I am very displeased with the service. I went in on Saturday 4/22/17 to get a full set of coffin glitter nails for my birthday, pedicure, and eye lashes (after I just got my hair done at the Dominican Salon). Everything was great and I felt great. I noticed a sign in the nail salon that was stated there is a one day guarantee for eyelashes, so I thought that was wonderful. The eyelashes were $22. Another nail tech told me no water, and I followed that completely. I woke up on Sunday and saw that my right eyelash had come off in the inner portion (about 1 third) and twisted. I was not mad, but unfortunately it was very noticeable. I had to do a lot of things that day which involved being outside and around people, also going to church as well, so unfortunately because they are closed Sundays I had to remove the eyelashes. I made sure I took photos of the eyelashes and made sure the camera showed the date and time. I called Monday and spoke to the nice gentleman that works there. He was very nice and laughed with me about having to remove because one eyelash was off. He told me it is ok and to come in. I could not come in Monday or Tuesday because the hours they are open I am at work and/or graduate school. I returned Wednesday before I had to attend my class. I spoke to the lady who did my eyelashes and she gave me an attitude. She said I would have to pay $10 for the supplies. I told her that the sign said one day guarantee. She said she needs to remove the sign and something like You people always do this. I know the kind of work I do. I was offended by that because I never even had eyelashes done so she was grouping me in with other people. Even another customer told me I would be better off doing it myself rather than pay an extra $10. The lady who did my eyelashes then told me it is cheap and dont do it myself. Me being the type of person I am, I continued with her saying I returned because you have a sign up for 1 day guarantee but were closed Sunday. Then she went on to say that she has no way of knowing when the lashes came off. I responded with my evidence regarding the photos. She then said she would redo the lashes this once (didnt need to see pictures). I waited patiently as she finished the nails of another woman, never asking how long. A lady next to me came in and another nail technician started on her. That was fine because the lady who did my eyelashes is the only one why does eyelashes. I had been waiting for about thirty minutes, when two young girls came in impatient, holding about $7. After about 5 min of them waiting they asked the eyelash lady how long was the wait. She said 5 minutes. I kept silent and just waited for what was going to happen. About ten min later she finished with the nails. She called the eyebrow customer over. I said Excuse me. Are you going to do my eyelashes? in an agitated tone. She said something like yes but she is going to do the eyebrows first. I told her But Ive been waiting for a while (It was about 40 min, and the young girls were waiting 10-15 min). She said something like she is doing theirs first at which point I just got up and walked out as she was still talking. I was already 30 min late for my class. Mind you, I already had intentions to give her a tip of $5-8 for redoing the eyelashes for me. I just think it was VERY poor customer service on her end. I will spend my $80 plus tip for nails, feet, and eyelashes somewhere else. I was just getting back into the swing of things for my nails, feet, and was going to add the lashes in, treating myself every two weeks. T.I. Nails, you lost a customer who had NO problem spending money. I just was not going to spend money when there is a 1 day guarantee on $22 eyelashes! She had the nerve to tell me I need to take the sign down. Im just disappointed. That is not how your treat customers. The day I got my lashes done, I was even telling people how much I loved them. I wont be returning to T.I. nails.

The woman did my feet. So good I will go back thats the only place I go to any way nice and clean the neiborhood is bad but everything is good

I only let the owner do my eyebrows, thats it!! I haven’t really felt for the pedicure but I do see they have improved services so maybe I’ll give it a shot. They have hired more & much better experience nails techs to get the job done. They have definitely gotten much much better with their nail service. I am definitely satisfied with my fingernails & eyebrows 💯%. I love me some “T” but I call her “Tiny”

I have a bitter sweet experience they do ok nails but are slow like 2 hour slow for nails. Take my daughter here all the time the first two times was nice the design she wanted looked way off from the picture. This time she went to a new girl she gets them super short! They was way to squared off ! 🤦‍♂️🤷🏾‍♀️

I went here for the first time the other day and was beyond pleased! The atmosphere they give off is just so genuine & friendly. Liz was amazing and did a great job on my nails Becky did my feet and was also a job well done, this is definitely my permanent spot now.

My favorite nail salon to attend. Eyelashes always last past 2 weeks and Tony is super fun. Ive been going here since the now owners sister was running it. The have cat eye polish, mood changing polish and marble polish. Coffin nails are nice to. But only let Tony, the owner (2nd table) or her daughter do your nails. They are the best

Been going for years I have never had any problems. If I dont think the color looks good they are more then happy to change it and help me pink something I feel comfortable with. The youngest lady in there I often wait for her she makes my trip there well worth the long drive.

I first got here and it was a little crowded. When I came in I was greeted and I sat down and waited. I must say it was a bit loud, but it was the customers. I came in at 6:30 pm and did not get out until about 9:30pm. The wait was a little long but I’m very picky of how I want my nails and stuff so I was willing to wait. The pedicure was very pretty and my heels are soft as a babies butt. Liz helped me the entire experience I had here. She was really cool, funny and nice. She helped me pick my color. My toes were pretty. Then she got someone to do my nails she told her what I wanted and also let me know that she was good. When I tell you Becky shaped my nails sooo good the color she put on just wasn’t dark enough. Liz fixed them and they are very pretty she took her time even tho they was closed she didn’t rush or get an attitude. Last but not least my eyebrows was messed up SHE BROUGHT THEM BACK TO LIFE I was amazed and happy. I will definitely be returning here for now on. My new favorite place

I got a fillin that took almost 2 hours. And I asked for coffin shape and got almost every nail pointing to the side. Not to mention that my fingers are literally in pain from the lady cutting me with the drill repeatedly. Also they left acrylic under the nails didn’t bother to clean them either. I was excited when I heard the price but I would have paid more to have what I like

Pedicures here are heavenly! The way my feet were rubbed with oil and a hot rag. Highly recommended

Just moved to the neighborhood and found this nail salon while out walking. Stopped in and got a refill, pedicure and eyebrow wax. Awesome!! My favorite salon, they are so friendly. Only been there three times and they remember me 😊

I.went on a weekday afternoon.So it was pieceful and quiet. I loved my service. I got a pedicure with blue polish. The workers were nice and did a good job. I will definitely return.

I love the eyebrows lady. Shes the best! The conversation between the staff & customers can get out of hand. Today the tech said to a customer its tax season that must be why were so busy. Also a lady there with 3 small kids verbally & physically abused her kids to stay quiet, while she got a pedi, & they turned a blind eye.

Although its not the most upscale nail because of its location, the services that are provided are very professional. The tight knit nail salon staff knows you by name and is able to adapt to all scenarios for your liking. Everyone is licensed and friendly.

Daisy and Liz are the best techs there always on the latest and hottest trends.

I will never come back here. The people are ghetto having inappropriate conversations with the customers. I got a full set and the lady filed my skin I started bleeding and the acrylic was bubbly and loppsided. The other worker had to come and file them straight and it was way to thick. Horrible
