Not too pricey! Great service!

DO NOT GO HERE!! I went to get the cow design and they said they could do it. When they were halfway through they said they didn’t know how to do what they were already doing.. I left and realized how bad my nails look so I called to ask them to fix it. They said they would fix it for free but when I went back they tried to charge me! They finally agreed to fix my nails and when they did this they were SO ROUGH AND MEAN! They literally yelled at me and then were really aggressive and actually hurt my fingers to the point that I couldn’t take it anymore and had to leave. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! Very unprofessional and a terrible experience. Look what they did to my fingers...

I went to this place two times with me and my two daughters. Both times they charged me different prices then they had hanging on the wall both times adding on money. This time the 2nd time time was a worse experience then the first.. I did my toes regular and fingers gel. I told them 3 times the color is different one is an orange tone the other is a pink tone. I wanted them the same. Then they have a sign debit min of 10 dlollars. The only sign about cash was tipping. Their debit machine did not work. I then went to the Atm that did not work. So i told them i would leave my daughters and go to my bank on Aramingo (Wells Fargo). While I was gone they closed and locked the doors with my daughters in there asking them where we lived. When i went in to take the money in everyone was staring complete embarrassment. It was not my fault the machines where not working and like i already mentioned they did not have a cash only sign.

The girls are nice, and they talked me into getting dip nails cause I keep my nails short anyway, the only thing i dont like is when they do pedicures its really fast they dont take the time to make sure my heels are smooth

If I can give NO STAR= 0 . ..I WOULD. I not coming back to this nasty place. I never had I pedicure without soaking my feet less that 5 mins. when I asked why?? she said she was really busy. Because of that I got a really bad rash. Ive made an appointment with an foot specialist. The lady owner has a very nasty attitude 😒

I just get a regular manicure, some salons don’t do this very well. Not so at Jade. My nails look beautiful, cuticle trimmed to perfection! My hands feel wonderful too, excellent hand massage!

The owner is rude, no point of an appt because you’ll still wait forever, there’s one man in there that does nails great. They have a sign up that says do not tip with your card, so I tipped cash, and when I left, the owner went and changed my amount and added a tip of $13, then when I question her she says She didn’t know what I was talking about, then she changes it to I told her too, whole time she didn’t even know who she was speaking with. She also doesn’t go by the prices on her prices chart, she makes up the prices as she go, charging different all the time. She tried to use this pandemic to over charge ppl. I also gotten my lashes done here, when I went to grab the glue to see what kind she used, she snatched the glue, here we are a month later and I’m still trying to take them off, they are pulling all my lashes out, nothing wrk, oil, lotion, constantly washing my face, nothing!!! I’m starting to think she used crazy glue. And as far as a pedicure goes, your will sit there forever waiting to get a 5 minute pedicure. They also leave the doors open, I was getting ate up by mosquito. Ive been here twice and both times had bad experience. Sad part is, I loved the way the male worker did my nails.

Came to get lash extensions at noon, I was told to make an appointment so I wouldnt have to wait. I thought that was great, but came back for my set appointment at 3pm and sat there for 40+ minutes waiting. No they weren’t busy either, ONE person was in here getting something done and about 5 people walked in after and got serviced immediately. The woman (assuming the owner) didn’t say anything while we waited besides it’ll be 5 more minutes after already waiting 20 minutes. I dont recommend this place to anyone.

The owner Mary is awesome and always takes great care of me! I always leave there happy. She does such a good job that I can go once a month to see her!!

Used to enjoy coming here, not anymore. They over book their appointments and have people sitting around for hours. Came for an appointment and after an hour so wasnt seen- but a girl who didnt have an appointment was seen. I walked out and will not be going back.

Will definitely go back... The boss lady is a bit of a dragon.... But the girl did my Mani Pedi... Just fine... Takes debit, but cash only tips 🤔. Awkward 🙄. Very convenient to my house and I have been going here for a very long time... Off and On... My favorite place for nails in the neighborhood! So ...

Relatively warm day and the door was open with no a/c on. There were flies and dust in many areas. Staff are very friendly but the place needs a good cleaning. I needed a last minute pedi and the girl was good. First and last visit.

I had the most magical time at Jade Nails. I never had a pedicure in my whole life until today and it was the most soothing experience i have ever had. I had my feet soaked, rubbed, lotioned in millions of lovely scented oils and lotions. I had my toe nails painted and they look beautiful. I am going to become a regular at this salon. They were so clean. I watched them clean everything!!!

