You deserve it B)
The fundamental problem with Road Runner is that it is a waste removal broker. This means that they control your account but then bid out your various trash services--compost, recycling, trash, etc.---to various companies like Waste Management. This caused a lot of headaches, wasted time, and unfortunately additional expenses.Though they shop around to get you the best prices--(I used the company in two locations over a span of about 8 months and they offered the best price at both locations)--it simply isnt worth the headache. Often the service companies would miss a day, or halt service without notification, or not deliver additional bins on time.To get any sort of resolution, I would have to call RoadRunner, who would then have to call our THREE different service companies. They never knew the answers because it wasnt their guys servicing our account. Things which should have been solved in an hour often took a week. The straw that broke the camels back was the multiple charges we received for overages and bin drop offs piled up from one company, because ANOTHER company missed their compost bin drop off deadline by 2 weeks. Sound way too confusing for basic trash removal... Well it was.2 months later they still have not removed their bins from our premises even though we have constantly followed up. Even with months of documented errors and poor service they try everything they can to nickle and dime.
