Diamond Spa is a very good established business. Its very clean and quiet the employees are professional and polite. The prices are reasonable for the services they provide. I loved my massage and facial they were the best.

I had two terrible experiences there. The first was last year after the best masseuse had quit, and the next best was unavailable. The owner said he was available. During the massage, he repeatedly was ineffective, and he became very defensive when I gently asked for more pressure, or balanced massage, or that he massage an area that he missed. He started speaking critically of the women whose work I had liked. He realized he had not done a good job, offering 10 percent off.I returned, recently, only because I had two massages remaining in the purchased package. The woman who previously had been second best masseuse was startling in the decline of the quality of her massage, making minimal effort to break up body tension in some areas, and skipping over numerous areas. Always mindful to keep the connection with the massage therapist positive and relaxed, in order to have a good experience, I was gentle, positive, never critical. Perhaps she was suffering from pandemic related fatigue????When I got to the front desk, afterward, I made no complaint, as I had one prepaid massage remaining. The owner said he was refunding my money for the remaining massage. He was about to give me less than the credit remaining, until I spoke up. I am grateful that I had found an excellent spa close by, which I will review.

Good salon. Love the atmosphere. But only go for basic services. Even with reservations they rush you on and out and amend the requested services. Staff is nice enough and the pricing is straightforward.

First time here, trying to keep it on the hill and support the Avenue businesses. We had lovely pedicures, so clean and careful and relaxing. My feet have never felt better.I also got my eyebrows waxed which over the years have really gotten abused between over plucking, shaving (why!?!?) in my younger years, and most recently straight up neglect. Incredible eye brow wax to keep the somewhat fullness I had and shaped to perfection.Definitely will return and highly recommend.

This is my go to stop for my nails. They do a great job. I love the leg massage and the hot stones. I always leave feeling better then when i came in. The staff is Awesome. A big shout out to Lucy. She is just great.

Okay after my not-stellar last visit, Diamond Spa has been redeemed by Umi!!! So friendly and did a PERFECT job with my nails. She fixed the miss-shapen nails- its hard work to keep my fingers from looking stubby.

I took time out for myself and got a facial full deep tissue massage and my nails done and the whole experience was top notch.. Everyone gave a 110% to make sure my experience was good even feel a sleep from my facial and massage..well be going back soon

Amazing! My experience was extraordinary! You have to go there for yourselves. Just have your money ready. Its expensive because you get pampered. Worth it!!

The man in the front and Jasmine were lovely. Otherwise this place is way over priced and I guess were too lazy or cheap to just give me the oil to wrap my pedicure? Just handed me 2 plastic bags and when I asked for the oil, claimed I didnt need it. Wrapped my feet, put on my shoes and what a surprise, screwes up my way over priced pedicure. When I brought it to their attention they looked at me like I had 4 heads. Do yourself a favor, go somewhere less expensive, there is literally no reason to spend 33 percent more coming here.

I just had my first Brazilian Wax experience with the technician Julie.I just wanted to report that I am not happy with the service.1. It is my understanding that a full brazilian wax includes the entire genital and perirectum area. Julie asked my if I wanted the rear are done. I feel that should have been assumed, and when I talked to other people about it, I was also told that I should have been repositioned on the table to get better access and better results for the area.2. I also understand that no area should be re-waxed, or have skin areas waxed more than once. Julie went over several area 2-3 times.3. I didnt expect any tweezing. It is my understanding that there should not have been any tweezing involved, and frankly it was worst part of the entire experience. I understand that shorter hairs are harder to wax, but if the hairs were short, it was because she trimmed them to short before beginning. I came to the spas with 2 months of full growth with no shaving or cutting.4. I have no paid for and had a full brazilian wax, but still have errant hairs that I have to tweeze myself, or shave on top of newly waxed skin.Not happy
