Friendly environment and they do a great job on your nails. So far I have gotten gel manicure and a full set with acrylic & have enjoyed they way they have done my nails. I will continue to visit this nail salon as I have been visiting other nail salons in roxborough and havent had a great experience. This nail salon will be the spot to go to!

Great experience! Temp check, hand washing and plastic screens. Everyone was taking the necessary precautions to make it a safe experience. They spent extra time really doing everything right, not rushing through my pedicure like other nail salons in the area.

I tried several places when I moved and not only is Lisas the most affordable they have done the best job on my nails by a long shot. I have gone twice so far and both times they have been absolutely fabulous for me! I do wish they had a slightly larger selection of gel colors and had the colors swatched so I could pick them easier but for the price and quality I will definitely be back.

I had given up on getting nails done around here some time ago, having tried pretty much every place remotely nearby. Im not a difficult client, but since I moved to Philly from Bucks County I couldnt find a place that could reliably give me and help me maintain a good set of acrylics in my preferred shape. Lots of places with wine, new lighted tables and ambience - none with consistently great nail artists. In mid fall I read a review for Lisa and thought, why not, I never had tried it and at least I could get a set for a week or something.I am beyond glad that I saw that review. Anne knows nails, like from Apex to cuticle and everything in between the woman knows nails. On top of that she and her staff are sweet, decent people who always seem truly happy to see clients. The ambience is cheerful workplace - its not elegant, but your nails will be if thats the look you request. I accidentally went to the place several doors up for my first refill after initial visit (thats a review for another day, if ever, bc I dont like to do critical reviews) and realized too late that it wasnt Lisa Nails. I should have known right away as its much more upscale-ish (and not a bit inviting or friendly) but I just thought they had redecorated..duh. I will never make that mistake again. I had to go get them repaired by Ann asap.So Im a happy regular. If youre at all like me - a person who wants a good, consistent, reliable nail lady I highly recommend Lisa.

My boyfriend and I wanted a nice affordable pedicure and we received quality spa treatment for $20 each. The women were very kind, professional and thorough especially since we were coming back for NYC.We will definitely return for another visit. Perhaps a manicure and pedicure combo.

I just got my nails done and I must say Lisa salon exceeded my expectations. Lisa is very gentle and sweet, her entire staff made me feel comfortable. Im extremely picky when it comes to my nails, surprisingly Lisa nailed it. The price is reasonable and the service is awesome. I will definitely go back. Thanks Lisa.

This place is my go-to. I always come here for my nails and I always leave happy. Lisa the owner is so kind and sweet and the atmosphere is friendly and clean. The prices are cheap but the quality is good. I would 100% recommend

Went here after a coworker recommended it to me and I couldn’t be happier! The staff were nice and attentive and my nail tech did a great job. Some of the colors could be updated (some seemed like they had been sitting there for awhile) but I found a great color and got a gel mani. Will definitely return!

Ive been going to a lot of stylish nail salons where it was a very long wait, service was rushed due to long wait of many customers. My nails and toes was ok but it was way to much acrylic making it look uneven and my nails didnt last for a week. I googled nail salons that opens on Sundays. Lisas Nail Salon popped up so I gave them a try. I must say the atmosphere was very warming, pleasant and welcomed. They take their time doing their work but move in a orderly manner to serve their customers promptly without a long wait. Very reasonably price you will not be disappointed. Nails and toes last and always neat. Thumbs Up 👍

Love love love this nail salon. I was looking for a new nail salon not too far from where I live. Read some reviews on this place and gave it a try. I have been going faithfully every 2 weeks for the last 8 months . Ann, Two, and the other ladies are extremely friendly and they take their time . Sometimes there is a wait, but that’s when you don’t box an appointment and they will still make sure they get you in even if it’s after closing hours . I’ve only had a problem with my nails once (when a new person did them) and I went in the next day and they fixed them right away free of charge .

This place is outdated, very limited selection of gel colors, raggedy massage chairs, just had in terms of being modern. They did seem to have a clientele though as people came in and out but only wanting to be serviced by the owner. My massage chair didnt even have the remote for the massage option, not to mention the tore up seats. I went here last minute as Im going on vacation and needed a quick place to be serviced. Thats the only way Id return, if its a last resort.

Im sitting in the chair as I write this and the service here is absolutely amazing. The staff is so polite. Im very picky about my feet and who I go to. The service is WONDERFUL!!!!!

I went in for a full set, white gel and the polish was so thin and runny that she had to put 3 coats on. My nails look thick and the polish is unevenly spread. I’m contemplating just taking them off because they look so bad.

The prices are very reasonable, but I went to get my acrylic nails removed and it took extremely long and the woman actually didnt get it all off. I ended up skipping the manicure because it was so late, and as soon as she knew I wasnt getting the manicure she ceased to care and just had me pay. Ill try them again since they have many women who work there, but I was disappointed by my experience with this one.

The prices are reasonable, but you definitely only get what you pay for. I was there last Friday or Saturday, so about a week ago, for an acrylic refill and a gel polish and spent almost 2 hours in there and walked out with uneven tips & a bumpy overlay. Some of my tips were square while some were rounded. My gel polish chipped within 2 or 3 days and has just continued to get worse. I had somewhere to be after getting my nails done, or I wouldnt have left until they were fixed. I went in to see if they could get fixed and I completely understand them wanting to charge me to have them fixed considering business isnt free, but Im just disappointed in their lack of eagerness to want to fix a customers nails. When I walked in, i let them know I had just called about seeing if I could get my nails fixed & they did not attempt to hide their displeasure about me being there. The chipped gel is not my main concern, rather the uneven acrylics. I kept expressing my concern about the uneven and bumpy tips, but she was only concerned with repainting my nails. I had been there once before and thought they did a nice job, but Id rather spend the extra money somewhere else.

I needed a place not far from Gernantown with Sunday hours. I think this shop could be my go-to. As some reviewers pointed out, the equipment is a bit rundown, but this appears to be small family business - note the shrine inside the front door. I like to give my money to small locally-owned businesses. We came in when it first opened at 10am, so there were a few cockroaches still disappearing, but I also know how hard it is to combat roaches in an older urban bldg near restaurants. It was clean - baseboards, walls, floor edges around stations etc. Very affordable - $20 pedicure, $40 gel nails + regular pedi. What matters is the work they do. We both liked the treatment. After polish, our techs used a makeup brush dipped in acetone to clean up the edges before topcoat. Never saw that before, and I like it.

Lisa personally did my pedicure. I had gotten a gel pedicure and I loved it. Great personality as well.

I always go there to get my nails, eyebrows and eyelashes done at. Last week Saturday I went and got all three of those done by Lisa her self. One side of my lashes was full more than the others so I told her and she said no it equal so I said okay but later as I went home my cousins point it out. So the next day I went to her and told her again and she put some lashes on the other eye and I give her two dollars. Before I went got home that one fell of. Every night when I get one, one lashes is hanging my on eye. I got it done not even a week and the glue cant hold none of em. My nails looks so type of way too. This used to be my favorite nail salon but Im never getting anything done from there again. It was a waste of my money that I had worked so hard for

This salon is if you are on a budget. She doesnt have enough good colors and techicians who know what they are doing. One of the girls, puts the polish on so bad. I dont want her touching me. The service is ok and they are nice enough but she needs to upgrade colors and designs. Chrome, fiberglass.

Their gel nail polishes are bootleg from newyork, look at the bottom of the bottles and they dont sterilize their tools

I hate am I experience there twice someone I want one time to get my nails wrong I want to get to get it fixed and they got it wrong again so Im never ever ever going there again and I dont recommend this place to no one
