, but do not expect professional service. Again, if youre a woman, its like going to a car dealer or mechanic, you may want to bring a man with you---and thats Shady-ville.

I got there early and Harvey took care of me. He said in and out in 30mins and he dident disappoint. Matched my front windows up with the back and the tint looks great.

Got my windows tinted on my 07 Equinox. Didnt get his name but he was very professional. Got the job done quickly and the price was very fair. I would def recommend this place.

It took me a week to finally get my car in there as it is first come first serve. My daughter picked my car up 7 hours later after dropping it off with damage to the back bumper. The work looked ( reason for 2 stars) good but when I got back in town I saw the damage and of course he denies it and does not take responsibility. There is no parking spots, no lot, your car is being set on the side of the road where it could be damaged. I would not recommend you take your car to this place. I will now be payin to repair my bumper as well as the window tinting. Not professional, and careless with your property!

It was a good experience first time going. I hve no complaints..The Guy doing the tint said car would be ready in four hours, but I was Abel to pick it up in less thn tht time. I Gave him a $10 tip for job well done.

This guy was almost too professional. He was responsive to communication. And explained my options with a custom order, and made good recommendations without being pushy. Im very happy with the service and the product

Alot of businesses would work smoothly if you had appointments, and not do first come first serve. Its a mess over there. And no entrance. Ill spend my money elsewhere.

Just had one of my vehicles tinted, Harvey did an amazing job!! He’s really nice, super professional, prices can’t be beat!! I couldn’t be any happier l, I wish I could have had my other vehicles done by him... definitely highly recommended. I’ll be back for future work!!!

The gentleman who I met there was very polite.(Sorry, I cannot remember his name)My windows look awesome. He even put on my rain guards for me. He also does not charge ridiculous prices for his work.He did such an awesome job, I have a friend going there!
