This company is extremely professional. Theyre very punctual They showed up on time and completed the job pretty quickly. I would USE THEM AGAIN and AGAIN and AGAIN! GREAT COMPANY! Great prices and I am very GRATEFUL and GRATIFIED of the hard work performed for me. I had alot trash outside my house everything was in my yard against my fence. I was facing getting a fine and then I found Lot-a-Junk, when I called these guys they saved the day and they saved me money. They hauled everything away with no problem.

Avoid at all costs. What?! Marcus, your response obviously reflects your interaction with someone else. What you are describing was definitely not my job. You obviously have too many unhappy customers to keep track.

The best ever!I called mark to remove my old sofa that I had to badly replace with a new one because I have pets that secretly lay and play on my things more than do their own So you can just imagine how that may have turned out for me. Not So Good! However, the crew Mark sent over to help me on the other hand was great.I was in much need of his professional services and Marks crew Steve and Jon made things easy for me. After removing my old sofa they offered to assemble my new 3 piece section for free and again they saved the day.I will use Mark and his crew again they are very helpful, fast and a true pleasure to have found.

The Absolute Best!!!On time and the Service was excellent they are everything they promised to be.The job was done right the first time. *No need to call another company these guys finish what they start* Im all around happy with the work performed.Mark quoted me a price over the phone( No hassle) like a few other removalist that I spoke with who werent to enthused about giving me a price upfront But I have to say Mark at Lot-a-junk, was the complete opposite and They were all The Most Helpful and the better choice for me. Marcus and Mike were not only very professional, they were on time, stayed until the job was done, cleaned up, and were willing and able to do an extra job with no problem at all. Lot a Junk answered their phone and scheduled to do the job the next day. When I first saw there was only two men and a pick up truck, I was thinking, there is no way they are going to do the job. I had a great experience with Lot-a-Junk. They were on-time, communicative and very professional. I would absolutely recommend them.

These guys stood me up!! Unprofessional, disorganized. Do Not use them. I would give them zero stars if it were an option.I arranged for a business cleanout 5 days in advance, texted the day before to confirm, called the morning and spoke to two different people. They asked for photos 3 times, which I sent and still never received an estimate. No one called to say they werent coming, and when they never showed I called again. The response was they were having trouble getting a crew together.