Ive tried this salon out twice and will never go back. The first time I was there, they did my dip gel nails in the wrong color. Not the biggest deal, but I was not happy paying to get my nails done and not receive what I asked for. I thought Id give them a second chance but it ended up being a complete mess. They did everything wrong. I specifically asked them to not shorten my nails and they cut them quite a bit. They reshaped them and it turned out completely uneven on every single nail-- I had to redo them myself, which shortened them even more. They did get the color right at the very least. Not worth the money

The ladys who did my nails were nice but, when I was done and ready to pay, the owner told me the card machine was broken and I had to pay with cash. They should’ve told customers that before getting their nails done. Seems like common sense to put a sign up or something

The reason why I gave this place a 3 star review is because they dont accept credit cards. My mom and I got our nails done and it was a inconvenience. The workers are nice. Another thing is that there were way too many flies flying around. Another thing is that the nail polish I picked was emptyed or all dried up. Last thing is that when the lady was doing my toes she cut my cuticles and I bled a little when I left.

Pedicure was fine. Worst manicure ive ever had. Each nail is a different length and shape. She cut some of them so short she was painting my finger tips. First and last visit. I do not recommend..

I would give no stars if I could.I went in Friday 6/21 at 1230pm - waited about 10 mins to be seen - no big deal. Mary is just so awful - she is mean and rough. She took my gel off first, then took me to soak for a pedicure (in SCALDING HOT water) I asked her to cool the water down and she responded what is the problem as she stuck her hand in the water I proceed to sit for 70 minutes for a regular pedicure while she kept getting up, going to the basement, doing waxes, etc. After I complained about the wait ( If I come in first, you should wait on me, not take acrylics off of someone who came in after me, or wax someone who came after me) she then BURNED ME WITH THE HOT TOWEL. She is an awful business owner - didnt apologize. I told her to forget all of it - paint the toenails so I can leave. I will never go back ever. They are awful, she is awful, the polishes are old, what a joke.....

I went to this salon few times I’ve got my nails done here. Eye lashes and pedicure even my eye brows this is the worst place to go for all those thingsMe and a friend attended here first time our eye lashes I paid $25 for she did not put them on correctly irritated my eye I left there and the lash came right off. I went right back in there when Mary and some other lady decided to rip the lash off ripping my real lashes off with itAsked for a refund she refused2nd time I’ve got my nails done this lady who did my lashes who I refused to go to ended up doing my nails filed my nail so hard she broke skin and I was bleeding all over her used toolsMy eyebrows was not done correctly it’s like they put wax on nothing and ripped it offPedicure they do not use bleach they use hand soap and fabric softener to clean tubs and there tools I physically watched her try to rinse it off after she just used it on my friend to do my feet with yesterday 5/21/19 after she left my feet in water for 2 hours and attended to people who came in after me so I left the salon. And they tried to make me pay for my feet to sit in water for 2 hours for all that I could of sat in my tub 💯 if anyone decides to go to this salon I highly recommend Kim because she fixes all my issues there

I would never come back here again. I got a gel manicure and regular pedicure. I had an appointment and the lady was rude and was rushing me while picking my color. She skipped things that usual nail techs would never skip. The worst part was she must have scheduled another appointment after mine because not only was the nail tech rushing but the lady after me came in and was standing behind me tapping her foot pacing back and forth behind me for 30 mins. The next day two of my nails had already chipped and when i went back to fix them, the next day I woke up with 3 more nails chipped. This place is unprofessional and I wouldn’t tell someone i hated to come here.

I came for a refill on my nails and was very disappointed. The salon does not disinfect their tools properly or dispose of single use tools, which is made obvious by the white nail residue from previous clients on the tools. This is against the law. But the sanitation aside- the nail tech did a half-a**ed job and was rushing even though there was no wait after me. I asked her 3 times to fix a nail that was crooked and she still left it crooked. She skipped some steps of the service such as the hot towel, hand massage, lotion and cuticle oil. Overall Im very disappointed and will not be returning to this salon.

Great place to have your nails done. Sometimes it can be a little busy but the friendly staff and quality of work makes it well worth the wait.

This plae is really called Janes Nails, its a small place with only 3 people to d oyour nails but i always come out happy with my nails and never have any problems. Its clean and priced well! They do a great job with full sets, overlays, manis and pendis! No air brush, but the hand painted suff still looks good!
