My husband and I had our 2019 Chevrolet Impala tinted today. Upon arrival, we were greeted by a young man who immediately pulled the car in. They have a clean and comfortable waiting area with a display of the tint and how each percentage looked. He was very knowledgeable about the tint they offered which helped us decide what percentage and type felt comfortable for us, and, thankfully, there was no pressure to get the most expensive one. It seemed like we barely got sat down before the car was finished. The whole process from the time we pulled up to the time the car was completed was right about half an hour. Once the car was in the shop, the team got stated and didn’t stop until it was finished. This was our first time getting a car tinted and Car-Optics made the process easy from start to finish. We highly recommend this shop and will refer all of our friends. I highly recommend making an appointment as these guys keep really busy. I called at the beginning of May and wasn’t able to get in until 3 weeks later. It was well worth the wait because the car looks great! We are very pleased with our new tint!

Super quick and easy to set up appointment. They text to remind/confirm appointment 4/hrs prior. When I arrived they took their time to explain and walk me through options and how to best match back factory tinted windows. Once I selected tint multiple guys jumped right in and got it done almost faster than it took me to write this review. Definitely will be returning and referring anyone looking to get their wheels tinted.

Great group of guys, I was later for my appointment, these guys still got in and out in less than an hour. They really need to get that sign fixed asap, they were a little hard to find. Work was fast, clean, and very professional, and these were young guys too. I have two other cars that I will be getting done soon. And one other thing, the price was more then fair. Check them out. The guys at car optics know what theyre doing.Timely communication to set an appt andquick service one arrived ~45min for all windows. Quality work for a reasonable price, highly recommend.Only minor complaint I have is streak lines on my doors from the spray adhesive but i can easily clean that myself.

This is the 2nd time I have used this company. They are efficient, professional, and informative. They are respectable and accommodating. They pushed me into a spot when they were booked solid with appointments. The precision of the tint fit on my windows was perfect. Wonderful group of guys who ate very patient, and are willing to answer all questions until completely understood. They come highly recommended.

I took my vehicle per the reviews and photos I‘d seen on their web page. Three (3 days after tint job was completed) I attempted to roll down the passenger window I noticed a crunching sound which was followed by the corner left bottom half of the tint peeling off (See images below - $220 Value of Total Tint Job) I immediately reached out to Car Optics and was told via text to just bring it in (see screenshot below of text with the owner and manager ED) and that they would take care of it. However, when I arrived for them to fix I was told that it was a miscommunication around what was said via text and that they were booked and I would have to wait almost two (2 weeks for them to fix damage from bad tint job) so I requested to speak to the manager and was told by the owner/manager to “stay away from us and that he wasn’t going to fix anything” Shortly after being told this via phone by the Manager/owner ED I sent a screenshot of all the correspondence as a reminder of facts....suddenly he replies “you can bring the car in the morning for them to look and actually fix” the damage bad tint job. This is not good business. Very unprofessional to be told by the owner to “stay away” and that they will not fix it. Especially after a bad tint job and considering it came with a 1 year warranty. Honestly I don’t feel comfortable going back after the way I was spoken to by manager/owner. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Not worth the time and trouble to deal with. Great Product- However I think it was maybe the method of installation of tint - not properly applied. DON’T BELIEVE THE HYPE ...STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE‼️

I found Car Optics on a google search as this was my first time tinting the windows of my car. I sent a message to them and they responded timely. I called and was able to make an appointment at a time that worked for me. When I showed up I was greeted right away and shown where I could wait. The gentleman who worked there went over the types of tint with me and the process. They got started timely and I was finished in less than 20mins (I was only having the driver and passenger windows done to match the factory tint on the rest of the car). The quality of work and the price couldn’t be beat. Thank you Car Optics and I look forward to doing business again in the future. I would highly recommend Car Optics!!!

Ive been getting my windows tinted here for years. They use good quality tint. Ive never had issues with their tint nor installation quality. I had an appointment for my Tundra and was in and out within like 15 minutes (just the front 2 windows). My current Supra has had tint from here for about 10 years. Still no issues. I had my old supra back in 2008 had some peeling because of how the door closes. I brought it back and they fixed it no questions. Sold the car to my friend in 2010 and tint looks good. Highly recommend these guys.

These guys were so rude on the phone when I tried to book both my cars on a Saturday that I didnt bother using them. The guy that answered the phone told me I wouldnt bother booking that type of car on the weekend, youd have to do that Monday thru Friday. He sounded like he couldnt even be bothered to talk to me about my second vehicle. I get some people have bad days at work, but at least make an attempt to be nice to your customers, or potential customers. You lost me and anyone that wants a recommendation to tint in Philly.
